Background
With the increasingly deep knowledge of respiratory infectious diseases, people have realized that the traditional medical respiratory protection device which only aims at protecting the mouth and the nose is insufficient in protection of respiratory infectious diseases; the need for a full-scale medical respiratory protection device that protects all of the wearer's head organs is therefore very acute.

In the shoulder type respiratory protection head hood, the hood body is in sealed connection with the shoulder hood, the shoulder hood is in sealed connection with the shoulder skirt, the cloth belt of the first airtight zipper is in sealed connection with the hood body, the cloth belt of the second airtight zipper is in sealed connection with the hood body, and the cloth belt of the third airtight zipper is in sealed connection with the shoulder hood, which are all realized by adopting sewing and adhesive tape heat sealing technology; the cloth belt of the first airtight zipper is hermetically connected with the face window by adopting a sewing and adhesive tape heat sealing process or a seamless heat sealing process; the airtight and liquid-tight safety of the first airtight zipper, the second airtight zipper and the third airtight zipper is realized by TPU sticking films.
In the shoulder type respiratory protection hood, the heat dissipation and dehumidification device adopts the fan, the fan is provided with the air channel, and the inner side of the shoulder ring is respectively provided with the main air port and the auxiliary air port at the position right opposite to the fan and along the direction of the air channel, so that the air supply in the protection device is more uniform and comfortable; the outer side of the shoulder ring is provided with a fan switch which has a wind speed adjusting function, and the surface of the fan switch is outwards convex, so that a wearer can reach comfortable temperature in the protective device by adjusting the wind speed or remove water mist when the face window is fogged, and the wearer can identify the switch position and adjust the wind speed by means of touch through the shoulder shield.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a shoulder type respiratory protection hood, which provides full-face respiratory protection for a wearer through an integral structure, improves the wearing mode, overcomes the obstacles of facial recognition and expression communication of the wearer, improves the air filtering mode and the applicability thereof, increases the comfort consideration of a respiratory protection device, expands the intelligent function thereof and can be developed into integral protective clothing.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7: the shoulder type respiratory protection hood of the embodiment provides comprehensive respiratory protection for the head of a wearer, and comprises a head part 1 and a shoulder part 2, wherein the head part 1 and the shoulder part 2 are connected in a sealing manner to form an integral structure; the head part 1 is a protective device for covering the whole head of a wearer and comprises a cover body 3 and a face window 4; the cover body 3 is made of air-proof cloth and adopts the shape of a hood to cover the head of a wearer; the face window 4 is made of transparent plastic cloth and is a window covering the face of the wearer; the cover body 3 and the face window 4 are connected in a sealing way to form an integral structure; the shoulder body part 2 is a shoulder supporting device which can be sleeved on the shoulder from the upper part of the head part and worn on the shoulder and comprises a shoulder ring 5, a shoulder cover 6 and a shoulder skirt 7; the shoulder ring 5 is made of plastic, is an inner container of the shoulder body part 2, and is internally provided with a ventilation device and a heat dissipation and dehumidification device; the shoulder cover 6 is made of air-tight cloth, is an outer cover of the shoulder ring 5 and is also a carrier for sealing connection between the head body part 1 and the shoulder body part 2, the upper end of the outer side of the shoulder cover forms sealing connection with the cover body 3, the lower end of the shoulder cover forms sealing connection with the shoulder skirt 7, the top end of the shoulder cover is provided with an annular opening 8 which can be completely opened, so that the shoulder ring 5 can be put in or taken out, and the annular opening 8 is provided with a tail-opening type annular zipper; the shoulder skirt 7 is made of air-tight cloth and is a flexible covering sheet which covers the gap between the shoulder cover 6 and the shoulder neck of the wearer, and the lower end of the flexible covering sheet is provided with a binding opening 9; the tightening opening 9 is provided with a tightening device, and the tightening device adopts a tightening rope 10 provided with a tightening buckle; in a wearing state, the shoulder skirt 7 is folded inwards and tightened at the shoulder neck of the wearer through the tightening opening 9 to form the seal of the whole breathing protection device, and the seal is easier to form because the position for forming the seal is no longer positioned on the face of the wearer but is positioned on the shoulder neck which is usually covered by clothes, and the injury to the facial skin of the wearer during long-term wearing is avoided.
The breathing device is a base connected with an air filtering element, is positioned in the direction of the mouth and nose of a wearer, and comprises a breathing port 11, a breathing tube 12 and a base 13, wherein the breathing port 11 is a circular hole which penetrates through the shoulder ring 5 and is used for air to pass through, the breathing tube 12 is a cylinder which protrudes out of the outer surface of the shoulder ring 5 and is used for air to pass through, and the base 13 is an annular platform which protrudes out of the bottom of the outer side of the breathing tube 12; a connecting mechanism is arranged between the ventilating device and the air filtering element, the connecting mechanism is a detachable connecting mechanism, and the detachable connecting mechanism is of a threaded structure. The ventilating device is positioned on the shoulders of the wearer, so that the mouth and the nose are not directly covered, the transparent face window 4 can conditionally cover the whole face of the wearer, and the obstacles of facial recognition and expression communication during wearing are avoided; meanwhile, the load supporting point is positioned on the shoulder with good stress condition of the human body, so that the wearing is more comfortable and easier.
