Background
Before the material belt is processed into a finished product of a die cutting piece, the material belt is formed by overlapping multiple layers of materials according to requirements and punching and processing the materials by a die cutting machine. Materials such as a protective film, a single-sided adhesive tape, a double-sided adhesive tape, foam cotton and the like have certain specifications, a cutting machine or a slitting machine is needed to cut the whole material into the required specifications before punching, and then the material is laminated to finally form the material belt to be processed.
During the application process, a new roll of raw material is needed to continue the application after the single roll of raw material is used up. When a new roll of stock material is spliced together with a previous roll of stock material, the two sections of stock material need to be joined together by means such as tape, resulting in a so-called joint. The typical length of the film type stock material is 200- & ltwbr & gt 500m roll, while the glue type stock material is typically 50- & ltwbr & gt 100m roll, which results in the tape splicing being particularly numerous during the actual process.
The joints are even more if the die cutting is to stack multiple layers of material together as desired. That is, at the joint position, the raw material is often fixed by an adhesive tape, and the thickness of the joint position is higher than that of the other positions by about 0.05 mm. Therefore, the material belt formed after the raw materials are pasted needs to be punched on a die cutting machine to form a finished die cutting piece, once the material belt is punched to the joint position, the phenomenon of unstable knife pressure is easy to occur due to the fact that the thickness of the joint position is thicker than that of other positions, the punching depth does not meet the requirement, and the product is not cut through or the product which is not cut through is cut through. Particularly, when a hard material is used, such as a PC board with a thickness of about 0.3mm, the die may be damaged, i.e., the knife may be jumped.
Finally, when the die-cut product enters the subsequent flow, a large number of defective products can appear, and the use of customers is influenced.
