Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a commodity or system that includes the element.
Before describing the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention in detail, an information processing system and how to implement the goods inspection or dispute processing according to the system may be described.
The information processing system may include a terminal device and a service platform communicatively coupled. Optionally, the terminal device may specifically include a code scanning gun having a display screen, and the service platform may specifically include an order management server. The server may have recorded therein a purchase record of the commodity purchaser, detail information of each purchase of the commodity, and the like. And the service platform can also have a camera function and can shoot the whole working process of an operator using the terminal equipment to obtain a video. And the service platform can directly acquire the shot video. Alternatively, the camera function of the service platform may be implemented by a video camera system. For a video capture system, it may include a camera and a video storage device, each disposed on a respective workstation of the operator.
The return process based on the system can be as follows: the commodity purchaser initiates a return action on the shopping platform. After the commodity seller agrees with the goods returning action, the commodity purchaser provides the transaction identifier corresponding to the goods returning action to the service platform. Specifically, the transaction identifier may be an invoice number obtained when the purchaser mails a package containing returned goods to a seller, and the goods purchaser may provide the invoice number to the service platform by inputting the invoice number on the shopping platform.
Then, after the goods seller receives the package, the seller operator can scan the transaction identifier, i.e. the invoice number, on the package by using the terminal device, i.e. the code scanning gun, so that the code scanning gun sends the invoice number to the service platform. The service platform can inquire the commodity information corresponding to the invoice number, the commodity information is actually the information of the commodities needing to be returned, and the information of the commodities needing to be returned can specifically comprise the types, the number, the models and the like of the commodities. The operator then unpacks and displays the returned items in the package, i.e., the actual returned items, to a camera included in the service platform. A series of actions of code scanning, box opening, displaying and the like of an operator are shot to obtain a return video corresponding to the freight note number.
At this moment, based on this return video, an automatic mode of examining goods: the service platform can automatically identify whether the information of the actual goods returned shot in the video clip is consistent with the information of the goods to be returned inquired before. If the two are consistent, the goods returning success is indicated.
Certainly, in order to ensure the accuracy of goods inspection, there can be a manual goods inspection mode: the service platform can send the information of the goods to be returned to the goods seller, so that the staff of the goods seller can manually check the goods. Wherein the staff member can be the operator of the code scanning gun. At the moment, the operator can see the information of the goods to be returned fed back by the service platform through the display screen of the code scanning gun. When the operator determines that the actual goods returned do not accord with the goods to be returned or consumption disputes occur in the goods returning process, the service platform can send the obtained goods returning video and the information of the goods to be returned to the customer service staff, and then the customer service staff manually checks the goods.
Meanwhile, the terminal device in the information processing system may further include an electronic device with an instant messaging function, such as a mobile phone used by an operator, and is used for sending corresponding notification information to the operator and a customer service person in the process of goods inspection or dispute handling, so as to notify the current handling progress and final handling result of the goods inspection task or dispute task. Of course, the terminal device can also be a single code scanning gun, and the code scanning gun is integrated with the instant messaging function. The interaction process of the whole system can be seen in fig. 1.
Based on the above description, some embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The features of the embodiments and examples described below may be combined with each other without conflict between the embodiments. In addition, the sequence of steps in each method embodiment described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
s101, video collection is carried out on the goods returning processing process of goods returned through the camera.
Continuing to bear the related names mentioned in the above system embodiments, the following description is continued:
the package containing the returned goods sent back by the goods purchaser can be obtained by an operator, which may be a person of the goods seller or a manager of a warehouse where the package is received. At this time, the operator can start the inspection work for the returned goods.
The operator's workstation can be configured with the camera, and the camera is used for shooing the whole course of work of operator. All the work that an operator needs to do with a package may include: the transaction identification of the package, namely the invoice number, is scanned, the box is opened after the code is scanned, and the actual returned goods in the package are displayed for the camera on the workbench.
For the starting time of the camera, in an optional manner, the server may send a control instruction to the camera at a fixed time interval every day, so that the camera is started within the fixed time interval, where the fixed time interval may be an on-duty time interval of an operator, and may also be started or closed according to the received control instruction.
