The pouring cover 5 is lifted by a lifting device, then fermentation liquor and strains are added into the tank body (before the fermentation temperature is approached by heating the water bath layer 3), then the pouring cover 5 is put down, and then the side edge of the pouring cover is fixed by a lock catch or a bolt and a nut. If a certain amount of oxygen in the fermentation liquor in the tank body needs to be regularly or periodically released, the oxygen can be slowly released into the tank body through the gas-adding tank group 11 through the gas exhaust pipe 13 to be dissolved in the fermentation liquor, and the liquid discharge pipe 2 is opened (the internal electromagnetic valve is opened), so that the purpose of effectively introducing the oxygen into the fermentation tank is achieved. And when the bubbles generated during fermentation are accumulated, the defoaming device can be eliminated in time. After fermentation, the fermentation liquor is discharged by using the liquid discharge pipe 2 (only by opening an electromagnetic valve on the liquid discharge pipe). When the temperature sensor 51 detects an abnormal temperature, the temperature is adjusted in time by the water bath layer 3.
The defoaming device comprises a mounting shell 4, and a defoaming pipe 41, a foam gathering ring pipe 43, a liquid outlet pipe 42 and a defoaming pump 45 which are arranged on the mounting shell, wherein the defoaming pipe 41 is dispersedly arranged along the circumference of the foam gathering ring pipe 43, a liquid inlet pipe 44 of the defoaming pump 45 is communicated with the foam gathering ring pipe 43, the liquid outlet pipe 42 is connected with a liquid outlet of the defoaming pump 45, the defoaming pipe 41 bends downwards, the end part of the defoaming pipe is on the same horizontal plane, a plurality of fine defoaming holes 411 are arranged on the downward bending part of the defoaming pipe 41, and the downward bending part of the defoaming pipe 41 is divided into two circumferences.
When the bubbles are accumulated on the surface of the fermentation liquid, the bubbles are accumulated around the defoaming pipe 41, and the defoaming pump 45 can perform periodic air suction to suck the bubbles from the defoaming pipe 41 into the foam collecting ring pipe 43, then the bubbles enter the defoaming pump 45 from the foam collecting ring pipe 43, and then the bubbles are discharged into the tank body from the liquid outlet pipe 42. Achieving the purpose of effective defoaming.
The mounting case 4 is mounted on the lower surface of the potting cover 5 by a driving cylinder block 43, and a cylinder shaft of the driving cylinder block 43 is fixed on the top of the mounting case 4.
The actuating cylinder 43 may push the mounting housing 4 up and down a distance to accommodate the level of broth surface in the tank to maximize the insertion of the bubble removal tube 41 into the foam.
The lifting device comprises a mounting seat 6 and a lifting motor 7, wherein the mounting seat 6 is fixed at the top of the limiting rod 61, the lifting motor 7 is installed on the mounting seat 6, a reel 71 is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the lifting motor 7, and a lifting rope on the reel 71 penetrates through the mounting seat 6.
The elevating motor 76 can raise or lower the cap 5, and it is more convenient to operate without manually picking up or lowering the cap 5.

The first rotating shaft 14 of the stirring motor 12 is sleeved with a mechanical sealing element 141 at the bottom of the tank body and the top of the base 1. And the fermentation liquor is prevented from leaking at the first rotating shaft.
The tank body is characterized in that the bottom in the tank body is a downward-concave arc surface and extends to a position close to the center, and the center of the bottom in the tank body is an upward-convex arc surface. When the fermentation is discharged outside, the liquid is gathered at the bottom, and the upward convex arc surface prevents that after the liquid is patted, the liquid is gathered at the first rotating shaft 14 position at the center, so that the liquid exists for a long time and the rotating shaft can be corroded.
