Preferably, in the step a, 30-40% by mass of the flame retardant and 60-70% by mass of the polyester chip are melted to form the flame-retardant mixture.
Preferably, 97-98% of flame-retardant mixture and 2-3% of color master batch are mixed and melted to form the flame-retardant slice.
Preferably, the flame-retardant chips are prepared by a spinning chip process at the temperature of 220-250 ℃.
Preferably, in the step b, the nylon material, the polyester material and the hot-melt material are mixed and added; the bicomponent nonwoven blanket is made by nonwoven needling equipment.

The flame retardant two component nonwoven carpet tile according to claim 4, wherein: the anti-skidding piece comprises a connecting strip which is integrally formed with the fixing layer and a plurality of anti-skidding inclined nails which are arranged along the length direction of the connecting strip in a crossed mode and are formed on the connecting strip.
6. The process for producing a flame retardant two component nonwoven carpet tile according to any of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:
a. mixing a flame retardant, a polyester chip and color master batches to prepare a flame-retardant chip;
b. matching the flame-retardant slices with a nylon material and a polyester material to form a double-component non-woven fabric surface layer;
c. mixing DOP, plasticizer and active calcium powder to prepare an intermediate PVC layer;
d. preparing the polyester staple fibers into a non-woven fabric bottom layer embryonic blanket;
e. and combining the two-component non-woven fabric surface layer, the middle PVC layer and the non-woven fabric bottom layer embryonic blanket to form the two-component non-woven square blanket.
7. The process of claim 6, wherein the flame retardant bicomponent nonwoven square carpet is produced by the following steps: in the step a, 30-40% of flame retardant and 60-70% of polyester chips are melted to form a flame-retardant mixture.
8. The process according to claim 7, wherein the flame retardant bicomponent nonwoven square carpet is produced by the following steps: the flame-retardant slice is formed by mixing and melting 97-98% of flame-retardant mixture and 2-3% of color master batch.
9. The process according to claim 8, wherein the flame retardant bicomponent nonwoven square carpet is produced by the following steps: the flame-retardant slice is prepared by a spinning slice process, and the temperature is 220-250 ℃.
10. The process of claim 6, wherein the flame retardant bicomponent nonwoven square carpet is produced by the following steps: in the step b, mixing and feeding the nylon material, the polyester material and the hot-melt material; the bicomponent nonwoven blanket is made by nonwoven needling equipment.