In another alternative mode, before the operator scans the package with the terminal device, the operator may scan the identifier configured on the camera first, so that the terminal device determines that the binding relationship between itself and the camera is established. At this time, the camera may be controlled to be turned on by the terminal device. Naturally, the binding relationship may also be notified to the service platform, and at this time, in another alternative manner, the service platform may also control the camera to be turned on.
For the closing time of the camera, in an optional manner, in the process that the camera starts to collect a video and the operator scans the package, the service platform may obtain the transaction identifier, and the specific process of obtaining the transaction identifier may refer to the following related description in step 102. At this time, the service platform may determine a first time when the transaction identifier is acquired and a second time when the next transaction identifier is acquired. If the time interval between the two times is greater than the preset time length, the fact that the code scanning operation is not generated for a long time by the operator is indicated, and the operator may be in a working or off-duty state, at this time, the service platform may generate a stop instruction to control the camera to be turned off, that is, to stop collecting the video.
Alternatively, the operator may also actively trigger an acquisition end event on the terminal device, and after the terminal device responds to the acquisition end event, the terminal device generates a stop instruction, where the closing of the camera may be controlled by the terminal device.
S102, acquiring a transaction identifier corresponding to the returned commodity.
The operator can use terminal equipment such as sweep the sign indicating number rifle, scans the transaction sign of the parcel that the commodity purchaser sent back, sweep the sign indicating number rifle and can read the transaction sign and send to service platform, also be that service platform has determined the transaction sign. Meanwhile, after receiving the transaction identifier, the service platform can further search the information of the goods to be returned corresponding to the transaction identifier according to the pre-established association relationship. Alternatively, as for the transaction identifier, it is mentioned in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 that it may be the invoice number of the package, and in practical application, it may also be the product number or any number or identifier that may represent the product.
The establishment of the association relationship may be: after the commodity purchaser inputs the transaction identifier corresponding to the goods return behavior to the shopping platform, the service platform can automatically establish the association relationship between the transaction identifier and the information of the commodity needing goods return corresponding to the purchasing behavior. Meanwhile, the content included in the information of the goods to be returned can be referred to the related content in the above embodiments.
In practical application, the transaction identifier and the information of the goods to be returned may be in a one-to-one correspondence relationship. However, it is easy to understand that the commodity purchaser may initiate a goods return operation for a plurality of commodities of the same commodity seller, and send a plurality of commodities to be returned to the commodity seller through a package, and at this time, the information of the commodities to be returned can be inquired through the transaction identifier, that is, the two are in a one-to-many relationship.
And S103, binding and uploading the transaction identifier and the acquired video.
After the transaction identifier and the video acquired by the camera are obtained, the transaction identifier and the video can be uploaded to a service platform in an optional mode, so that the service platform binds the transaction identifier and the video. Namely, the corresponding relation between the transaction identification and the returned goods video of the returned goods pair is established.
Alternatively, the transaction identifier and the video can be bound by the terminal device, and then the binding result is uploaded to the service platform. When judging whether the goods returning behavior generated by the commodity purchaser is reasonable or not in the subsequent process, the goods returning video corresponding to the goods returning behavior can be found according to the corresponding relation, and whether the goods returning behavior is successful or not is determined according to the video.
In this embodiment, the return processing process of the returned goods is video-captured by the camera, that is, the return video corresponding to the returned goods is obtained. And then, acquiring a transaction identifier corresponding to the returned commodity, and uploading the transaction identifier and the video acquired by the camera after the transaction identifier and the video are bound. Whether the goods return behavior corresponding to the goods returned is effective or not can be judged subsequently according to the uploaded video. Therefore, in the method, the basis in the processing process of the return behavior is the video with strong visibility and higher counterfeiting cost, so that the processing result of the return behavior can be further credible.
In practical application, after the camera is started, the camera can always collect videos and upload the collected videos in real time. Therefore, it is easy to understand that, in all videos shot by one camera, a plurality of returned commodities can be corresponded, namely, a plurality of returned behaviors corresponded to the commodity purchaser. At this time, after the transaction identifier corresponding to the returned commodity is obtained, the video may be labeled according to the transaction identifier and the obtaining time of the transaction identifier.
