And after the second target user modifies the account password of the target employee, automatically accessing the account of the target employee into the teleconference.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the unique conference sign-in code of each target employee account number is set, whether the identity of a second target user asks the user can be determined before the target employee account number is automatically accessed into the teleconference, and meanwhile the sign-in function can be achieved, the attendance rate of the teleconference and the security of the conference content are improved, furthermore, the target employee account number of the second target user can be effectively guaranteed to be prevented from being illegally used by others through freezing protection of the target employee account number, the security of the account number is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the occurrence of the condition that illegal personnel participate in the teleconference through the target employee account number to cause the leakage of the conference content and further economic loss is avoided.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: when a company employee needs to call the historical conference content in the conference record archive, whether the employee has the calling authority is confirmed, and the method comprises the following steps:
confirming first target historical conference content required to be called by the employee, analyzing the first target historical conference content, obtaining a first keyword of the first target historical conference content, and setting a corresponding first attribute value for the first keyword;
acquiring a current employee account of the employee, and determining the login duration of the current employee account in the first target historical conference and the total conference duration of the first target historical conference;

The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the current confidence coefficient of the current employee account can be calculated to evaluate the credit level of the current employee account of the user, so that whether the user has the transferring authority can be rapidly known, the occurrence of important data loss caused by that the user transfers the historical conference content privately under the condition of no authority is avoided, and the safety of the content in the conference record archive is ensured.
This embodiment also discloses a multi-level teleconference system for controlling a call, as shown in fig. 4, the system includes:
the classification module 401 is configured to perform level classification on employee accounts of a company according to a preset rule, and obtain a classification result;
a determining module 402, configured to determine, according to the division result, a first target level of a first target user when the first target user constructs a teleconference;
an access module 403, configured to automatically access, to the teleconference, target employee accounts of second target users with a first target number that is lower than the first target level;
a confirming module 404, configured to, in a teleconference process, if a third target user needs to speak preferentially, confirm whether the third target user has a preferential speaking right according to a second target level of the third target user, if so, transfer the speaking right to a terminal where the third target user is located, and otherwise, continue speaking by the first target user.
The working principle and the advantageous effects of the above technical solution have been explained in the method claims, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-level teleconference method for controlling a call, characterized by comprising the steps of:
grading employee accounts of a company according to a preset rule to obtain a grading result;
when a first target user constructs a teleconference, determining a first target grade of the first target user according to the division result;
automatically accessing target employee accounts of a first target number of second target users under the first target level into the teleconference;
in the teleconference process, if a third target user needs to give a priority to speak, whether the third target user has a priority speaking right is confirmed according to a second target level of the third target user, if so, the speaking right is transferred to a terminal where the third target user is located, and otherwise, the first target user continues to speak.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the third target user is any one of a first target number of second target users or any one of a second target number of fourth target users actively participating in the conference call.
3. The method for controlling the call of the multi-level teleconference according to claim 1, wherein the step of performing level division on employee accounts of a company according to a preset rule to obtain a division result comprises:
acquiring registration information of each employee account;
determining authority information of each employee account according to the registration information of each employee account;
acquiring an electronic employee position form of the company;
according to the electronic employee position table, combining identity information in registration information of each employee account and authority information of each employee account, carrying out grade division on employee accounts of a company, dividing the employee accounts into N grades, and respectively inserting a target employee account corresponding to each grade;
and confirming the N levels inserted into the employee account as the division result.
4. The method for controlling a call in a multi-level teleconference according to claim 1, wherein the automatically accessing the account numbers of the target employees of the first target number of second target users under the first target level into the teleconference comprises:
confirming the online states of the first target number of target employee accounts;
automatically accessing the first target employee account in an online state into the teleconference;
sending a short message for starting the conference app to a mobile phone terminal where a second target employee account is located in an offline state, confirming whether the second target employee account is online or not after sending a preset time, if so, automatically accessing the second target employee account to the conference call, otherwise, dialing a call to the mobile phone terminal where the second target employee account is located to remind a host of the second target employee account to start the conference app, and automatically accessing the second target employee account to the conference call after starting.
