The method comprises the steps of storing a text file, pushing the text file to an ftp server of the Internet, ferrying the file of the ftp server to the ftp server of a public security network in real time through a public security unidirectional data network gate, analyzing the text file of the ftp by a program of the public security network, comparing data collected by a robot with a control system of the public security network, generating an alarm and pushing the alarm to a police service associated with the robot if the data are control personnel and control vehicles, obtaining alarm information by a police officer, and checking suspicious personnel and vehicles according to laws in time to complete a system for cooperative operation of the police patrol robot and the police service.