Specifically, a target frame image of shooting time and obtaining time in a video is determined, and then a transaction identifier is used for marking the target frame image. The acquisition time of the transaction identifier is also the starting time of the video corresponding to the transaction identifier. Then, the video with the preset duration can be captured from the video shot by the camera with the starting time as the standard, and the captured video is the return video corresponding to the transaction identifier. Optionally, the specific interception process of the return video corresponding to the transaction identifier can also be referred to the following description in the embodiment shown in fig. 5.
Optionally, the process of acquiring the transaction identifier and the process of intercepting the return video may be completed by a camera or a service platform. And the captured video is an important basis for subsequently judging whether the goods returning behavior of the commodity purchaser is effective. Reference may also be made to the following description of embodiment step 202, which is not described in detail herein.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be executed by a service platform. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the steps of:
s201, determining a trade mark corresponding to the return trade order.
The operator of the goods seller can use the terminal device such as code scanning gun to scan the transaction identification, i.e. the shipping bill number, of the package sent back by the goods buyer so as to make the transaction identification obtained by the service platform. Meanwhile, after receiving the transaction identifier, the service platform can also inquire the information of the goods to be returned corresponding to the transaction identifier according to the pre-established association relationship.
The parts not described in detail here can refer to the description in step 102 of the embodiment described in fig. 2, and are not described here again.
S202, obtaining a goods return video corresponding to the transaction identification, wherein the goods return video comprises a video acquired by a commodity corresponding to the goods return transaction order in the goods return acceptance check process.
The operator's workstation can be configured with the camera for shoot operator's course. For example, the following work of the operator is taken: the transaction identification of the package, namely the invoice number, is scanned, the box is opened after the code is scanned, and the actual returned goods in the package are displayed for the camera on the workbench.
And it is easy to understand that each operator usually needs to process packages sent back by a plurality of commodity purchasers, therefore, the return goods video shot by one camera actually corresponds to a plurality of packages, i.e. a plurality of transaction identifications. And the whole work process of an operator on a package can be actually understood as a clip in return videos shot by a camera.
Optionally, the return videos shot by the camera may be analyzed to intercept a video clip from the return videos, where the video clip is the return video corresponding to the transaction identifier, and an optional analysis manner may be to determine the starting and ending positions of the video clips respectively.
Optionally, for the starting position of the return video corresponding to the identified transaction identifier, the service platform may also obtain the transaction identifier while the return video is shot by the camera. At this time, the service platform may label the video according to the obtained transaction identifier and the acquisition time of the transaction identifier, so as to determine the starting position of the return video corresponding to each transaction identifier through the labeling process. For determining the ending position of the video segment, optionally, in a simpler manner, the service platform may determine the ending position of the video segment according to the acquisition time and the preset time length after obtaining the acquisition time. For example, the service platform receives the transaction identifier a at the time of 10: 00, the preset time is 1 minute, then 10: 00-10: the returned video shot between 01 is determined as the returned video corresponding to the transaction identifier A.
Wherein, the preset duration can be set according to historical experience. For example, a package usually includes a commodity, and it usually takes 1 minute to display information of the commodity to a camera, a preset time period may be set to 1 minute, and the return video is associated with the transaction identifier.
After the service platform inquires the corresponding information of the goods to be returned through the transaction identifier, the return video corresponding to the transaction identifier can be obtained according to the acquisition time of the transaction identifier, the transaction identifier and the preset duration.
S203, the goods return video is processed, and the effectiveness of the goods return transaction order is determined.
Finally, the service platform identifies the return video corresponding to the transaction identifier to obtain actual return commodity information, wherein the commodity information can include commodity number, commodity type, commodity model and the like. And comparing the actual goods returned information with the goods information to be returned. If the two are consistent, the goods returning behavior initiated by the goods purchaser is determined to be effective, and the goods returning is successful.
