A plurality of rows of second grass mowing plates 302 are uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the second grass mowing roller 301, each row comprises 6-20 second grass mowing plates 302, and the second grass mowing plates 302 are hinged with the circumferential surface of the second grass mowing roller 301. In this embodiment, two rows of second grass mowing plates 302 are symmetrically arranged on the circumferential surface of the second grass mowing roller 301. One end of the second grass beating roller 301 is provided with a second input sprocket 304.
The first grass beating plate 202 and the second grass beating plate 302 are both rubber plates. The first input sprocket 204 is connected to the power take-off of the agricultural machine by a chain and the second input sprocket 304 is connected to the power take-off of the agricultural machine by a reversing device such that the first input sprocket 204 and the second input sprocket 304 rotate in opposite directions.
The first input sprocket 204 and the second input sprocket 304 may be integrally formed with the first mowing roller 201 or the second mowing roller 301, and then machined, or may both adopt independent gears, and then fixedly connected with the first mowing roller 201 or the second mowing roller 301 in a key connection manner.
As shown in fig. 5, the weed cutter assembly 4 includes a fixing plate 401, the fixing plate 401 is fixedly connected with the frame 1, a plurality of fixing teeth 402 are fixed on the end surface of the periphery of the fixing plate 401 facing downward, a plurality of sliding sleeves 405 are fixed on the side surface of the fixing plate 401, a freely sliding pull rod 403 is inserted in the sliding sleeves 405, movable teeth 404 are fixed on the end surface of the pull rod 403 facing the fixing teeth 402, and the movable teeth 404 and the fixing teeth 402 are in end surface contact and are arranged in a staggered manner.
One end of the pull rod 403 is hinged with one end of the swing arm 406, the other end of the swing arm 406 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the driving device 407, and the driving device 407 is fixedly connected with the frame 1. The driving device 407 adopts a swing ring box, and an output shaft of the driving device 407 rotates in a forward and reverse reciprocating manner.
As shown in fig. 6, the grass discharging auger assembly 5 includes a rotating shaft 501, two spiral plates 502 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 501, a plurality of straight plates 503 are arranged between the two spiral plates 502, and included angles between two adjacent straight plates 503 are the same and are arranged in a staggered manner.
One end of the rotating shaft 501 is provided with a third input chain wheel 504, and the third input chain wheel 504 is connected with power output equipment of the agricultural machine through a chain.
The working process is as follows: when the licker-in self-propelled seed melon harvester moves forward to operate, the first-stage grass-mowing roller assembly 2 smashes weeds and melon vines growing on the ground, so that the possibility that the weeds and the melon vines are pricked on the licker-in 6 is greatly reduced; the second-stage grass mowing roller assembly 3 is used for clearing weeds and melon vines pricked on the licker-in 6 and carrying out primary treatment on the weeds and the melon vines stuck on a machine; the weed cutter 4 assembly can cut up weeds and melon vines on the machine, then the cut weeds and melon vines are separated from seed melons through the grass discharging auger assembly 5, the seed melons enter the machine, and the weeds and the melon vines are discharged to the ground.
