Background
The existing medical respiratory protection device is mainly a mask. However, masks have significant drawbacks in several respects:
first, it cannot protect the organs except mouth and nose. Recently, new types of coronavirus pneumonia have been heavily recognized that airborne infectious diseases are likely to be transmitted not only through the mouth and nose, but also through the eyes and other facial organs; therefore, new respiratory protection requirements have not been met by relying solely on masks.