In the embodiment of the invention, the service platform determines that the terminal equipment determines the transaction identifier corresponding to the goods return transaction order, and then obtains the goods return video corresponding to the goods return transaction identifier according to the transaction identifier, and identifies the actual goods returned shot in the goods return video, so as to determine whether the goods return transaction order initiated by the goods purchaser is valid, namely whether the goods return is successful. Therefore, the information processing method is a scheme for automatically checking goods according to the goods returning video and judging whether the goods returning is successful, and the processing efficiency of the goods returning business can be improved.
In the above embodiments, only the case where the return action is effective is mentioned. In practical application, if the actual goods returned information is inconsistent with the goods information to be returned, the service platform can determine that the goods returned action is invalid. This may be caused by poor image recognition accuracy of the service platform or by errors in actual returned goods mailed by the goods purchaser. At this time, the service platform may generate a check task for the transaction identifier corresponding to the invalid return behavior, and send the check task to the commodity seller.
Specifically, after the service platform determines that the goods returned has no transaction order effect, a notification message can be generated to notify the operator, and at the moment, the operator can shoot details of each place of the actual goods returned by the service platform through the terminal device to obtain detailed information of the goods, and can select an invalid reason and the like through the terminal device. Then, the detailed information, the invalidation reason and the like are sent to the service platform together, so that the service platform generates the inspection task. Wherein, the inspection task may include: detailed information of actual returned goods, time of receiving transaction identification, information of goods to be returned, stock quantity of goods to be returned, goods purchaser, and returned video, etc. Meanwhile, an operator can use a code scanning gun with a photographing function or other electronic equipment with a photographing function such as a mobile phone to photograph the details of the actual returned goods. And the electronic equipment can be bound with the code scanning gun through the employee identification code of the operator displayed by the electronic equipment, and the employee identification can be represented as a two-dimensional code or a bar code and the like.
After the goods seller receives the inspection task, the customer service staff of the goods seller can process the inspection task, for example, the customer service staff manually inspects whether the actual returned goods shot in the returned goods video are consistent with the goods to be returned corresponding to the transaction identifier. If the verification task is consistent with the verification task, the goods returning behavior is determined to be effective, and the customer service staff can submit the processing result of the verification task by accessing the service platform. If not, the customer service personnel can communicate with the commodity purchaser through the instant communication equipment to negotiate so as to complete the goods returning action of the commodity purchaser.
In addition, in the actual goods checking process, in order to ensure the accuracy of the goods checking of the service platform, the credit level of the commodity purchaser can be considered in the goods checking process. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the information processing method may include the following steps:
s301, determining a trade mark corresponding to the return trade order.
The execution process of step 301 is similar to the corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiment, and reference may be made to the related description in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, which is not repeated herein.
S302, determining the credit level of the commodity purchaser corresponding to the return transaction order.
All purchase records generated by the commodity purchaser on the shopping platform are recorded by the service platform. The service platform can set a credit level for the commodity purchaser according to the historical purchase record, the return record, the payment record and other information of the commodity purchaser. Therefore, while the information of the goods to be returned is inquired through the transaction identifier, the buyer of the goods with the information of the goods to be returned and the credit level thereof can be inquired.
And S303, obtaining a goods return video corresponding to the transaction identifier, wherein the goods return video comprises a video acquired by a commodity corresponding to the goods return transaction order in the goods return acceptance check process.
The execution process of step 303 is similar to the corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiment, and reference may be made to the related description in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, which is not repeated herein.
S304, based on the credit rating, the effectiveness of the return transaction order is determined.
The idea of taking the credit rating of the commodity purchaser into consideration for determining whether the return action is effective can be understood as follows: the service platform can identify actual returned commodity information from the returned video, wherein the actual returned commodity information can comprise detailed information and non-detailed information, and the detailed information can be the type, model and the like of a commodity; the non-detail information may be the quantity of the item. Therefore, the detailed information is fine-grained commodity information, and the non-detailed information is coarse-grained commodity information.
When the credit level is higher than the set level, the possibility that the actual returned goods sent back by the goods purchaser are inconsistent with the goods to be returned is low, and at this time, the number of the actual returned goods identified by the service platform can be directly compared with the number of the goods included in the information of the goods to be returned so as to determine the effectiveness of the goods returning action. That is, because the credit rating of the goods purchaser is higher, the determination criteria for determining whether the goods return behavior is valid may be relaxed, that is, only the quantity of the coarse-grained goods in the actual returned goods information is compared with the quantity of the goods included in the goods information to be returned, and if the two are the same, the goods return behavior of the goods purchaser is determined to be valid.
