The automatic filter press is controlled by a PLC, and the single operation cycle of pressing the filter plate 14, feeding and filtering (including supporting flat turning plate liquid receiving), washing and purifying, back blowing materials, blow-drying and purifying, pulling plate cake discharging (including dropping the cake by the vertical turning plate), and cleaning filter cloth is automatically completed by one key; the single-turning plate liquid receiving mechanism 10, a pulling plate trolley 16 of the pulling plate cake discharging mechanism and a cloth washing trolley 11 of the filter cloth cleaning mechanism work in a matching mode, when filter cloth is cleaned, a piston rod of the double-drive air cylinder 2 extends out of the flattening turning plate to receive liquid, and filter cloth capillary seepage and filter cloth washing water are shielded from wetting filter cakes on the conveying belt; when the plate is pulled and the cake is unloaded, the piston rod of the air cylinder shrinks, hangs down and turns the plate to drop the cake, and the filter cake is unloaded onto the conveyer belt.
The automatic filter press provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) by simplifying the integral structure of the single-turning plate liquid receiving mechanism 10, the split type double-connection liquid receiving turning plate is improved into an integral type single-connection liquid receiving turning plate 1, and the over-difference of the folding degree of the double-connection liquid receiving turning plate is effectively avoided; (2) by optimizing the stress distribution of the liquid receiving turning plate, the single driving type at one end of the liquid receiving turning plate is improved into the double driving type at two ends of the liquid receiving turning plate, so that the whole liquid receiving turning plate 1 is uniformly stressed, and the turning plate is prevented from deforming and turning failure for a long time; (3) solves the technical problem which is desired to be solved but can not be successfully obtained all the time, improves the liquid receiving effect, the filter cake quality and the service life of the turning plate, and upgrades and increases the efficiency of the filter press.
Claims (3)
1. A double-cylinder driving type single-turning plate liquid receiving mechanism comprises a single-turning plate, a driving cylinder, a turning plate bearing box, a cylinder seat plate and a rotating shaft rocker arm; the method is characterized in that: the single liquid receiving turning plate comprises a plane turning plate, a turning plate frame, a turning plate rotating shaft and a liquid collecting tank, and is made of stainless steel materials; the driving cylinder is an sc200 × 500 type cylinder and comprises a piston rod; the cylinder seat plate is provided with an adjustable mounting hole for the dual-drive cylinder, and the length of the adjustable mounting hole is equal to the distance between the front support leg and the rear support leg of the rack; the interconnection relationship is: the turning plate bearing boxes are arranged on the front and rear supporting legs of the frame and are positioned below the filter plate; the turning plate rotating shaft of the single liquid receiving turning plate is arranged in the turning plate bearing box; the cylinder seat plate is welded on the proper height of the front and rear support legs and is positioned at the position where the piston rod of the driving cylinder extends out to support the single liquid-receiving turning plate to a horizontal position and the piston rod contracts to put down the single liquid-receiving turning plate to a drooping position; the double-drive cylinder corresponds to the double-rotating-shaft rocker arm and is adjustably arranged on the cylinder seat plate, and the piston rod of the double-drive cylinder is connected with the rotating-shaft rocker arm.

The double-cylinder driven single-turning plate liquid receiving mechanism of claim 1, characterized in that: the planar turning plate is a rectangular planar turning plate, the length of the planar turning plate is slightly larger than the total thickness of the filter plate, and the width of the planar turning plate is slightly larger than the width of the filter plate; the specification of the turning plate frame is slightly smaller than that of the plane turning plate; the two ends of the turning plate rotating shaft are in a round shaft shape, the outer diameter of the turning plate rotating shaft is in movable fit with the inner diameter of the turning plate bearing box, and the length of the turning plate rotating shaft is equal to the distance between the front supporting leg and the rear supporting leg of the rack; the liquid collecting groove is a U-shaped liquid collecting diversion groove, the bottom of one end of the liquid collecting groove is provided with a water outlet, and the length of the liquid collecting groove is equal to that of the planar turning plate; the planar turning plate is welded on the turning plate frame, the liquid collecting tank is welded on the long side of the planar turning plate, and the turning plate rotating shaft is welded below the turning plate frame by the liquid collecting tank; the double-rotating-shaft rocker arms are respectively welded on the turning plate rotating shaft, positioned at two ends of the plane turning plate and horizontally positioned on the plane turning plate.