The shoulder mask 6 is provided with an inner opening 14 and an outer opening 15 respectively at the inner side and the outer side of the corresponding position of the ventilation device, and the diameter of the outer opening 15 is larger than the outer diameter of the breathing tube 12 and smaller than the outer diameter of the base 13, so that after the shoulder ring 5 is installed in the shoulder mask 6, the breathing tube 12 can extend out of the outer opening 15, and the outer opening 15 is clamped on the top surface of the base 13, so that the edge of the outer opening 15 can be tightly covered and sealed when the air filter element is connected with the base 13.
The air filter element is a disposable air filter element which adopts disposable filter materials and comprises a disposable filter element 16 and a filter box 17; the disposable filter element 16 is made of a filtering material meeting the filtering requirement of the disposable medical mask and is in a disc shape; the filter box 17 is made of plastic, and is a round box capable of accommodating the disposable filter element 16, and the top surface of the filter box 17 is provided with a vent hole 18.
The thread structures 19 are respectively arranged on the outer side of the breathing tube 12 and the inner side of the filter box 17; by screwing the screw 19, the venting means can be connected to or disconnected from the disposable air filter element, while the cartridge 17 can be closed or opened; when the filter box 17 is closed, the edge of the disposable filter element 16 is tightly pressed between the top surface of the filter box 17 and the outer opening of the breathing tube 12, so that the air passing through the vent hole 18 can enter the breathing hole 11 only through the disposable filter element 16; when the cartridge 17 is opened, the disposable cartridge 16 can be removed for replacement.
The disposable air filter element takes charge of the air filtering function through the disposable filter element 16, compared with the traditional disposable medical mask, the disposable filter element 16 is used as a consumable product which needs to be manufactured in large quantity, the shape and the structure are obviously simpler, the disposable filter element can be independently replaced as a modularized filter element, and the whole device does not need to be discarded after the disposable air filter element is used once; compared with a canister, the disposable filter element 16 avoids a leak protection for multiple uses through one-time use, and the cost is far lower than that of the canister; compared with a canned oxygen bottle, the disposable filter element 16 has lower cost and no limit on the storage amount of canned gas, thereby being more suitable for being used and popularized as a medical breathing protection device in the ordinary environment.
The head body part 1 is provided with a one-way exhaust valve 20, the one-way exhaust valve 20 is positioned above the ear of a wearer, and the one-way flow of air flow is controlled by an exhaust valve plate which is pushed away from the inside to the outside, so that air can be only discharged but not enter. Under the matching of the one-way exhaust valve and the ventilation device arranged on the shoulder part 2, air convection from bottom to top can be formed in the protective device, so that the wearing condition is more comfortable.
The bottom of the shoulder body 2 is provided with a curve which is in accordance with the ergonomics, the curve is an upward convex curve 21 in the direction of the shoulders of a wearer, and a downward concave curve 22 in the directions of the chest and the back, so that the wearing is more stable.
The bottom end of the shoulder cover 6 is provided with an elastic pad strip 23, the elastic pad strip 23 is made of memory cotton, and the pressing feeling of equipment load on the shoulder can be relieved through the elastic pad strip 23; elastic pad 24 is established to the inboard of shoulder cover 6, elastic pad 24 is made by the memory cotton, through elastic pad 24 can make the experience of wearing more comfortable, can also protect the neck of wearer and improve the rest quality when the wearer adopts the position of sitting rest.
The sealed connection between the cover body 3 and the face window 4 is realized by adopting a first airtight zipper 25, the first airtight zipper 25 adopts a tail-opening type annular zipper structure, and when the first airtight zipper 25 is completely opened, the face window 4 can be taken down from the cover body 3 and respectively cleaned and disinfected; the first cover sheet 26 is arranged on the outer side of the first airtight zipper 25, the first cover sheet 26 can completely cover the first airtight zipper 25, the appearance is attractive at ordinary times, and a medical sealing rubber strip can be adopted for covering when necessary, so that the connection tightness is further enhanced.
The cover body 3 is provided with a second airtight zipper 27; the second airtight zipper 27 is positioned at the lower end of the cover body 3 in the direction of the chest of the wearer, adopts a tail-closed structure, and has a length which allows the head of the wearer to be exposed when the cover body is opened and the head part 1 to be turned to the back of the head, so that the head part 1 can be conveniently taken off when the wearer stays in a safe area for a short time without taking off the whole equipment; the outer side of the second airtight zipper 27 is provided with a second cover sheet 28, the second cover sheet 28 can completely cover the second airtight zipper 27, the appearance is attractive at ordinary times, and a medical sealing rubber strip can be adopted for covering when necessary, so that the connection tightness is further enhanced.
The shoulder cover 6 is provided with a sealing connection mode with the lower protective clothing 29, and the sealing connection between the shoulder cover 6 and the lower protective clothing 29 is realized by adopting a third airtight zipper 30; the third airtight zipper 30 adopts a split-type annular zipper structure, wherein one edge of the third airtight zipper is arranged above the sealing connection between the shoulder cover 6 and the shoulder skirt 7, and the other edge of the third airtight zipper is arranged at the upper end of the outer side of the collar 31 of the lower protective clothing 29; by means of the third airtight zipper 30, the shoulder respirator hood can be completely separated from the lower protective clothing 29 so as to be used as a separate head respirator, and can also be hermetically connected with the lower protective clothing 29 so as to form an integral protective clothing for protecting the whole body of a wearer; a third flap 32 is arranged outside the third airtight zipper 30, and the third flap 32 can completely cover the third airtight zipper 30 and the sealing connection between the shoulder cover 6 and the shoulder skirt 7.