When the credit level is lower than the set level, it indicates that the actual returned merchandise sent back by the merchandise purchaser is likely to be inconsistent with the merchandise to be returned, and at this time, a more detailed judgment needs to be performed on the actual returned merchandise. Specifically, after the service platform can identify the return video, it may only identify the non-detailed information in the actual return commodity information, but not the detailed information, and at this time, the service platform generates the prompt information and sends it to the mobile terminal used by the operator.
After the mobile terminal receives the prompt message, the operator can use the mobile terminal to collect the detailed information of the actual returned goods, such as detailed diagrams of the goods, goods labels and the like, and feed back the detailed information to the service platform. Finally, the service platform can more finely determine the effectiveness of goods returning behaviors of the goods buyers according to the detail information, the goods returning videos and the goods information needing to be returned, which are collected by the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, actually, in the process of checking the goods, the service platform may determine the effectiveness of the goods returning action according to the inquired information of the goods to be returned and the coarse-grained goods information identified from the returned video, such as the number of the goods, for the goods purchaser with higher credit level by referring to the credit level of the goods purchaser. For the commodity purchaser with lower credit level, the service platform can determine the effectiveness of the goods returning behavior according to the information of the commodities to be returned and the detailed information of the commodities with fine granularity. By using the information processing method provided by the embodiment, while the work efficiency is ensured by automatic goods inspection, the goods inspection with different granularities can be realized according to the credit level, and the accuracy of the goods inspection result is further ensured.
In practice, in order to process a large batch of returned packages, a plurality of cameras are usually included in the service platform, and each camera corresponds to one operator. In this case, it is very likely that the service platform receives multiple transaction identifiers at the same time, and the monitored video segments corresponding to the transaction identifiers have the same start-stop time, so that the monitored video segments corresponding to the transaction identifiers cannot be accurately obtained, and the effectiveness of the return action is determined inaccurately.
In order to avoid the above problem, fig. 5 is a flowchart of another information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the information processing method may include the following steps:
s401, responding to the binding operation of the terminal equipment and a target camera in at least one camera, and establishing the corresponding relation between the terminal equipment and the target camera.
S402, controlling the target camera to collect the goods return video.
Before an operator uses the terminal device to formally start to check goods, the binding operation can be triggered on the terminal device so that the service platform establishes the corresponding relation between the terminal device and the target camera. Specifically, it can be known from the above description that the terminal device may be a code scanning gun, and before scanning a package, an operator may scan a camera identification code set on a workbench, where the camera is a target camera corresponding to the terminal device. The terminal equipment sends the camera identification codes and the terminal equipment identification codes to the service platform, and the service platform automatically establishes the corresponding relation between the terminal equipment and the target camera after receiving the two identification codes. And when the corresponding relation is established, the service platform can also control the target camera to be opened so as to collect the return video.
In practical application, when an operator of the terminal equipment finishes work or other conditions that the scanning cannot be continued exist, the terminal equipment can also be unbound from the monitoring camera.
According to the optional automatic unbinding mode, after the terminal device scans the transaction identifier, the transaction identifier is sent to the service platform, and then the service platform can monitor and acquire the time interval between two adjacent transaction identifiers. If the time interval is longer than the preset time, for example, 1 hour, it may be considered that the operator cannot continue scanning the code, for example, the operator has gone off duty or left the workbench for other reasons, and at this time, the service platform may automatically unbind the binding between the terminal device and the monitoring camera, that is, delete the corresponding relationship between the terminal device and the monitoring camera.
According to the optional manual unbinding mode, an operator can trigger the unbinding operation on a display screen provided by the terminal equipment, and the service platform can automatically unbind the terminal equipment after receiving a notification message generated by the terminal equipment in response to the unbinding operation.
S403, determining the trade mark corresponding to the return trade order.
The execution process of step 403 is similar to the corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiments, and reference may be made to the relevant description in the foregoing embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
And S404, determining the target camera according to the corresponding relation.
