Detailed Description
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As used herein, terms "upper", "lower", "front" (e.g., the front side of a refrigerator user), "rear", "bottom", "top", etc., which refer to relative positions in space, should be interpreted accordingly in relation to space when the device may be oriented in a manner different from that shown in the drawings.
In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is appropriately omitted. In the drawings referred to below, the structure is simplified or schematically shown, or some of the components are omitted, for ease of understanding of the description. The dimensional ratios between the constituent members shown in the respective drawings do not necessarily represent actual dimensional ratios.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drawer assembly includes a drawer case 1 and a cover member 2, and the drawer case 1 is formed in, for example, an at least double-layered structure including: a handle 21, an outer case 22 and an inner case 23. The inner box 23 has a front wall 5, a rear wall 6, a left wall 7, a right wall 8 and a bottom wall 9; the outer box 22 has a front wall 5 ', a rear wall 6 ', a left wall 7 ', a right wall 8 ' and a bottom wall 9 '.
In the case where no particular distinction is made in the context, the front walls 5, 5 ', the rear walls 6, 6 ', the left walls 7, 7 ', the right walls 8, 8 ' and the bottom walls 9, 9 ' are collectively referred to as front wall, rear wall, left wall, right wall and bottom wall of the drawer box, respectively. A half-shell space 17 having a top-side opening portion (first opening portion) opposite to the bottom wall is surrounded by the front wall, the left wall, the rear wall, and the right wall in a connected state with each other.
A handle 21 is fixed by a snap or integrally formed on the front wall side of the outer case 22 or the inner case 23 for pushing and pulling the case body.
The inner case 23 is directly placed in the outer case 22 from the top opening portion in a clearance fit manner, or is fixedly connected to the outer case 22 by being snapped, and can be easily detached from the outer case 22. Thus, a hollow heat-insulating gap 29 of about 3mm, for example, is formed between the inner case 23 and the peripheral wall of the outer case 22, and the heat in the inner case is prevented from being directly transferred to the outside of the case. Thus, the inner box 23 is detachably assembled on the outer box 22, the box universalization is realized, and the matching and combination self-defined degree of freedom is high. And the assembly structure is simple, and the space utilization rate is high. The inner case 23 and the outer case 22 may be directly injection-molded and integrally formed as a double-layered structure. Thus, the heat insulation effect can be effectively realized.
Of course, drawer housings 1 of single-layer construction are equally suitable for use in the present invention. At this time, as shown in fig. 9 to 10, a plurality of grooves 35 extending in a certain direction may be formed in the bottom wall 9 ″ in an array in a wavy shape 25. The two ends of the groove can be stopped in the middle or at two edges of the bottom wall. Fig. 10 shows a downwardly concave form of the groove 35, and vice versa.
The cover member 2 is disposed above the drawer case to close the first opening portion when the drawer case is completely pushed to the rear side (e.g., pushed into the compartment).
The cover member 2 may be constructed in a single plate structure or may be formed in a sandwich structure as shown in fig. 1 and 6, and includes: a base plate portion 20 and a skirt wall 3, wherein the base plate portion 20 comprises a foam 14, an upper cover plate 13 and a lower cover plate 15 covering the foam 14. The upper cover plate 13 and the lower cover plate 15 can be fixedly connected through a bayonet. The foam 14 acts as an intermediate insulating layer, blocking direct lateral transfer of heat within the box. The thermal insulation layer is made of, for example, rigid polyurethane or expanded polystyrene.
The skirt wall 3 extends to rise downward from the lower side of the preferably substantially flat base plate portion (the upper cover plate 13 or the lower cover plate 15). The skirt wall 3 is formed separately or integrally at the corresponding portions of the left, right and rear walls of the drawer case, thereby constituting left, right and rear skirt walls. The left and right skirt walls may be formed only in the middle of the extension from the rear wall side to the front wall side. The lower edges 12 of the left and right skirt walls are inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the bottom surface or horizontal plane of the base plate portion as a whole. In addition, a front skirt wall may be formed on the front wall side. These skirt walls form a half-shell space 16 having a bottom-side opening portion (second opening portion) in the circumferential direction on the lower side of the lid member 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper edges 10 of the left and right walls of the drawer box are formed to extend continuously with a height of the rear side not higher than the front side and obliquely with respect to a plane or horizontal plane on which the push-pull direction thereof, i.e., the forward and backward direction of the relative translation, is located, and accordingly, the lower edges 12 of the left and right skirt walls are formed to extend continuously with a height of the front side not higher than the rear side and obliquely with respect to the horizontal plane, so that the top side opening (upper edge 10) of the half-shell space 17 can be complementarily fitted with the bottom side opening (lower edge 12) of the half-shell space 16.
