step S107: and judging whether the receipt needs to be printed or not, directly printing if the touch screen is directly connected with the printer, and sending a printing instruction to the printer if the touch screen is in sharing connection, so that the feeding process is finished.
The outlet weighing method is shown in fig. 4, and comprises the following steps:

step S203: after the control module judges the correct type, a brake opening instruction is sent to the barrier gate, the vehicle can be detected twice after being weighed, whether the vehicle is stable or not is detected once, and the vehicle can wait all the time if the vehicle is not stable; after the vehicle is stabilized, whether the position of the vehicle meets the requirement is detected for the second time, and when the infrared correlation module detects that the vehicle does not meet the requirement, a driver is prompted; after the two conditions are met, the control module sends the weight and the vehicle information to the terminal, and the local touch screen and the remote server wait for confirmation of a driver;

step S205: if the material selling and weighing control module is used, a driver is reminded to scan the code and confirm information, the driver is required to check one license plate after the code is scanned so as to prevent malicious attack, and the control module binds the WeChat identity of the driver and the vehicle after the check is correct so as to wait for confirmation;
step S206: if the driver needs to confirm information after scanning the code, the control module can find and fill the corresponding delivery record according to the license plate, meanwhile, the control module can inform the touch screen to synchronously display an interface corresponding to the weighing type, the default of the countdown is 30 seconds, if the driver does not operate for 30 seconds, the record is automatically stored and the interface is closed, the driver drives the vehicle to a wagon balance, the control module detects whether the wagon balance weight returns to zero or not, and the barrier gate is closed after the wagon balance weight returns to zero;
step S207: and judging whether the receipt needs to be printed or not, directly printing if the touch screen is directly connected with the printer, and sending a printing instruction to the printer if the touch screen is in sharing connection, so that the outlet process is finished.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the specific process during discharging is as follows:
step S301: when the vehicle is weighed, and enters the unloading area, the driver needs to scan the code again (without getting off the vehicle), the remote server checks the code according to the identity information, corresponding gate equipment can be opened after the check is correct, and the driver can be reminded when the identity check fails.
Specifically, when entering the discharge opening, the material of the discharge opening needs to be confirmed, the correctness of the material is judged by utilizing the control module after the mobile phone WeChat code scanning is opened before the corresponding two-dimensional code, and the gate opening equipment is opened if the material is correct.
Step S302: after unloading, the driver needs to scan the code again (without getting off the vehicle), the remote server performs verification according to the identity information after scanning the code, corresponding equipment can be opened after the verification is correct, and the driver can be reminded when the identity verification fails.
It should be noted that after the unloading is finished, the barrier gate of the unloading opening is closed by scanning the code, and after the wagon is weighed, the control module automatically issues a bill and forms a weighing record after judging the type of the wagon according to the type and the direction of the wagon, and the voice prompts whether the operation is successful or not.
According to the scheme, the code scanning operation mode is adopted, the cooperative operation effect of all units is combined, the personnel investment is saved, compared with the card swiping weighing, a driver can complete weighing without getting off the vehicle, the time is saved, and the efficiency is improved;
and the accident of misplacing materials is avoided by rechecking, confirming and processing the information again, the cheating behaviors of internal and external collusion are fundamentally eliminated by a multi-dimensional intelligent monitoring means, and the repetitive and low-efficiency working condition of large amount of manpower input is reduced by a full-automatic processing process.

1. An unattended weighing system based on code scanning is applied to a loadometer room, and road gates are respectively arranged at the entrance and the exit of a loadometer;
the code scanning unit is used for displaying the two-dimensional code;
the weighing unit is used for identifying and monitoring the vehicle and acquiring weighing data; the weighing unit comprises an entrance/exit license plate recognition camera;
the information input unit is used for confirming the weighing information of the driver and rechecking the information confirmed by the driver by the administrator; wherein the weighing information comprises weighing type, license plate information, unit information, material information and the weighing data;
the local service unit is used for performing data interaction with the remote service unit and processing all peripheral equipment requests and control;
the remote service unit is used for performing data interaction with the local service unit after establishing connection with the mobile terminal in a code scanning mode; wherein the remote service unit comprises a remote server.

The unmanned weighing system based on sweep code of claim 1, further comprising a discharge opening control unit, wherein the discharge opening control unit is used for checking information after sweep code, and opening a gate opening device corresponding to the discharge opening for passing after checking.
3. The code scanning-based unattended weighing system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the local service unit comprises a local server, a control module, a data acquisition and exchange module, a 4G network module, an information display module, a voice broadcast module and a printing terminal;
the local server is provided with a database and a Web service program for local and remote service calling, and is connected with peripheral equipment through a switch;
the control module is arranged on the local server and is used for processing the requests and control of all the devices connected with the periphery;
the data acquisition and exchange module is used for exchanging data with ERP in a local area network and synchronizing information of materials, vehicles, suppliers and silos; also used to upload local material, vehicle, supplier and silo information to the remote server or accept data pushed by the remote server to ensure multilateral data remains synchronized;
the 4G network module is used for automatically starting to ensure the smooth network when the external network is disconnected;
the information display module is used for displaying the weighing information;
the voice broadcasting module is used for being connected with the local server, synchronizing with the information displayed by the information display module and prompting the information by voice broadcasting;
the printing terminal is used for printing bills.
4. The unattended weighing system based on code scanning according to claim 3, wherein a license plate rechecking and checking module is further arranged in the code scanning unit;
and the license plate rechecking and checking module is used for rechecking and checking the last position of the license plate which needs to be filled after the code is scanned so as to prevent the license plate from being used maliciously.
5. A code scanning-based unattended weighing method is applied to the code scanning-based unattended weighing system of claim 4, and the method comprises the following steps:
collecting the license plate of the vehicle through a license plate recognition camera;
after the weighing type is judged by combining the inlet/outlet direction and the vehicle type through the control module, driving the barrier gate to act;
weighing the vehicle through a weighing unit, waiting for the weighing to be stable and judging whether the vehicle is completely weighed;
confirming information through a code scanning or touch screen mode to finish weighing;
after the confirmation is finished, carrying out code scanning verification and discharging at the discharge opening through a discharge opening control unit;
and after the unloading is finished, the weighing unit is used again for returning to the field for weighing the leather and printing the bill so as to form a weighing record.
6. The code scanning-based unattended weighing method according to claim 5, wherein the weighing type adopts the following judgment logic:
the control module judges whether the vehicle is an inlet or an outlet according to the position of the license plate recognition camera;
finding out the corresponding vehicle type by combining the acquired license plate; wherein the vehicle types comprise a mixer truck and a transport truck;
if the vehicle in the inlet direction is a mixer truck and the vehicle has delivery goods within the specified preset time, judging that the vehicle is of a left concrete returning type;
if the transport vehicle has delivery records, judging that the transport vehicle is returned for weighing, otherwise, receiving and weighing;
in the vehicle in the exit direction, the control module judges whether an unprocessed vehicle exists or not, if not, whether the unprocessed vehicle exists in a blacklist or not is judged, if not, whether the vehicle type is a mixer truck is judged, if so, whether the material sending time is in a specified time is judged, if so, the concrete is weighed, and if not, the mixer truck is of a leather weighing type;
if the vehicle is not a mixer truck type but a common transport vehicle, no delivery record is seen, if the vehicle has the delivery record, the vehicle is judged to be sold and weighed, otherwise, the vehicle is called as a skin.