5. The multi-level teleconference method for controlling call according to claim 1, wherein in the teleconference process, if a third target user needs to speak preferentially, determining whether the third target user has a preferential speaking right according to a second target level of the third target user, if so, transferring the speaking right to a terminal where the third target user is located, and otherwise, continuing speaking by the first target user, the method includes:
determining a second target rating for the third target user;
comparing the second target grade with the first target grade to obtain a comparison result;
if the comparison result is that the second target level is higher than the first target level or the second target level is the same as the first target level, confirming that the third target user has a priority speaking right, and if the comparison result is that the second target level is lower than the first target level, confirming that the third target user does not have the priority speaking right;
and when the third target user is confirmed to have the priority speaking right, forwarding the speaking right to the terminal where the third target user is located, and when the third target user is confirmed to not have the priority speaking right, continuing speaking by the first target user.
6. The method for controlling a call in a multi-level teleconference according to claim 1, wherein when a teleconference is established by a first target user, after determining a first target level of the first target user according to the division result, before automatically accessing target employee accounts of a first target number of second target users below the first target level into the teleconference, the method further comprises:
displaying a pre-stored conference scene mode list to the first target user;
acquiring a first target conference scene mode selected by the first target user in the conference scene mode list;
determining a first person size corresponding to the target meeting scene mode and a second person size below the first target level;
and comparing the first person scale with the second person scale, if the first person scale is larger than or equal to the second person scale, confirming the first target conference scene mode as a final conference scene module, if the first person scale is smaller than the second person scale, recommending a preset number of second target conference scene modes with the person scale larger than or equal to the second person scale to the first target user, and confirming the target second target conference scene mode selected by the first target user as the final conference scene mode.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
recording the pronunciation frequency band in the teleconference;
analyzing the pronunciation frequency band to obtain character analysis content, and analyzing the character analysis content to determine key content of the teleconference;
storing the key content of the teleconference in a fixed folder, and taking the conference date of the teleconference as a folder name;
and storing the fixed folder into a pre-constructed conference record archive.
8. The method for controlling a call in a multi-level teleconference according to claim 1, wherein the automatically accessing the account numbers of the target employees of the first target number of second target users under the first target level into the teleconference comprises:
setting a unique conference signature of the teleconference for the target employee account of each second target user;
respectively sending the unique conference signature codes to the mobile phone terminals of the corresponding second target users;
before automatically accessing target employee accounts of second target users with a first target number into the teleconference, sending a request for acquiring a corresponding unique conference signature to a mobile phone terminal of each second target user;
if the unique conference signature corresponding to each target employee account number is received in the target time length, automatically accessing the target employee account numbers of the second target users with the first target number into the telephone conference, and if the unique conference signature corresponding to the target employee account numbers is not received in the target time length, analyzing the current mobile phone terminal ip address corresponding to the target employee account numbers;
confirming whether the current mobile phone terminal ip address is the same as a target mobile phone terminal ip address of a mobile phone terminal used by a second target user for frequently logging in a target employee account, if so, automatically accessing the target employee account into the teleconference and continuously sending a request for acquiring a unique conference sign code to the second target user terminal according to a preset period until the unique conference sign code is received, otherwise, temporarily freezing the target employee account;
when the target employee account is frozen, sending a prompt for acquiring a decrypted voice to a current mobile phone terminal for logging in the target employee account;
after receiving the decrypted voice, performing tone analysis on the decrypted voice, confirming whether the decrypted voice is the voice of a second target user and determining whether the decrypted voice is a recording according to a tone analysis result, if the decrypted voice is the voice of the second target user and is not the recording, confirming that the current mobile phone terminal is reasonable, unfreezing the target employee account and automatically accessing the target employee account into the teleconference, if the decrypted voice is the voice of the second target user and is the recording, continuously keeping a frozen state, and if the decrypted voice is not the voice of the second target user and is the recording, continuously keeping the frozen state and sending a prompt for modifying the password of the target employee account to the mobile phone terminal of the second target user;
and after the second target user modifies the account password of the target employee, automatically accessing the account of the target employee into the teleconference.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises: when a company employee needs to call the historical conference content in the conference record archive, whether the employee has the calling authority is confirmed, and the method comprises the following steps:
confirming first target historical conference content required to be called by the employee, analyzing the first target historical conference content, obtaining a first keyword of the first target historical conference content, and setting a corresponding first attribute value for the first keyword;
acquiring a current employee account of the employee, and determining the login duration of the current employee account in the first target historical conference and the total conference duration of the first target historical conference;
querying a historical calling record of the current employee account;
determining a second keyword in each second target historical conference content in the historical retrieval record, and acquiring a second attribute value of each second keyword;
confirming the association degree of the first attribute value and each second attribute value;
calculating the current confidence coefficient of the current employee account of the employee according to the association degree of the first attribute value and each second attribute value:
