(1) extruding the resin in a multi-layer co-extrusion heating extrusion mode;
(2) customizing a special die, wherein the die is customized according to the shape of a product, and the die is designed in a block combination manner;
(3) the molten resin is shaped after passing through the customized die, and ceaseless overturning is carried out in the forming process according to die block combination, so that different shapes can be shaped in a block mode, continuous extrusion is realized, and a continuous hollow special-shaped component soft die can be integrally manufactured.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the continuous special-shaped member soft mold and the manufacturing method thereof adopt the special soft mold and utilize the special mold to form the hollow special-shaped member soft mold, air pressure is filled during use to form an air bag package, the air bag package is convenient to lay and stick, the air bag package is decompressed and extracted after use, and the product structural member can be applied to laying and sticking large-sized and long-length carbon fiber product prepreg cloth.
