Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the water tank 200 for the dishwasher may further include a water discharge valve 6, the water discharge valve 6 being provided at the first water outlet 13 to open or close the first water outlet 13. Thus, the water in the water outlet chamber 112 can be controlled to flow to the inner container 300 of the dishwasher 100 through the water discharge valve 6.
Advantageously, a water level detection device 4 may be provided in the water storage chamber 11 to detect the water level in the water storage chamber 11. The water level detecting device 4 can detect whether the water tank 200 for the dishwasher is filled with water, and when the water level detecting device 4 indicates that the water tank is filled with water, the water supply to the water storage chamber 11 can be stopped.
A specific example of a water tank 200 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the following description is illustrative only and should not be construed as limiting the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a sump 200 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a sump housing 1, a first partition 2, a second partition 3, a filtering device 5, a discharge valve 6, and a water level detecting device 4. The dishwasher 100 includes a water softener and an inner tub 300, and the water tank 200 for the dishwasher is adapted to be mounted on the inner tub 300 and to communicate with the water softener.
Specifically, a water storage cavity 11 is defined in the water tank shell 1, the first partition plate 2 and the second partition plate 3 are arranged in the water storage cavity 11 to divide the water storage cavity 11 into a water adding cavity 111, a water outlet cavity 112 and a regeneration cavity 113, and the water tank shell 1 is provided with a water adding port 12, a first water outlet 13, a second water outlet 15, a third water outlet 16 and a first water inlet 14. The water filling port 12 is connected with the water filling cavity 111, the second water outlet 15 is communicated with the water filling cavity 111 and the water softener, the first water inlet 14 is communicated with the water outlet cavity 112 and the water softener, the first water outlet 13 is communicated with the inner container 300 and the water outlet cavity 112, and the third water outlet 16 is communicated with the regeneration cavity 113 and the water softener.
Thus, water can be added into the water adding cavity 111 through the water adding port 12, the water in the water adding cavity 111 flows to the water softener through the second water outlet 15, the softened soft water softened by the water softener flows to the water outlet cavity 112 through the first water inlet 14 and can be stored in the water outlet cavity 112, and when the water level in the water outlet cavity 112 is higher than the top end of the second partition plate 3, the water in the water outlet cavity 112 flows to the regeneration cavity 113 and can be stored in the regeneration cavity 113. When the dishwasher is used for washing, the soft water in the water outlet chamber 112 flows to the inner container 300 through the first water outlet 13 for washing. When the water softener needs to be cleaned, the water in the regeneration chamber 113 flows to the water softener through the third water outlet 16 to clean the resin.
The water level detection device 4 is arranged in the water outlet cavity 112 for detecting the water level in the water cavity 112, when the water level detection device 4 indicates that the water is full, the water adding is stopped, and the water drain valve 6 is arranged at the first water outlet 13 for opening or closing the first water outlet 13, so that the water in the water storage cavity 11 can be controlled to flow to the inner container 300. The filtering apparatus 5 is provided at the water filling port 12, and the water tank 200 for the dishwasher is primarily filtered by the filtering apparatus 5 to prevent dirt from entering the water storage chamber 11.
The water tank shell 1 is further provided with an air inlet 17, the air inlet 17 is connected with an air outlet of the inner container 300 and communicated with the water outlet cavity 112, the upper end of the first partition plate 2 is spaced from the upper wall surface of the water tank shell 1 to form an air outlet channel 21, the air outlet channel 21 is communicated with the water outlet cavity 112 and the water filling port 12, the water tank shell 1 is internally provided with an air inlet pipe 171 which is communicated with the air inlet 17 and extends downwards, the air inlet pipe 171 is constructed in a manner that when the dishwasher 100 washes, the water level in the water outlet cavity 112 is higher than an opening at the lower end of the air inlet pipe 171 to close the opening, and when the dishwasher 100 washes, the water level in the water outlet cavity 112 is lower than the opening at the lower end of the air inlet pipe 171 to open the opening.
Thus, in the washing process of the dishwasher 100, the opening 172 at the lower end of the air inlet pipe 171 is always located below the liquid level in the water outlet cavity 112, and the water in the water outlet cavity 112 closes the opening 172 at the lower end of the air inlet pipe 171, so that the heat in the inner container 300 can be prevented from being dissipated, and the temperature in the inner container 300 can be ensured. When the dishwasher 100 dries after washing, the liquid level of the residual water in the water outlet cavity 112 is located below the opening 172 at the lower end of the air inlet pipe 171, the opening 172 at the lower end of the air inlet pipe 171 is opened, the hot moisture generated in the inner container 300 can flow to the liquid level of the residual water through the air inlet pipe 171, the residual water can condense the hot moisture, and meanwhile, the temperature of the hot moisture can also be reduced. The hot moisture flows to the filler 12 through the outlet passage 21 and is discharged through the filler 12.