The lower protective clothing 29 is provided with a collar 31, the collar 31 is made of an airtight and soft material, is positioned above the chest of a wearer and is not provided with any opening; in the front of the lower protective clothing 29, a collar opening is arranged above the collar 31, and a dressing opening 33 is arranged below the collar; when worn, the body and upper limbs below the chest are first threaded through the lower protective garment 29 from the dressing opening 33 by a conventional method, the neck band 31 is then threaded in a head-on manner, and the dressing opening 33 is closed, and then the shoulder-type full-face respiratory protector is worn and the third airtight zipper 30 is closed by being pulled up, thereby forming the whole protective garment that protects the whole body of the wearer.
The first airtight zipper 25 and the third airtight zipper 30 are provided with an annular zipper seamless joint 34, the annular zipper seamless joint 34 is a seamless connection structure between an upper dead point and a lower dead point of a tail-opening type annular zipper, and comprises a bidirectional socket 35, a lower plug 36 and an upper plug 37; the bidirectional socket 35 is arranged on one side of the annular zipper and comprises a lower insertion hole 38 and an upper insertion hole 39 on the inner side, and a lower stop piece 40 and an upper stop piece 41 on the outer side; the lower bolt 36 and the upper bolt 37 are arranged on the other side of the ring-shaped zipper. When the ring-shaped zipper is closed, firstly, the lower insert pin 36 is inserted into the lower insert hole 38 through the zipper puller, and the upper insert pin 37 is inserted into the upper insert hole 39, so that two sides of the split ring-shaped zipper are connected, and the upper stop point and the lower stop point are integrated, then the zipper puller is pulled from the direction of the lower insert pin 36 and the lower stop piece 40 to the direction of the upper insert pin 37 and the upper stop piece 41, so that the zipper is closed; through the seamless joint of the annular zipper, the 360-degree seamless connection of the open-end type annular zipper is formed, and the air tightness hole easily generated in the gap between the upper dead point and the lower dead point is avoided.
The sealing connection between the cover body 3 and the shoulder cover 6, the sealing connection between the shoulder cover 6 and the shoulder skirt 7, the sealing connection between the cloth belt of the first airtight zipper 25 and the cover body 3 and the face window 4, the sealing connection between the cloth belt of the second airtight zipper 27 and the cover body 3, and the sealing connection between the cloth belt of the third airtight zipper 30 and the shoulder cover 6 are realized by adopting sewing and adhesive tape heat sealing technology; the airtight and liquid-tight safety of the first, second and third airtight zippers 25, 27 and 30 is achieved using TPU film.
The heat dissipation and dehumidification device adopts the fan 42, and achieves the effects of heat dissipation and dehumidification by accelerating the air circulation in the device; the fan 42 is provided with an air duct 43, and the inner side of the shoulder ring 5 is respectively provided with a main air port 44 and an auxiliary air port 45 at the position opposite to the fan 44 and along the direction of the air duct 43, so that the air supply in the protection device is more uniform and comfortable; the outer side of the shoulder ring 5 is provided with a fan switch 46, the fan switch 46 has a wind speed adjusting function, and the surface of the fan switch 46 protrudes outwards, so that a wearer can achieve comfortable temperature in the protective device by adjusting the wind speed or remove water mist when the face window 4 is fogged, and the wearer can recognize the switch position and adjust the wind speed by touch through the shoulder cover 6.
The shoulder cover 6 is provided with a switch opening 60 and a switch sleeve 61, and the switch opening 60 is opposite to the position of the fan switch 46, so that the fan switch 46 can extend out of the switch opening 60; the switch key sleeve 9 is made of silica gel, can completely cover the switch opening 60, the bottom edge of the switch key sleeve and the edge of the switch opening 60 form sealing through a heat sealing process, and the outer surface of the switch key sleeve is provided with a concave-convex pattern, so that a wearer can easily identify the position of the switch and adjust the wind speed by means of touch.
The inner side of the shoulder cover 6 is provided with a fan port 47 and a port belt 48 at the corresponding positions of the main air port 44 and the auxiliary air port 45 respectively, and the fan port 49 and the port belt 50 are covered by a permeable perforated cloth.
The fan 42 is provided with a battery charging device, the battery charging device comprises a USB interface 49, a clamping seat 50 and a buckle 51, and the USB interface 49 is positioned at the outer side of the shoulder ring 5 and protrudes out of the outer surface of the shoulder ring 5 through the clamping seat 50; the shoulder cover 6 is provided with a USB opening 52 at a position corresponding to the USB interface 49 so that the card socket 50 can pass through, and the buckle 51 is connected with the card socket 50 at the outer side of the shoulder cover 6 through a clamping structure and tightly covers the edge of the USB opening 52 to form a seal. Through battery charging device, the person of wearing can be in the wearing process for heat dissipation hydrofuge device charges, extension duration.
A Bluetooth music communication device 55 is arranged in the shoulder ring 5, and the Bluetooth music communication device 53 is positioned at the top end of the shoulder ring 5 and near the ear of the wearer and works with a mobile phone carried by the wearer in an online manner; through the bluetooth music conversation device 53, the wearer can make and receive calls, or relax the emotion by listening to music and broadcast when wearing for a long time, while avoiding the influence on hearing by plugging the bluetooth device into the ear.
The wireless intercom device 54 is arranged in the shoulder ring 5, and the wireless intercom device 54 is positioned at the inner side of the shoulder ring 5 and near the mouth of the wearer. Through the wireless intercom device 54, the wearer can amplify the speaking sound to the outside to overcome the influence of the sealed protective device on the speaking of the wearer, and can establish communication with team members in a close range by selecting a channel.
An EMS micro-current massage device 55 is also arranged in the shoulder ring 5, and the EMS micro-current massage device 55 is positioned at the inner side of the shoulder ring 5 and near the neck of the wearer; an EMS opening 56 is arranged on the inner side of the shoulder cover 6 at a position corresponding to the EMS micro-current massage equipment 55. By the EMS micro-current massage device 55, the wearer can relieve fatigue of neck muscles when wearing for a long time.
The bluetooth music communication device 53, the wireless intercom device 54 and the EMS micro-current massage device 55 can share a power supply, a charging device and a control system with the heat dissipation and dehumidification device.

