本发明公开了一种随钻测井仪用泥浆涡轮发电机,其特征在于:包括与测井仪相配合的壳体以及与壳体一体设置的定子,在定子内部设置有发电机线圈,在壳体外部套设有转子,转子与壳体通过轴承配合;在转子的外部设置有螺旋叶片,在转子的内部设置有磁力耦合传动外磁筒,在壳体的内部设置有发电机传动轴,发电机传动轴与壳体内侧通过轴承配合;在发电机传动轴上设置有磁力耦合传动内磁筒,磁力耦合传动外磁筒和磁力耦合传动内磁筒相配合构成磁力耦合传动组件;在发电机传动轴的端部设置有发电机磁盘,发电机磁盘与发电机线圈相配合;在发电机线圈上设置有电源引出线。本结构利用泥浆作为发电机的驱动力,解决了随钻测井仪干电池供电时间短的缺点。

技术领域
本发明属于电机结构技术领域,具体涉及一种随钻测井仪用泥浆涡轮发电机。
背景技术
油田油气井通过各种仪器测井,测井仪需要供电,一种用电缆井上供电,测井深度就是供电缆长度。随着石油技术进步产生了有记忆测井、随钻测井,这样测井仪供电技术也不断提高,采用电池供电,但存在电池容量的问题,出现电量不足时需要升井更换,代价过大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种随钻测井仪用泥浆涡轮发电机,以解决现有技术中出现的问题。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种随钻测井仪用泥浆涡轮发电机,其特征在于:包括与测井仪相配合的壳体以及与壳体一体设置的定子,在定子内部设置有发电机线圈,在壳体外部套设有转子,转子与壳体通过轴承配合;在转子的外部设置有螺旋叶片,在转子的内部设置有磁力耦合传动外磁筒,在壳体的内部设置有发电机传动轴,发电机传动轴与壳体内侧通过轴承配合;在发电机传动轴上设置有磁力耦合传动内磁筒,磁力耦合传动外磁筒和磁力耦合传动内磁筒相配合构成磁力耦合传动组件;在发电机传动轴的端部设置有发电机磁盘,发电机磁盘与发电机线圈相配合;在发电机线圈上设置有电源引出线。
进一步的:所述壳体密封设置,壳体两端与测井仪螺纹连接。
进一步的:电源引出线通过密封插针电路引出壳体。
进一步的:壳体外部的轴承为硬质合金滑动轴承。
进一步的:在定子的外部设置有导流翅片。
本发明的优点是:本发明所述结构可以作为随钻测井仪的供电源,泥浆钻井必须有循环泥浆,本结构利用泥浆作为发电机的驱动力,就地取材;本发明采用密封永磁励磁,带动发电机磁轴转动,有效实现密封;本发明发电机径向磁盘、径向发电机线圈保证电的无刷输出,安全可靠。本发明结构使了发电机的结构紧凑、体积小、产生电能大、连续工作、维护保养简单、寿命长,适用随钻测井仪供电,克服了随钻测井仪干电池供电时间短的缺点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种随钻测井仪用泥浆涡轮发电机,包括与测井仪相配合的壳体4以及与壳体一体设置的定子1,在定子内部设置有发电机线圈11,在壳体外部套设有转子2,转子与壳体通过硬质合金轴承6配合;在转子的外部设置有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片在泥浆的作用下产生转子切线方向的分力带动转子旋转,在转子的内部设置有磁力耦合传动外磁筒5,在壳体的内部设置有发电机传动轴7,发电机传动轴与壳体内侧通过轴承配合,分别是发动机磁轴止推轴承8和发电机磁轴滚动轴承9;在发电机传动轴上设置有磁力耦合传动内磁筒3,磁力耦合传动外磁筒和磁力耦合传动内磁筒相配合构成磁力耦合传动组件;在发电机传动轴的端部设置有发电机磁盘10,发电机磁盘与发电机线圈相配合;在发电机线圈上设置有电源引出线。
优选的:所述壳体密封设置,壳体两端与测井仪螺纹连接。
优选的:电源引出线通过密封插针电路引出壳体。
优选的:在定子的外部设置有导流翅片,导流翅片可以改变泥浆的冲击角度,增加转化效率。
本发明结构的工作过程及原理如下:
在使用时,发电机与测井仪位于井下,在泥浆流的作用下,转子外部的螺旋叶片受到冲击,带动转子旋转,转子旋转时,通过磁力耦合组件带动壳体内部的电机传动轴旋转,电机传动轴带动其端部的发电机磁盘转动,从而在磁力的作用下,使发电机线圈产生感应电流,实现发电的作用。
本发明所述结构,使结构紧凑,可达到外径小于φ72mm的要求,特别适合井口作业。本结构巧妙的将涡轮定子作为发电机外壳体。发电机涡轮转子组件采用耐磨的硬质合金轴承,由于采用外磁筒、内磁筒的永磁力耦合,很好地实现了发电机在密封条件下工作,保证了发电机在特殊环境下,即高压140MPa、高温175℃条件下的工作性能。

1.一种随钻测井仪用泥浆涡轮发电机,其特征在于:包括与测井仪相配合的壳体以及与壳体一体设置的定子,在定子内部设置有发电机线圈,在壳体外部套设有转子,转子与壳体通过轴承配合;在转子的外部设置有螺旋叶片,在转子的内部设置有磁力耦合传动外磁筒,在壳体的内部设置有发电机传动轴,发电机传动轴与壳体内侧通过轴承配合;在发电机传动轴上设置有磁力耦合传动内磁筒,磁力耦合传动外磁筒和磁力耦合传动内磁筒相配合构成磁力耦合传动组件;在发电机传动轴的端部设置有发电机磁盘,发电机磁盘与发电机线圈相配合;在发电机线圈上设置有电源引出线。
