9. The method of constructing a grout sleeve for reinforcing bar coupling according to claim 7, wherein the providing of the pipe body comprises:
providing an inner tube;
providing an outer shell, and sleeving the outer shell on the outer shell of the inner pipe;
and providing a heating wire, and winding the heating wire in the inner pipe and in the outer shell.
10. The method of claim 7, further comprising providing a sealing sleeve fitted to the socket, and inserting the sealing sleeve into the socket and fixing the sealing sleeve to the pipe body.
