Abstract
本发明套圈式绕组内外转子无槽电机,解决了传统无槽电机经常出现的低速转矩不足,效率低,运行不稳定等现象,铁芯为无槽结构,绕组线圈套圈在铁芯上,其内外圆分别对应着内外磁钢和内、外磁轭,并共同组成一套完整的电磁感应回路。内、外磁钢、磁轭、转轴通过螺钉与连接板相连接组成转子,铁芯通过定位板和定位座把合上轴承座组成定子。本发明具有功率体积比大,调速范围宽,低速性能好等优点。

技术领域:本发明要求保护的技术方案,属于电机领域。
背景技术:传统电机,如无刷电机,其绕组线圈为梭形结构,绕组线圈两端无效连结边均为两条斜边组成,线圈内宽大,致使传统无刷电机上的绕组线圈的总电阻无法降低。从而大大影响着电机的性能,普遍存在低速转矩不足,效率低,运行不稳定等现象。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种低速性能好,效率高的新型电机。改变传统的有槽铁芯为无槽铁芯,绕组线圈直接套圈在铁芯上,其内、外圆分别对应着内、外磁钢和内、外磁轭,并共同组成一套完整的电磁感应回路,内、外磁钢和内外磁轭及转轴通过螺钉与连接板相连组成转子,在轴承座中旋转,铁芯则通过定位座把合上轴承座后组成定子。本发明通过无槽结构,使电机的转矩一转速特性得到改善,使其变硬,通过套圈式绕组及内、外转子的同时采用,大大地提高了线圈的有效感应长度的比例,有效地降低了绕组的电阻,从而大大地提高了低速运行时的效率及输出功率,具有功率体积比大,调速范围宽,低速性能好,效率高等优点。特别适合于对电机要求调速范围,低速转矩大,效率高,体积小的驱动控制场合,如直驱式多功能洗衣机,电动自行车等。

具体实施方式:对照图1、图2得知,本发明的铁芯1是无槽结构,绕组线圈2套圈在铁芯1上,铁芯1为分瓣式结构。由三块弧形铁芯16组合而成,这样做不仅方便套入线圈,同时还大大地简化了铁芯的结构,降低成本。每个铁芯上设有一个空档3并通过螺钉6与定位座4、定位板5进行定位,定位座4通过螺钉15把合上轴承座14,形成定子。图2中画出的是16极三相线圈中的一相,A端为首端,X端为末端,从首端到末端各线圈绕制方向为正、反绕相继进行。通过过桥线7连接,而16极电机只采用15个线圈,因是三相星形连接,二相通电,所缺少的那线圈所对应的功率由另一相的一个对应圈来完成,套在铁芯1上的绕组线圈2,其内外圆分别对应着内、外磁钢8、9及内、外磁轭10、11共同组成了一套完整的电磁感应回路。内、外磁钢8、9和内外磁轭10、11转轴12分别通过螺钉与连接板13相连接组成转子,在轴承座14中旋转。
由图3可知,由于铁芯结构的不一样(传统铁芯有槽,本发明则无槽)以及线圈的绕法不一样,造成绕组线圈的结构不同,传统线圈的内部宽度h比本发明线圈的内部宽度h’要大。特别是少极数时尤为突出,这使得传统线圈的无效连结边变长。另外,传统线圈通常为梭形结构,两端的无效连结边均为两条斜边组成,这无疑会大大增加线圈无效连结边的长度,使得传统无刷永磁直流电机的绕组线圈的电阻无法降低,从而大大影响着电机的性能。
Claims (1)
1、一种套圈式绕组内外转子无槽电机,包括铁芯(1),铁芯(1)上绕有绕组线圈(2),铁芯(1)通过底部的定位板(5),上面的定位座(4)用螺钉定位,并通过定位座(4)把合上轴承座(14)组成定子,其特征是:绕组线圈(2)套圈在铁芯(1)上,其内、外圆分别对应着内、外磁钢(8、9)和内、外磁轭(10、11),共同组成一套完整的电磁感应电路,内外磁钢(8、9)和内外磁轭(10、11)以及转轴(12)通过螺钉与连接板(13)相连接组成转子,在轴承座(14)中旋转,所述铁芯(1)为分瓣式结构,由三块弧形铁芯(16)组合而成,每个铁芯设有一个空档(3),并通过螺钉(6)与定位座(4)、定位板(5)在此空档处进行定位。
