The invention discloses a device for quickly disassembling and assembling a chain, which is designed and conceived to provide a quick disassembling and assembling tool and particularly comprises an upper supporting seat, a lower supporting seat, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, a third connecting plate, a fourth connecting plate, a first connecting shaft, a second connecting shaft, a screw rod, an ejector rod, a first pull claw and a second pull claw which are connected and combined, wherein the upper supporting seat can move relative to the lower supporting seat by rotating the screw rod, and then a connecting pin of the complete chain is ejected out through the ejector rod in the movement process of the upper supporting seat close to the lower supporting seat to realize quick disassembly, or rollers of separated chains are pulled close through the two pull claws in the movement process of the upper supporting seat far away from the lower supporting seat to realize quick assembly.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cigarette industry, in particular to a device for quickly disassembling and assembling a chain.
Background
The chain has accurate transmission ratio, larger transmission power and high transmission efficiency, and is suitable for low-speed, heavy-load and high-temperature environments, so that the chain is taken as an important power transmission device in a cigarette filament manufacturing workshop and is widely applied to a belt conveyor, a storage cabinet and a lifting belt. In belt conveyors, for example, the chain transmits power from the drive roller to the brush roller for cleaning the belt; for example, in a storage cabinet, a chain transmits power on a driving gear to a bottom belt; in a lifting belt, for example, the chains on both sides move the belt.
However, after heavy load or long-term operation, parts such as chain link plates and pin shafts are worn and broken. When dismantling the chain, because reasons such as the restriction in space, use moment are great for traditional extracting tool dismantles more difficultly, and operating time is longer, and working strength is great. when the chain is installed, two pulling claws are respectively clamped on rollers of two separated chain heads, and the screw rod 3 is rotated reversely, so that the upper part (at least comprising the upper supporting seat 1, the first connecting plate 11 and the second connecting plate 12) of the quick chain dismounting device moves upwards, namely the two pulling claws pull the two chain heads to move oppositely; when the two chain ends are tightened to proper positions, the connecting pins are installed to complete the installation of the chain.
Therefore, the first step, the ejector rod and the pull claw respectively have the disassembling and assembling functions, so that the ejector rod and the pull claw can be considered to be in a detachable assembling mode in actual operation, namely when a chain needs to be disassembled, only the ejector rod needs to be installed on the upper supporting seat, and the pull claw does not need to be installed; when the chain needs to be installed, the pull claw is only needed to be installed on the corresponding connecting shaft, and the ejector rod does not need to be installed. Second, as shown in the drawings, in order to improve the stability of the tool and enhance the performance of the tool during operation, it may be considered that the number of the first connecting plate, the second connecting plate, the third connecting plate, and the fourth connecting plate is two.