the upper end of the cover body 3 is provided with a ring brim cap 57, the ring brim cap 57 is made of airtight cloth and is in sealing connection with the cover body 3.
The brim of the ring-brim hat 57 is provided with a one-way exhaust valve 20 which is matched with the ventilation device 8 arranged on the shoulder body part 2 to form air convection from bottom to top, so that the wearing condition is more comfortable.
The face window 4 is made of a transparent plastic plate with a cambered surface, covers the face of a wearer and is in sealing connection with the cover body 3. The shoulder ring 5 is provided with two ventilation devices, one ventilation device is connected with the disposable air filtering element, the other ventilation device is connected with a sealed pipeline of an auxiliary breathing device 59 through a conversion joint 58, and the auxiliary breathing device 59 has air filtering and blowing functions and can help a wearer breathe more smoothly on the premise of breathing safety.
The fan switch 46 has a wind speed adjusting function, and the surface thereof is protruded outward, so that the wearer can adjust the wind speed to reach a comfortable temperature in the protection device or remove water mist when the visor 4 is fogged, and the wearer can recognize the switch position and adjust the wind speed by the touch through the shoulder mask 6.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and based on the technical solutions disclosed in the present invention, those skilled in the art can make some substitutions and modifications to some technical features without creative efforts, and these substitutions and modifications are all within the protection scope of the present invention.

