When the amplitude of the percussion head 5 is adjusted, the adjusting rod 42 and the positioning disc 43 need to rotate, so that the semicircular end surface of the U-shaped groove 54 is only attached to the rear side surface of the positioning disc 43 and is not pressed tightly, and the attachment means that a small gap can be formed between the semicircular end surface and the positioning disc is considered to be attached. Similarly, the engagement of the bottom of the U-shaped groove 54 with the positioning disk 43 means that there is a slight gap between the two and the engagement is considered.
The basic working principle of the percussion device of the vibration percussion sputum excretion machine is as follows: the flexible shaft 9 transmits the rotary motion output by the main machine of the vibratory percussion sputum excretion machine to the rotating shaft 1, and the rotating shaft 1 rotates to drive the percussion head 5 to rotate due to the matching of the rectangular hole 53 and the guide square shaft 13. When 5 axes of the tapping head and 1 axis of the rotating shaft have a distance, the tapping head 5 rotates and moves up and down, thereby realizing tapping.
When the amplitude of the knocking head 5 is adjusted, the lock nut 44 is loosened, and then the adjusting rod 42 is rotated, so that the adjusting rod 42 rotates, i.e., moves up and down. Because the bottom of the U-shaped groove 54 is attached to the positioning disc 43, the adjusting rod 42 moves up and down to drive the rapping head 5 to move up and down, the distance between the axis of the rapping head 5 and the axis of the rotating shaft 1 is changed, and the amplitude of the rapping head 5 is also adjusted. The amplitude of the rapping head 5 is twice the distance between the axis of the rapping head 5 and the axis of the rotating shaft 1.
In the present invention, the central block 41 and the guiding square shaft 13 may be connected as shown in fig. 2, the central block 41 has a connection column, the guiding square shaft 13 has a connection hole, and the connection column is inserted into the connection hole and is in interference fit with the connection hole.
During assembly, the amplitude adjusting mechanism 4 is assembled, and the tapping head 5 is sleeved on the guide square shaft 13; the amplitude adjustment mechanism 4 is then fitted into the rectangular hole 53. And then, applying pressure to the central block 41 by using pressure equipment, so that the central block 41 is connected with the guide square shaft 13 in an interference fit manner.
The tapping head 5 of the invention comprises a hard inner sleeve 51 and an elastic sleeve 52 sleeved on the hard inner sleeve 51. The hard inner sleeve 51 is used for assembling and connecting with other parts of the invention. The elastic sleeve 52 is used for contacting with a human body and buffering the knocking force, and the elastic sleeve 52 can be made of rubber.
The invention further preferably comprises a front end cover 6, the front end cover 6 is detachably connected with the knocking head 5, and the front end cover 6 covers the rectangular hole 53. This prevents foreign matter from entering the rectangular hole 53. The front end cap 6 can be connected to the rapping head 5 by means of screws. When the amplitude needs to be adjusted, the front end cover 6 is opened. Also, in order to prevent foreign matter from entering the rectangular hole 53, it is preferable that the puck 12 cover the rectangular hole 53.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the adjustment lever 42, it is preferable that the adjustment lever 42 is provided with a wrench fitting structure 423. The wrench mating structure 423 may be a conventional regular hexagonal structure.
In order to obtain the specific value of the amplitude of the tapping head 5, as shown in fig. 3, an indication mark 413 may be provided on the front end surface of the center block 41, and an amplitude scale 55 may be provided on the front end surface of the hard inner sleeve 51. The amplitude scale 55 aligned with the index mark 413 is the amplitude value of the tapping head 5. The front cover 6 should be transparent so that the amplitude values can be seen in normal use.
