本申请实施例涉及传输侧行链路数据的方法和终端设备。该方法包括:在终端设备根据第一配置信息,确定在目标传输资源上发送第一侧行传输信道,以及根据第二配置信息,确定在该目标传输资源上发送第二侧行传输信道的情况下,该终端设备按照预设规则,在该目标传输资源上发送该第一侧行传输信道或该第二侧行传输信道。本申请实施例的传输侧行链路数据的方法和终端设备,能够解决终端设备的侧行传输信道冲突的问题。