The height herein means a height at which each side wall of the drawer case rises with respect to the bottom wall (particularly, a push-pull direction, i.e., a plane or a horizontal plane on which the drawer case and the lid member are relatively translated in the front-rear direction), or a height at which each skirt wall rises with respect to the base plate portion (particularly, a horizontal plane on which the base plate portion is located). The bottom wall 9 is preferably parallel to the base plate portion and thus to the bottom plane of the compartment (storage compartment) when, for example, it is suitable for a refrigerator; but may not be parallel and the upper and lower edges 10, 12 of the left and right walls may be angled differently, respectively.
In order to form the inner closed space formed by the half-shell spaces 16, 17, the upper and lower edges 10, 12 of the front and rear wall sides are also simultaneously complementarily matched. Thereby, the first opening portion and the second opening portion are formed complementarily in the circumferential wall direction.
To further form a closure or seal, the upper edge 10 and/or the lower edge 12 may be provided with sealing strips 11, 28.
In the example of fig. 1, the front and rear wall side weather strips 28 are formed in a substantially T-shaped cross section. When the drawer box 1 is pushed to complementarily fit with the skirt wall 3 on the lower side of the lid member 2, as shown in the partially enlarged view a, the burring 27 of the upper edge of the front wall or the weather strip on the burring 27 and the base portion of the weather strip 28 fitted into the skirt wall 3 or the base plate portion 20 via the T-leg portion are brought into a press-sealed state with each other; as shown in the partially enlarged view B, the burring 27 of the upper edge of the rear wall or the weather strip on the burring 27 and the base portion of the weather strip 28 fitted into the skirt wall 3 via the T-leg 32 are brought into a pressure-tight sealed state with each other. The sealing strip 28 also forms a seal on the skirt wall 3 side via a crimp surface 31.
As shown in fig. 3, the weather strip 11 provided on the left and right walls has a leg portion 111 extending from a hollow portion thereof, and as shown in a partial view D, the weather strip 11 is sandwiched and fitted over the flange 71 of the left wall 7 by the leg portion 111. The leg 111 extends between the flange 71 and the left wall 7 '(when the left wall 7 is lower than the left wall 7') or the flange 71 '(when the left wall 7 is substantially flush with the left wall 7') thereof so as to seal the top side gap formed between the inner case 23 and the outer case 22. It is also possible to arrange to catch the leg portion 111 of the free sealing tape 11 when the inner case 23 and the outer case 22 are assembled, thereby fixing the sealing tape 11. The hollow body of the sealing strip 11 cooperates with the lower edge 12 of the second opening to form a seal.
When the left wall 7 is lower than the left wall 7' as described above, only the first opening (upper edge 10) and the second opening (lower edge 12) of the outer box 22 can be complementarily fitted. The left wall 7 and the left wall 7' are substantially flush and can be complementarily engaged by the first opening (upper edge 10) and the second opening (lower edge 12) of the outer box 22 and the inner box 23.
In fig. 7, the sealing strips 11, 28 are shown, which can be arranged at the lower edge 12. The upper half shows the sealing strip 11 embedded in the grooves of the left and right skirt walls 3. The lower half shows the sealing strip 28 embedded in the groove that is open forward on the front wall side of the base plate portion 20 and extends in the lateral direction, and the groove of the rear skirt wall 3.
As described above, the sealing tapes 11 and 28 are separately formed, but they may be formed continuously. For example, circumferentially, preferably in the form of a sealing element consisting of rubber. And the sealing strip is not limited to be embedded into the groove, and can also be sleeved on the flanging part through the leg part, and the like.
Further, as in the above embodiment, the example in which the seal strip fixed to one of the drawer case and the skirt wall side and the other side form a seal by interfering or pressing with each other is described. However, incomplete sealing may also be formed by leaving gaps between each other. As shown in the modification of fig. 11, the difference is that, for example, an insertion portion 121 is formed at the lower edge 12 of the skirt wall, and when the insertion end 361 of the weather strip 36 is inserted into the insertion portion 121, a free end 362 extending from the insertion end 361 reaches the outside of the flange 71 ″ of the side wall of the drawer case with a gap G therebetween. At the moment, the lower edge of the skirt side wall and the upper edge (flanging) of the side wall of the drawer box body can not be contacted, namely, a gap F can be reserved, so that the inner space and the outer space of the drawer box body are communicated through the gap F and the gap G, limited sealing is formed, and incomplete sealing is realized.
