When a maintenance worker needs to maintain the transformer assembly 13, the sliding door 125 and the placing cavity 12 need to be opened to form a closed state by using a key matched with the rotating lock 124, the sliding door 125 pulls the ladder 121 in the placing cavity 12, the folding plate 1211 is rotated to control the folding plate 1211 to be placed horizontally with the ground, at this time, the supporting block 1213 on the ladder 121 is just clamped into the second limiting groove 122, the folding plate 1211 is just clamped into the second limiting groove 122 to complete the stabilization of the ladder 121, the ladder 121 can facilitate the installation and maintenance of the transformer assembly 13 by the worker, the defect that the worker needs to carry an artificial ladder during each maintenance is overcome, and the condition that the worker falls off due to the instability of the artificial ladder in the using process is solved, so that the transformer assembly maintenance safety is benefited.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, the transformer oil is injected into the interior of the conservator 23 through the oil inlet pipe 27, after the injection is completed, the sealing performance between the oil inlet pipe 27 and the conservator 23 is ensured, it should be noted that, when a maintenance worker needs to maintain the transformer assembly 13, the sliding door 125 and the placing cavity 12 need to be opened by a key matched with the rotating lock 124, the sliding door 125 pulls the ladder 121 in the placing cavity 12, the folding plate 1211 is controlled to be placed horizontally with the ground by rotating the folding plate 1211, at this time, the supporting block 1213 on the ladder 121 is just clamped into the second limiting groove, the folding plate 1211 is just clamped into the second limiting groove 122, the stabilization of the ladder 121 is completed, the ladder 121 can facilitate the installation and maintenance of the transformer assembly 13 by a worker, the defect that the worker needs to carry the artificial ladder every maintenance is solved, and the condition that the maintenance worker easily falls due to the instability of the artificial ladder in the use process is solved, therefore, the safety of transformer substation maintenance is benefited, the first capsule bag 301, the second capsule bag 302 and the third capsule bag 303 are arranged inside the oil conservator 23 in a superposition mode, the third capsule bag 303 contacted with the transformer oil can be prevented from being broken under the pushing of high pressure formed by the transformer oil, the water content in the oil is increased due to the fact that the high-pressure oil is contacted with air through the broken third capsule bag 303, the aging speed of the transformer oil is accelerated, the heat dissipation degree of the transformer oil to the internal structure of the transformer is reduced, as the first capsule bag 301, the second capsule bag 302 and the third capsule bag 303 are attached to the inner side wall of the oil conservator 23, the sealing degree of the transformer oil in the oil conservator 23 can be enhanced due to the fact that the first capsule bag 301, the second capsule bag 302 and the third capsule bag 303 are attached to the inner side wall of the oil conservator 23, and after the third capsule bag 303 contacted with the transformer oil is broken, the second capsule bag 302 is capable of maintaining the tightness of the pressurized oil inside the conservator 23, and in the same way, after the second capsule bag 302 and the third capsule bag 303 are both ruptured, the first capsule bag 301 can still isolate the transformer oil, prevent the transformer oil from contacting with air to cause the aging of the transformer oil, realize the heat dissipation of the transformer, thereby improving the transformation effect of the transformer, reducing the iron loss, magnetic loss and copper loss degree of the transformer, and further, the force bearing plates 305 arranged in the first capsule bag 301, the second capsule bag 302 and the third capsule bag 303 can reduce the extrusion force of high pressure generated by shaking of the variable pressure oil in the oil tank 21 on the first capsule bag 301, the second capsule bag 302 and the third capsule bag 303, therefore, the pushing force borne by the capsule 304 can be effectively reduced, the probability of damage of the first capsule bag 301, the second capsule bag 302 and the third capsule bag 303 is reduced, and the oil conservator 23 is favorable for buffering the thermal expansion and expansion of the variable pressure oil in the oil tank 21.
The first observation cavity 311 and the second observation cavity 312 are arranged in the display mechanism 31, the second observation cavity 312 is arranged above the first capsule bag 301 in the horizontal direction, and the first observation cavity 311 and the second observation cavity 312 are communicated with the conservator 23, so that the variable pressure oil in the conservator 23 can enter the second observation cavity 312 after the first capsule bag 301 is damaged, and similarly, the first observation cavity 311 is positioned above the horizontal line of the second capsule bag 302 and below the horizontal line of the first capsule bag 301, so that the variable pressure oil in the conservator 23 enters the first observation cavity 311 after the third capsule bag 303 and the second capsule bag 302 are broken, so that a detector can judge whether the first capsule bag 301, the second capsule bag 302 and the third capsule bag 303 are damaged by observing the condition that the first observation cavity 311 and the second observation cavity 312 on the display mechanism 31 enter the variable pressure oil, thereby can in time judge the inside problem that appears of conservator 23, the work efficiency of maintainer has been improved, and simultaneously, through setting up warning frame 262 in the side at glass pipe 26, when the inside water content of oil tank 21 and conservator 23 reaches a quantitative time, liquid level in the glass pipe 26 rises to the inside that the take the altitude promotes floater 261 and gets into warning frame 262, the measurement personnel can be through observing whether the floater 261 gets into warning frame 262, judge whether too much the water content of oil tank 21, thereby carry out the drainage operation to oil tank 21, after the completion, because warning frame 262 is the calabash shape design, therefore, through rotating warning frame 262 can be with the leading-in inside of glass pipe 26 of floater 261, the warning frame 262 after the weight 263 can be convenient for rotate resets, accomplish the inside detection of conservator 23.
