Claims (10)

1. A hazardous chemical management system for institutions, comprising:
the warehouse entry and exit module is used for managing and controlling the warehouse entry and the warehouse exit of hazardous chemicals;
the safety guarantee module is used for implementing safety guarantee measures of hazardous chemicals;
the information display module is used for displaying relevant information of the hazardous chemical substances;
the server module is respectively connected with and controls the in-out library module, the safety guarantee module and the information display module;
the warehouse-in and warehouse-out module is preset with a double-check mode, wherein the double-check mode comprises a double-person application dangerous chemical, a double-person receiving and sending dangerous chemical, a double-person double-lock storage dangerous chemical and double-account record; and the server module manages hazardous chemicals according to the double-examination mode of the in-out library module.
2. The system for managing hazardous chemicals in an institution of claim 1, wherein the warehousing module comprises:
the electronic tag is attached to an outer package of the hazardous chemical substance and is used as a unique identity of the hazardous chemical substance;
the intelligent terminal for entering and exiting the warehouse comprises a first reader-writer and a first data transmitter connected with the first reader-writer, wherein the first reader-writer is used for reading an electronic tag, and the first data transmitter transmits information acquired by the first reader-writer to the server module;
the intelligent medicine cabinet is used for storing a storage space of hazardous chemicals; the intelligent medicine cabinet comprises a second reader-writer, a weight sensor, a second data transmitter and an information displayer, wherein the second reader-writer is used for reading an electronic tag to determine the position of a dangerous chemical substance in the intelligent medicine cabinet, the weight sensor is used for sensing the weight of the dangerous chemical substance in each layer of the intelligent medicine cabinet, the second data transmitter transmits information acquired by the second reader-writer and information acquired by the weight sensor to the server module, and the information displayer is used for displaying related information or/and dangerous chemical substance change information of the dangerous chemical substance in the intelligent medicine cabinet.
3. The system for managing hazardous chemicals in institutions according to claim 2, wherein the intelligent terminal for entry and exit is disposed at an entrance and exit position of a hazardous chemical warehouse.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the safety and security module comprises:
the camera is used for monitoring video information of the hazardous chemical substance warehouse;
the various sensors are used for monitoring various environmental information of the hazardous chemical substance warehouse;
the access control system is used for controlling the opening and closing of the door of the hazardous chemical storage warehouse;
the intelligent lock is arranged on the intelligent medicine cabinet for storing the hazardous chemical substances and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the intelligent medicine cabinet;
and the third data transmitter is respectively connected with the camera, the various sensors, the entrance guard and the intelligent lock and is used for transmitting corresponding data information.
5. The system for hazardous chemical management of colleges and universities of claim 1, wherein said plurality of sensors comprises TVOC sensors for detecting the integrated concentration of alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, organic amines, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, methane, LPG, and organic acids in the air.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of sensors comprises a smoke sensor configured to detect a smoke concentration in the environment; the safety guarantee module further comprises a fire extinguisher, and when the smoke concentration detected by the smoke sensor reaches a preset condition, the server module controls the fire extinguisher to automatically start a fire extinguishing function.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of sensors comprises environmental sensors configured to detect humidity and temperature in the environment.
8. The system for managing hazardous chemicals in colleges and universities according to claim 1, wherein the information display module comprises a liquid crystal display, and a user displays various types of monitoring information, video information, application information, trial information, prompt information and/or alarm information.
9. The system for managing hazardous chemicals in institutions, according to claim 1, wherein the server module further comprises a database, and the database automatically updates or adds related information stored in the database according to the operation information of the in-out library module and various monitoring information of the safety and security module.
10. The method for managing the hazardous chemicals in the universities is characterized by being based on the hazardous chemical management system in any one of claims 1 to 9 and used for managing hazardous chemicals, and comprising a newly purchased hazardous chemical warehousing management process, a hazardous chemical receiving management process and a hazardous chemical ex-warehouse management process.