S405, obtaining a goods returning video corresponding to the transaction identification from the goods returning video collected by the target monitoring camera.
After each camera is opened, the whole goods inspection process of the operator can be operated. After the service platform receives the transaction identity containing the terminal device identification code,
after the operator uses the terminal device to scan, the service platform can obtain the corresponding transaction identifier and the device identifier of the terminal device, and according to the device identifier and the corresponding relationship established in step 401, the service platform can directly determine a target camera which can shoot the goods inspection process of the package corresponding to the transaction identifier by the operator. And then, obtaining a return video corresponding to the transaction identification from the video.
In an optional return video obtaining mode, an operator firstly triggers a monitoring start event on the terminal device to scan the transaction identifier, and at the moment, the service platform can receive the transaction identifier and record the first time when the transaction identifier is received. The operator may then trigger a monitoring end event on the terminal device, in response to which the terminal device sends a notification message to the service platform, and the service platform may record a second time at which the notification message was received. And then, determining a return video corresponding to the transaction identifier from the videos shot by the target camera according to the first time and the second time.
The service platform can determine the second time according to the following mode, starts timing from the first time, and automatically determines the second time after the preset time length is reached; or determining the time of receiving another transaction identifier sent by the terminal device as the second time.
S406, the goods return video is processed, and the effectiveness of the goods return transaction order is determined.
The execution process of step 406 is similar to the corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiments, and reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, before the operator formally scans the package mailed by the commodity purchaser, the operator can complete the binding of the terminal device of the operator and the camera by means of code scanning through the terminal device. After the equipment is bound, the terminal equipment used by the operator sends the transaction identifier and simultaneously sends the identifier of the terminal equipment to the service platform. The service platform can determine the target camera corresponding to the terminal equipment according to the identification code of the terminal equipment. And the service platform intercepts the return video corresponding to the transaction identifier from the video shot by the target camera by taking the first time of receiving the transaction identifier as a starting point, and further determines whether the return task is effective. Therefore, the return video corresponding to the transaction identifier can be accurately acquired through the binding between the terminal equipment and the camera, and the accuracy of goods inspection is further ensured.
According to the above description, the operator plays an important role in the process of checking the goods, so that the situation that the goods checking fails due to illegal operation of non-operators is avoided. In an alternative mode, before scanning the package, the operator may first trigger a login operation through the terminal device, and the service platform may receive login information of the operator, where the login information may be an employee identifier of the operator. The service platform determines whether the operator has the operation authority of the terminal equipment according to the login information. Only an operator with operation authority can perform operations of code scanning, return video shooting auxiliary completion and the like.
For example, an operator may scan an employee identifier displayed on an electronic device, such as a mobile phone, for collecting details of an actual returned product by using a code scanning gun, so as to send scanned content to a service platform, so that the service platform determines whether the operator has an operation authority of a terminal device.
The embodiments shown in fig. 3 to fig. 5 actually describe the whole goods inspection process from the perspective of the service platform, and on the contrary, the goods acceptance can also be described from the perspective of the terminal device. Based on this, fig. 6 is a flowchart of another information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the information processing method may include the following steps:
s501, responding to a code scanning result of the terminal device to the return transaction order, and acquiring a transaction identifier corresponding to the return transaction order.
And S502, sending the transaction identifier to a service platform.
And S503, displaying returned commodity information corresponding to the returned commodity order fed back by the service platform, so that the operator determines the validity of the returned commodity order according to the returned commodity information.
Specifically, the operator of the terminal device may scan the transaction identifier of the package sent back by the commodity purchaser, and the terminal device may include a code scanning gun, and send the read transaction identifier to the service platform. The service platform can inquire the returned commodity information corresponding to the transaction identification according to the established association relation. The service platform can feed back the inquired information of the goods to be returned to the terminal equipment, and at the moment, an operator can see the information of the goods through a display screen of the terminal equipment. The operator can open the package to obtain actual returned merchandise information mailed by the merchandise purchaser. If the information of the goods to be returned is consistent with the information of the actual goods to be returned, the operator can determine that the goods returning action of the goods purchaser is effective, and the operator can also inform the effective result of the goods returning action to the service platform by operating the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, the goods inspection process can be realized through a terminal device with the function of displaying and scanning codes. The operator can complete the goods return only by operating one device, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the goods return service.
