The invention discloses a method for automatically selecting an applicable packing box type by a plurality of SKUs in a single order, which comprises the following steps; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring order information of an order to be packaged, directly butting with warehousing system management software of a customer in an information port mode to acquire the commodity quantity of the order and the overall dimension information of a single SKU, and performing a second step: comparing and finding out an applicable packing box type; the method for automatically selecting the applicable packing box type by the plurality of SKUs in the single order directly carries out butt joint with the management software of the warehousing system of a customer in an information port mode to obtain order information, carries out combination comparison operation on the overall dimension information of each SKU of the obtained order to find out the dimension specification of the best matched packing box, sends the result to the sorting system to sort the order commodities to the production line of the packing boxes of the model for packing, and has higher efficiency and lower cost when packaging the warehousing and logistics of electric business and factories.

Technical Field

step three: classifying, selecting one box type in the packaging boxes closest to the preset types of the comparison results for matching, and providing the box type for an automatic packaging system for classification;