The intake port 17 is lower than the filler port 12, in other words, the intake port 17 is lower than the filler port 12 in the vertical direction. Therefore, the air inlet 17 can be used as a drainage hole, when the water inlet valve of the dishwasher is damaged and water is always fed into the water storage cavity 11, the water in the water storage cavity 11 can be drained from the air inlet 17 and can be drained into the inner container 300 because the air inlet 17 is lower than the water filling port 12, and then the drainage pump is started to drain the water. Thereby realizing the anti-overflow function.
The water tank 200 for the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention is convenient for the inner container 300 and the water softener, can have the functions of storing water and condensing hot moisture in the inner container 300, can prevent heat loss in the inner container 300 in the washing process of the dishwasher, can be used as a drain port with the air inlet 17 lower than the water inlet 12, and can introduce water in the water storage cavity 11 into the inner container 300 when the water inlet valve is damaged to prevent water in the water tank housing 1 from overflowing.
In addition, the present invention also provides a dishwasher 100 having the water tank 200 for a dishwasher.
Since the water tank 200 for a dishwasher according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention has the above-described technical effects, the dishwasher 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention also has the above-described technical effects, that is, according to the dishwasher 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the water tank 200 for a dishwasher of the above-described embodiment, it is possible to install without being connected to a faucet, the water tank 200 in the dishwasher can supply water into the inner tub 300, so that the convenience of use of the dishwasher 100 can be improved, and the steps of installing the dishwasher 100 and the faucet can also be reduced.

1. A dishwasher, comprising:
an inner container;
the water tank shell is internally provided with a water storage cavity, the water tank shell is provided with a water filling port and a first water outlet which are communicated with the water storage cavity, the water tank shell is arranged on an inner container of the dish-washing machine, the first water outlet is communicated with the inner container so as to guide water in the water storage cavity into the inner container,
the water tank shell is provided with a containing groove, and the water tank shell is installed with the inner container through the containing groove.
2. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the sump housing comprises a back plate and a top plate, the top plate being connected to an upper edge of the back plate and extending forward, the top plate and the back plate defining the receiving slot therebetween.
3. The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the back plate and the top plate each have a water storage space therein, the water storage space in the back plate being in communication with the water storage space in the top plate.
4. The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the top plate is disposed on the top surface of the inner container, and the back plate is disposed on the back surface of the inner container.
5. The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the tank housing further comprises a left side panel and a right side panel, the left side panel connecting the left side edge of the back panel and the left side edge of the top panel, the right side panel connecting the right side edge of the back panel and the right side edge of the top panel.
6. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein an end of the tub is receivable within the receiving slot.
7. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the filler port is provided at a top wall of the sump housing.
8. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the top of the tank case is provided with a relief notch with an open front side adapted to the outer side of the top wall of the inner tub.
9. The dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising: and the filtering device is arranged at the water adding opening.
10. The dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising: and the water drain valve is arranged at the first water outlet to open or close the first water outlet.
11. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein a water level detecting device is provided in the water storage chamber to detect a water level in the water storage chamber.
12. The dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising a first partition board, wherein the first partition board is disposed in the water storage cavity and separates a water feeding cavity and a water outlet cavity in the water storage cavity, the water feeding port is communicated with the water feeding cavity, a second water outlet and a first water inlet are disposed on the water tank shell, the second water outlet is communicated with the water feeding cavity and the water softener of the dishwasher, and the first water inlet is communicated with the water outlet cavity and the water softener.
13. The dishwasher of claim 12, wherein the water tank housing is provided with an air inlet communicated with the water outlet chamber, and the air inlet is connected with the air outlet of the inner container.
14. The dishwasher of claim 13, wherein an air inlet pipe communicating with the air inlet and extending downward is provided in the water tank housing.
15. The dishwasher of claim 14, wherein the water level in the water outlet chamber is higher than the opening at the lower end of the air inlet pipe to close the opening when the dishwasher is washing, and the water level in the water outlet chamber is lower than the opening at the lower end of the air inlet pipe to open the opening when the dishwasher is washing.
16. The dishwasher of claim 13, wherein the air inlet is lower than the filler.
17. The dishwasher of claim 13, wherein an upper end of the first partition is spaced from an upper wall of the sump housing to form an air outlet channel that communicates the water outlet chamber and the water inlet.
18. The dishwasher of claim 12, further comprising: the second partition plate is arranged in the water storage cavity to further separate a regeneration cavity communicated with the water outlet cavity, and a third water outlet communicated with the regeneration cavity is formed in the water tank shell.