As described in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, in practical applications, the credit rating of the commodity purchaser may also be considered in the process of checking the commodity, and at this time, fig. 7 is a flowchart of another information processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the information processing method may include the following steps:
s601, responding to the code scanning result of the terminal equipment to the return transaction order, and acquiring a transaction identifier corresponding to the return transaction order.
S602, the transaction identifier is sent to the service platform.
The execution process of the steps 601 to 602 is similar to the corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiment, and reference may be made to the related description in the embodiment shown in fig. 6, which is not repeated herein.
And S603, displaying prompt information fed back by the service platform, wherein the prompt information indicates that the credit level of the commodity purchaser corresponding to the return transaction order is lower than a preset level.
S604, responding to the display of the prompt message, and collecting the detailed information of the actual returned goods.
And S605, sending the detail information to the service platform so that the service platform determines the effectiveness of goods returning behavior according to the detail information and the goods returning information.
When the service platform inquires that the credit level of the commodity purchaser is lower than the preset level, prompt information is generated and sent to the terminal equipment. After the terminal device displays the prompt message, the operator of the terminal device may think that the package is abnormal and needs to be checked more carefully. At this time, the operator opens the package, and uses the terminal device to collect the detailed information of the actual returned goods, at this time, the terminal device may further include an electronic device with a shooting function, such as a mobile phone, and the collected detailed information is sent to the service platform through the electronic device. At this time, the service platform can determine the effectiveness of the goods returning behavior according to the acquired detailed information and the information of the goods to be returned.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment and each of the above embodiments, it is described that the terminal device may specifically include an electronic device and a code scanning gun, at this time, a one-to-one correspondence relationship exists between the code scanning gun, the electronic device, and the camera, and this relationship is already established and completed before the operator's formal goods inspection process and recorded in the service platform. The service platform can complete automatic goods inspection by calling the relationship.
In practical application, the service platform may not be able to query the corresponding information of the goods to be returned through the transaction identifier, that is, the transaction identifier is incorrect, and at this time, the service platform may also send the prompt message to the terminal device. The operator also uses the terminal device to collect the detailed information of the actual returned goods, and meanwhile, as can be seen from the description in the embodiments shown in fig. 3 to 5, the camera included in the service platform can shoot the whole goods checking process of the operator to obtain the returned goods video. Under the condition, the service platform can determine whether the goods returning behavior of the commodity purchaser is effective or not according to the detail information collected by the terminal equipment and the goods returning video shot by the camera. For a specific process, reference may be made to the embodiments shown in fig. 3 to 5, which are not described herein again.
In addition, after the terminal device receives and displays the prompt message sent by the service platform, the subsequent process of determining the effectiveness of the goods return behavior can be executed by the service platform. In the process, after the service platform receives the detail information acquired by the terminal equipment, an inspection task is generated, the inspection task can comprise information of goods to be returned, the detail information of actual goods to be returned and a return video, and the service platform processes the task, namely, completes the process of inspecting the goods. The service platform generates a task notification at the same time of generating the checking task so as to send the task notification to the terminal device. After the terminal device receives the task notification, the operator can clearly know that the goods returning behavior of the goods buyer has a service platform to determine the effectiveness of the goods returning behavior.
And S606, displaying the processing result of the goods returning behavior sent by the service platform.
Finally, after the service platform determines whether the return behavior is effective or not, the result can be sent to the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment can receive and display the processing result of the return behavior so that an operator can know the processing state of the return behavior in time.
In practical application, before the operator scans the transaction identifier, a login operation can be triggered on the terminal device, so as to send login information of the operator to the service platform. After the service platform determines that the operator has the authority to operate the terminal device, the service platform further responds to the code scanning operation of the operator and receives the transaction identifier sent by the terminal device, so that the situation that the personnel without the operation authority randomly uses the terminal device to cause a goods inspection error is avoided.
In the embodiment, the returned goods can be inspected through interaction between the terminal equipment with the functions of instant messaging, displaying and shooting and the service platform, and the inspection accuracy is ensured.
