本申请实施例公开了一种传输信号的方法、终端设备和网络设备,所述方法包括:终端设备根据调度信息中的探测参考信号资源指示SRI,确定多个探测参考信号SRS资源或多个SRS资源组,所述调度信息用于调度多个物理上行共享信道PUSCH,所述多个SRS资源或所述多个SRS资源组与所述多个PUSCH对应;所述终端设备根据所述多个SRS资源或所述多个SRS资源组,确定所述多个PUSCH的传输参数。本申请实施例的方法、终端设备和网络设备,有利于在PUSCH的重复传输中达到提高传输可靠性的目的。
