The circuit switch is an important switching electric appliance in power plants and substation power systems, ensures the safety of the electric appliance and the device during maintenance work, plays a role in isolating voltage, and is also used for switching certain circuits so as to change the operation mode of the system. Whether the existing detection circuit switch is switched on or not is usually observed by human eyes of constructors, so that the switching-on state of the circuit switch is determined. The observation of human eyes is not accurate enough, only can roughly determine whether the circuit is switched on or not but cannot determine whether the circuit is switched on or not, and the electricity observation accuracy of human eyes is lower under the condition of poor light.

If the receiving unit 3 cannot receive the first light, the disconnecting link switch is proved to be in an open state; if the receiving unit 3 receives the first light, the disconnecting link switch is proved to be in a closing state. The laser detection does not affect the movement of the disconnecting link switch, and has the advantages of high precision, large measurement range, short detection time and the like. Specifically, the main detection laser lamp 22 is provided eccentrically (i.e., offset from the center of the rotary disk 21) on the rotary disk 21.
In particular, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a main inspection through hole 200 is provided on the disconnecting link switch, the rotating disc 21 can drive the main inspection laser lamp 22 to rotate around the circumferential direction of the main inspection through hole 200, and the first light can pass through the main inspection through hole 200 to the receiving unit 3. Preferably, main inspection through holes 200 are formed in both the upper knife switch and the lower knife switch, and in a closing state, the main inspection through holes 200 in the upper knife switch coincide with the main inspection through holes 200 in the lower knife switch. The rotating disc 21 can drive the main laser light 22 to rotate around the main through hole 200, so that the first light emitted by the main laser light 22 can be close to the inner peripheral surface of the main through hole 200, and if the receiving unit 3 receives the first light passing through the main through hole 200, the disconnecting link switch is proved to be in a closing state. If the receiving unit 3 does not receive the first light, the disconnecting link switch is proved to be in the opening state, and the alarm unit gives an alarm.
In particular, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the calibration mechanism 1 includes a calibration laser light disposed on a rotating disc 21, the rotating disc 21 has a circular structure, the distance from the calibration laser light to the center of the rotating disc 21 is greater than the distance from the main inspection laser light 22 to the center of the rotating disc 21, and the receiving unit 3 can receive a second light emitted by the calibration laser light. The correction laser lamp is arranged on the rotating disc 21 and can rotate around the main inspection through hole 200 along with the rotating disc 21, and the correction laser lamp emits second light to detect whether the disconnecting link switch is switched on in place or not. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the knife switch is provided with a plurality of correction through holes 300 along the circumferential direction of the main inspection through hole 200, and the second light can pass through the correction through holes 300 to the receiving unit 3. If the receiving unit 3 can receive the second light passing through the calibration through-hole 300 and the first light passing through the home-checking through-hole 200, it is verified that the knife switch is switched on in place, and if the receiving unit 3 can receive only the first light passing through the home-checking through-hole 200, it is verified that the knife switch is not switched on in place.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the knife switch is provided with two correction through holes 300, and the two correction through holes 300 are symmetrical along the axial direction of the main detection through hole. The receiving base 31 is connected to the base 100 and symmetrically arranged with the rotating disk 21, and the photoresistor is arranged on the receiving base 31, so that the first light emitted by the main laser light 22 and the second light emitted by the correction laser light on the rotating disk 21 can be conveniently received. Preferably, in other embodiments, other types of sensors may be selected as long as it is ensured that the sensors can receive the first light and the second light.