A shoulder respirator hood according to claim 1, wherein: the breathing device is a base connected with the air filtering element, is positioned in the direction of the mouth and the nose of a wearer, and comprises a breathing port (11), a breathing tube (12) and a base (13), wherein the breathing port (11) is a round hole which penetrates through the shoulder ring (5) and is used for air to pass through, the breathing tube (12) is a cylinder which protrudes out of the outer surface of the shoulder ring (5) and is used for air to pass through, and the base (13) is an annular platform protruding out of the bottom of the outer side of the breathing tube (12); a connecting mechanism is arranged between the ventilating device and the air filtering element, the connecting mechanism is a detachable connecting mechanism, and the detachable connecting mechanism is a threaded structure (19).

A shoulder respirator hood according to claim 2, wherein: the air filter element is a disposable air filter element which adopts disposable filter materials and comprises a disposable filter element (16) and a filter box (17); the disposable filter element (16) is made of a filtering material meeting the filtering requirement of the disposable medical mask and is in a disc shape; the filter box (17) is made of light materials, is a round box capable of containing disposable filter elements, and is provided with vent holes (18) on the top surface.
4. A shoulder respirator hood according to claim 2 or 3, wherein: the head body part (1) is provided with a one-way exhaust valve (20); the one-way exhaust valve (20) is located above the ear of the wearer.

A shoulder respirator hood according to claim 2 or 3 or 4, wherein: the bottoms of the shoulder ring (5) and the shoulder cover (6) are provided with ergonomic curves, wherein the curves are convex curves (21) in the direction of the shoulders of the wearer and concave curves (22) in the directions of the chest and the back of the wearer.

A shoulder respirator hood according to claim 5, wherein: the bottom end of the shoulder cover (6) is provided with an elastic cushion strip (23), and the elastic cushion strip (23) is made of an elastic material or is an inflatable strip capable of regulating pressure; an elastic pad (24) is arranged on the inner side of the shoulder cover (6), and the elastic pad (24) is made of elastic materials or is an inflatable cushion capable of adjusting pressure.

A shoulder respirator hood according to claim 7, wherein: the fan (42) is provided with a battery charging device, the battery charging device comprises a USB interface (49), a clamping seat (50) and a buckle (51), and the USB interface (49) is positioned on the outer side of the shoulder ring (5) and protrudes out of the outer surface of the shoulder ring (5) through the clamping seat (50); the shoulder cover (6) is provided with a USB opening (52) at a position corresponding to the USB interface (49) so that the clamping seat (50) can penetrate through the shoulder cover, and the buckle (51) is connected with the bracket (50) through a clamping structure at the outer side of the shoulder cover (6) and tightly covers the edge of the USB opening (52) to form sealing.

A shoulder respirator hood according to claim 8, wherein: the electronic equipment is arranged in the shoulder ring (5) and comprises: bluetooth music communication equipment (53) is arranged at the top end of the shoulder ring (5) and near the ear of a wearer, wireless intercom equipment (54) is arranged at the inner side of the shoulder ring (5) and near the mouth of the wearer, and EMS micro-current massage equipment (55) is arranged at the inner side of the shoulder ring (5) and near the neck of the wearer; the electronic equipment and the heat dissipation and dehumidification device can share a power supply, a charging device and a control system.

A shoulder respirator hood according to claim 7 or 8 or 9, wherein: the sealing connection between the cover body (3) and the face window (4) is realized by adopting a first airtight zipper (25), and the first airtight zipper (25) adopts a tail-opening type annular zipper structure; a first flap (26) is provided outside the first airtight zipper (25), the first flap (26) being capable of completely covering the first airtight zipper (25).