The sealing strip 36 is preferably in the form of a sealing ring, which can be mounted directly in the insert 121 by means of its elasticity. In this case, the incomplete seal can be easily formed on the left, rear, and right walls (see the right gap G in fig. 11 and 12). However, on the front wall side, it is also contemplated that the free end 362' may block the gap formed between the lower edge 12 and the cuff 71 ", or still be compressed by the lower edge 12 interfering with the cuff 71", as shown on the left side of fig. 12.
The manner in which the free end 362 bypasses the gap F to form the gap G is shown in fig. 11, but it is of course also possible to have the free end 362 extend directly into the gap F to partially or completely close the gap F. And a complete seal is formed when the gap G is zero in size.
Here, interference caused when the drawer is pushed in can be advantageously avoided by forming the left and right side seal strips with the above gap G without completely sealing, and the front and rear side seal strips are preferably in sealing engagement with the front and rear sides of the drawer. In addition, the left and right sealing strips can also advantageously assist in forming a sealing engagement if the free end is made of a softer material.
Thus, when the upper edge 10 of each side wall of the drawer housing 1 is complementarily fitted to the skirt wall 3 (and the base plate portion 20 in the case of a front wall without a skirt wall), the inner space formed, i.e. the half-shell spaces 16, 17, is not completely or completely sealed off from the outside. As mentioned above, the front wall 5 may also be directly complementary to the front side of the base portion 20 or the front skirt wall 3.
Here, the upper edges 10 of the left and right walls and the lower edges 12 of the skirt walls may be designed to extend obliquely with respect to a horizontal plane (e.g., substantially perpendicular to the front wall, or substantially parallel to the bottom wall) in a complementary linear shape, a zigzag line shape (including a smooth curve shape, a step shape), or the like, so as to be continuous with the upper edges of the rear wall, the front wall, or to form a stepped portion. For example, the front surface of the inner case 23 is partially hollowed out to form a step 51 (fig. 3), which facilitates the user to view the inside of the inner case 23 from the front side. To this end, the front wall of the inner box 23 and/or the outer box 22 may also be provided to be wholly or partially transparent, thereby enhancing the user experience.
As can be seen from the side view of fig. 1, in the complementary fitted state, the upper edge 10 and the lower edge 12, which are fitted to each other via the sealing strip 11, form a joint line extending overall from the front side to the rear side towards the obliquely lower side. In this way, the closed container can be smoothly formed by a simple push-pull without causing relative vertical movement. That is, as the drawer box is pushed and pulled, the upper edge 10 of the drawer box translates towards the joint line until complementarily fitted to the lower edge 12 without pushing the cover member 2 upwards.
The closed container is thus formed so as to be divided by a continuously extending oblique joining line into two half-shell spaces 16, 17, the hollow volume of the upper half-shell space preferably being smaller than the hollow volume of the lower half-shell space. The closed container can be used alone or applied to refrigerators and the like as a heat/moisture preservation container.
As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of ribs 34 may be formed on the bottom wall 9 of the inner case 23 and/or the bottom wall 9' of the outer case 22, which are beneficial to form a plurality of intervals by separating each other when the inner case 23 and the outer case 22 are sleeved, so as to block air flow in the intervals, improve the heat insulation effect, and also enhance the strength of the case body itself.
Alternatively, the bottom wall may be configured as shown in FIG. 4 as undulations 25. For example, when the inner case 23 has the bottom wall 9 with the wave shape 25 and the outer case 22 has the bottom wall 9' with the flat surface 26, an air layer can be remained between the two bottom walls to increase the heat preservation performance.
Or as shown in fig. 5, the bottom walls are wavy, the wavy shape 37 of the inner case 23 is larger than the wavy shape 38 of the outer case 22, and the wavy shape 37 is sleeved outside the wavy shape 38.
The two bottom walls can also form a convex part to a concave part, the convex part to the convex part or the concave part to the concave part and the like are favorable for forming a heat preservation air layer between the two, heat in the box can be prevented from being directly transferred to the outside of the box by convenient heat conduction, water drops can flow into the concave part, and the novel solar heat preservation box is particularly suitable for limiting a wine bottle, preventing vegetables from being corroded and the like.
As shown in fig. 6, a heater 24 in the form of a heater wire or the like is provided inside or outside the bottom of the drawer case 1, particularly the outer case 22. When the drawer assembly is installed in the refrigerator, the heater 24 may be located in the inner container of the refrigerator, thereby forming thermal compensation to the inner space of the drawer assembly and ensuring the stability of the inner temperature and even the temperature of the compartment of the refrigerator.