In addition, the above embodiments are actually processes of checking actual returned goods. In the actual goods returning process, a consumption dispute may occur, and at this time, the service platform may further resolve the consumption dispute. Therefore, fig. 8 is a flowchart of another information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the information processing method may include the following steps:
s701, acquiring a dispute handling request initiated by a user, wherein the dispute handling request comprises a transaction identifier corresponding to the returned transaction order.
When a user has consumption disputes, the user can be any one of the commodity buyer and the commodity seller, and the user can initiate a dispute handling request to the service platform. The dispute handling request may include a transaction identifier corresponding to a return action triggered by the merchandise buyer, that is, the invoice number of the package.
It should be noted that the service platform herein may provide a dispute handling platform for the shopping platform, and the service platform mentioned in the above embodiments is actually a processing platform of the goods seller itself.
S702, obtaining a goods return video corresponding to the transaction identification, wherein the goods return video comprises a video acquired by goods corresponding to the goods return transaction order in the goods return acceptance check process.
And S703, responding to the dispute handling request according to the goods returning video.
Then, the service platform obtains a return video corresponding to the transaction identifier, wherein the return video may be content already carried in the dispute handling request. The service platform can solve disputes according to the return videos, namely, judge who has problems between the buyer and the seller.
However, in consideration of the fact that the dispute stage is already performed, in order to ensure the accuracy of dispute handling, the service platform may send the return video and the information of the goods to be returned corresponding to the transaction identifier to the staff of the service platform after obtaining the return video corresponding to the transaction identifier, and handle the dispute in a manual judgment manner. After the staff obtains the dispute handling result, the service platform can notify the handling result to the buyer and the seller, that is, the dispute handling request is responded.
In this embodiment, for the consumption event already in the dispute stage, the return video may also be used to respond to the dispute handling request. Because the evidence of dispute processing is a video with strong visibility and high counterfeiting cost, the credibility of the dispute processing result can be further ensured.
In the dispute handling process, the credit rating of the commodity purchaser can be also taken into consideration, so that fig. 9 is a flowchart of another information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the information processing method may include the following steps:
s801, acquiring a dispute handling request initiated by a user, wherein the dispute handling request comprises a transaction identifier corresponding to a return transaction order.
S802, obtaining a goods return video corresponding to the transaction identification, wherein the goods return video comprises a video collected in the goods return acceptance process of the goods corresponding to the goods return transaction order.
The execution processes of steps 801 to 802 are similar to the corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiment, and reference may be made to the related description in the embodiment shown in fig. 8, which is not repeated herein.
S803, the credit rating of the product purchaser corresponding to the return transaction order is determined.
S804, the dispute handling request is responded according to the credit level.
As can be seen from the descriptions in the embodiments shown in fig. 3 to fig. 5, in the goods inspection stage, the service platform has obtained the information of the goods to be returned corresponding to the transaction identifier and the credit level of the buyer of the goods, and these contents may be sent to the service platform together after the buyer and the seller initiate a dispute handling request. At this time, the dispute handling request can be responded according to the monitoring video clip, the goods return information and the credit level.
Specifically, when the credit rating of the product purchaser is higher than the preset rating, since the credit is good, the possibility that the actual returned product does not match the actual returned product is low, and at this time, the dispute handling request may be responded according to the returned video and the information of the product to be returned.
When the credit level of the commodity purchaser is lower than the preset level, the possibility that the commodity purchaser sends back wrong commodities or initiates a malicious dispute is greatly increased, at this time, the detail information of the actual goods return information contained in the dispute processing request can be obtained, and the dispute processing request can be responded according to the detail information, the goods return video and the goods information to be returned. In this case, the dispute handling becomes more careful due to the use of the detail information.
In addition, the content that is not described in detail in this embodiment may refer to the related description in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and is not described again here.
In this embodiment, when the request for dispute handling is handled, the credit levels of the product buyers are introduced, and disputes generated by product buyers with different credit levels are handled with different degrees of fineness, so that the efficiency of dispute handling is ensured, and the accuracy of the handling result is also ensured.
