Examples of effects
The purpose is as follows: establishing a depression mouse model, and discussing whether the roxburgh rose products 1 and 4 have an improvement effect on symptoms of depression mice and unsmooth defecation caused by depression.
The method comprises the following steps: (1) the SPF grade C57BL/6 male mice are purchased, and are 7-8 weeks old, the weight of the male mice is about 17.6-20.8 g, and the animal qualification number is 1103242011015893. After quarantine, animals are randomly divided into 6 normal groups (namely negative control groups), 6 model groups (namely model control groups), 6A groups (containing fresh roxburgh roses), 6B groups (containing dried roxburgh roses) with low dose, 6B groups with medium dose and 6B groups with high dose. In the group A and the group B, compared with the model control group, the number of the grains of the excrement is obviously increased (P < 0.01) and the weight of the excrement is increased (P < 0.05). Compared with the model control group, the low-dose group in the group B has the advantages that the number of the excrement grains is increased (P is less than 0.05), and the weight of the excrement is increased (P is less than 0.05), so that the sample can obviously increase the number of the excrement grains and the weight of the excrement after being administered to the mice and has the function of promoting defecation. The low, medium and high dose groups in group A and composition B showed no statistical difference in stool grain number and stool weight (P > 0.05).
And (4) conclusion: under the test condition, the roxburgh rose and pear composition can obviously improve the symptoms of depression model mice and the problem of constipation caused by depression. In conclusion, the roxburgh rose and pear composition has the functions of regulating emotion and relaxing bowel.