Preferably, a temperature and humidity probe may be provided above the center of the inner space of the inner case 23 (preferably above the rear) when applicable to a moisturizing use such as in a refrigerator. As shown in fig. 1, a through hole 33 may be formed on the drawer case to spray the external humidifier to the inside.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8, a guide part 18 may be installed or integrally formed on both sides or a lower side of the outer box 22, and a guide fitting part or a guide rail 19 may be provided on an inner sidewall of the compartment of the refrigerator, respectively. The guide portion 18 is preferably provided with a damping structure to prevent the drawer from being ejected. For example, spring-loaded rails 19 may be used to enhance the compression of the sealing strips 11, 28 by the cover member 2 by exerting a certain amount of tension on the drawer housing 1, thereby more reliably forming a sealed drawer assembly.
More specifically, fig. 8 shows a front view of the drawer assembly when disposed, for example, in a compartment (not shown) of a refrigerator. The guide portion 18 can be engaged with a rail 19 provided in the compartment, thereby allowing the drawer housing 1 to slide and lock with respect to the compartment. The outer width dimension of the drawer assembly may be narrower than the inner width of the compartment, for example, or the width dimension of the outer case 22 may be narrower than the base plate part 20, whereby an arrangement space for the ice-making case or the humidifier may be formed at one side of the drawer case 1.
Thus, by using the plate-type cover member 2, the drawer case 1 is prevented from being wrapped by the outer case without occupying a large space. At this point, the lid member 2, and in particular the upper lid 13, may be secured to the compartment 30 (fig. 4) and the drawer enclosure 1 may be unobstructed by the lid member 2 or skirt wall 3 simply by a push-pull fit, such as in a refrigerator, and a closed or sealed structure may be smoothly formed by complementary mating of the upper and lower edges 10, 12 of the half shell spaces 16, 17 via the sealing strips 11, 28, etc.
Further, it is also possible to form open slide grooves at the left and right sides of the drawer case 1, etc., for the mating side slide rails to slide therein, thereby smoothly opening and closing the drawer assembly. By providing the upper edge 10 of the outer box 22 (and/or the inner box 23) with the burring 71' (and/or the burring 71), for example, after the drawer case 1 is inserted into the compartment 30 of the refrigerator, the burring presses the weather strip provided at the first opening portion and/or the second opening portion on the peripheral wall side by continuing to push forward, thereby more effectively forming the sealed space.
Furthermore, rails can be provided on both sides of the drawer housing 1, and preferably self-locking structures, such as spring stops, are provided on the rails, by means of which the ejection of the drawer housing 1 can be prevented. In addition, an automatic closing structure may be preferably provided on the rail, and the drawer case 1 may be automatically returned to a closed state when being closed to a certain position by the automatic closing structure, thereby preventing the drawer case 1 from being incompletely closed. Through auto-lock structure and self-closing structure, can prevent on the one hand that drawer box body 1 does not close completely, on the other hand, for example when drawer box body 1 side (refer to the lower left corner space shown in fig. 8) is provided with the humidifier, can guarantee that humidifier spray nozzle aligns with the trompil (like via hole 33) of drawer box body 1 side.
The drawer assembly may be housed in a refrigerated and/or refrigerated compartment, and an inner container may be formed around the compartment.
The bottom wall of the drawer case 1 and the lid member 2, which are preferably disposed adjacent to the compartment, are both flat as a whole (without taking into account the details of the curved concavities and convexities, etc.), and are preferably formed substantially parallel to each other, so that the complementary joining line between the first opening portion and the second opening portion is formed obliquely therebetween. Preferably, each peripheral side wall of the drawer housing 1 is substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall and each peripheral side wall of the skirt wall is substantially perpendicular to the cover member, thereby increasing the internal volume of the drawer assembly and effectively utilizing the compartment storage space. Thereby, the effective use volume of the drawer assembly is maximized.
The lower edges of the left and right walls of the skirt wall are not limited to the right lower side, and a seal structure may be formed on the inner or outer side surface thereof.
The drawer box is configured to be movable into and out of the lower space of the cover member, and the seal is configured to close or seal the formed inner space when the drawer box is completely moved into the lower space.
While the invention has been specifically described above in connection with the drawings and examples, it will be understood that the above description is not intended to limit the invention in any way. Those skilled in the art can make modifications and variations to the present invention as needed without departing from the true spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations are within the scope of the invention.
