Based on the description, the method is adopted to trace the relevant branch office of the unit or the relevant subordinate department of the branch office of the communication code of the area where the user arrives or stays according to the geographical position track information of the user terminal and the input communication code, so that all levels of communication numbers for business coming and going can be quickly searched.
Referring to fig. 4, taking the communication code inputted by the user through the user terminal as 10086 (the phone number of the chinese mobile communication) as an example for explanation, the user may directly dial 10086 the national hotline number by using the "dial" button, or may send the hierarchical address book display request by using the "next" button. Taking the example that the geographical position trajectory information of the user terminal of the user passes through the sunny district, the hai lake district, the west district, and the east district of beijing, when receiving the hierarchical address book display request sent by the user terminal, the electronic device 10 obtains all branches and subordinate departments of the branches whose communication codes are 10086 units (china mobile) based on the preset information list and the communication codes included in the address book display request, for example, the communication information of the branches may include the communication information of the branches such as beijing mobile sunny division company, beijing mobile hai lake division company, beijing mobile west city division company, beijing mobile east city division company, china mobile chongqing division company, and china mobile tianjin division company, and the like, and may also include the customer departments, the business departments, and the subordinate departments of the respective branches such as beijing mobile sunny division company, beijing mobile haihu mobile hai lake division company, beijing mobile west city division company, china mobile tianjin division company, and the like, and may also include the information of the communication companies and the business collections of the communication information of the respective branches and the subordinate departments. Referring to fig. 5, since the geographical location trajectory information of the user terminal passes through the sunny district, the hai lake district, the west city district, and the east city district of beijing, the target communication information to be displayed, which is determined from the communication information set based on the geographical location trajectory information, may include communication numbers of the beijing mobile sunny division company, the beijing mobile hai lake division company, the beijing mobile west city division company, the beijing mobile east city division company, and the above-mentioned divisions; with reference to fig. 6, it can be understood that the target communication information to be displayed may further include subordinate departments such as a customer service department, a group customer department, and a business hall of each division of the beijing mobile chaos division company, the beijing mobile haiji division company, the beijing mobile west city division company, and the beijing mobile east city division company, and communication numbers thereof, that is, according to the geographical location trajectory information, a department that arrives or stops and a communication number thereof are determined from the communication information set. According to the geographical position track information, the branch companies and the communication numbers thereof which arrive or stop, the departments and the communication numbers thereof which arrive or stop can be displayed in a mixed mode.
Taking the example that the target communication information to be displayed is determined to be the beijing mobile sea lake differentiating company from the communication information set based on the track information, when the electronic device 10 feeds the beijing mobile sea lake differentiating company back to the user terminal, please refer to fig. 5 and 6, the user may further select the beijing mobile sea lake differentiating company through the user terminal according to actual needs to obtain a corresponding subordinate department and a communication number thereof, for example, the subordinate department includes a beijing mobile sea lake differentiating company group client department, a beijing mobile sea lake differentiating company client service department, a beijing mobile sea lake differentiating company baofu temple business hall, and the like; taking the subordinate department selected by the user as the customer service department as an example, the electronic device 10 is further configured to obtain, from the communication information set, staff members corresponding to the customer service department of the beijing mobile haiji distinguishing company, such as managers, staff members for broadband services, staff members for mobile phone internet service, and communication numbers thereof, and feed back the communication information to the user terminal, so that the user terminal displays the information shown in fig. 7, and thus the user can conveniently select the corresponding staff members and obtain the required communication numbers, and further, the user can conveniently process related services.

please refer to fig. 8, an address book grading display apparatus 200 is further provided in the present embodiment, where the address book grading display apparatus 200 is mainly used for executing the address book grading display method provided in the foregoing content of the present embodiment, and the address book grading display apparatus 200 provided in the present embodiment is specifically described below.
As shown in fig. 8, the hierarchical address book presentation apparatus 200 includes a request receiving module 210, a communication information obtaining module 220, and a presentation information obtaining module 230.
The request receiving module 210 is configured to receive a hierarchical address book display request sent by a user terminal, where the hierarchical address book display request includes a communication code and geographical location track information of the user terminal. The request receiving module 210 may be configured to perform step S110 in fig. 2, and the detailed description about the request receiving module 210 may refer to the foregoing detailed description about step S110.
The communication information obtaining module 220 is configured to obtain a communication information set of at least one level of communication information of a unit to which the communication code belongs based on a preset information list and the communication code, where the communication information set includes at least one of a communication number and position information corresponding to a branch office and the branch office, and a communication number and position information corresponding to a subordinate department of the branch office and the subordinate department. The communication information obtaining module 220 may be configured to perform step S120 in fig. 2, and the detailed description about the communication information obtaining module 220 may refer to the foregoing detailed description about step S120.
In this embodiment, when the communication code includes a unit number code, the communication information obtaining module 220 is further configured to obtain, based on a preset information list and the unit number code, a branch office of a unit corresponding to the unit number code, and a communication number and position information corresponding to the branch office.
In this embodiment, when the communication code includes a unit number code and a postal code, the communication information obtaining module 220 is further configured to obtain, based on a preset information list, the unit number code and the postal code, a subordinate department of a branch organization of the unit number code and the postal code, and a communication number and position information corresponding to the subordinate department.
The display information obtaining module 230 is configured to determine target communication information to be displayed from the communication information set based on the geographical location track information, and send the target communication information to the user terminal, so that the user terminal displays the target communication information, where the target communication information includes at least one of a branch organization and a communication number thereof matched with the geographical location track information, and a subordinate department of the branch organization and a communication number thereof. The presentation information obtaining module 230 may be configured to perform step S130 in fig. 2, and the detailed description about the presentation information obtaining module 230 may refer to the foregoing detailed description about step S130.
Referring to fig. 9, in this embodiment, the display information obtaining module 230 includes: a first region obtaining module 231 and a first presentation information obtaining sub-module 232.
The first area obtaining module 231 is configured to obtain, based on the geographic location trajectory information, a geographic area to which the geographic location trajectory information relates. The first area obtaining module 231 may be configured to perform step S131 in fig. 3, and please refer to the detailed description of step S131 for the detailed description of the first area obtaining module 231.
The first display information obtaining sub-module 232 is configured to search, from the communication information set, at least one of a branch office corresponding to the location information matched with the geographic area and a communication number of the branch office, and a subordinate department of the branch office and a communication number corresponding to the subordinate department as target communication information to be displayed. The first display information obtaining sub-module 232 may be configured to execute step S132 in fig. 3, and please refer to the detailed description of step S132 for the detailed description of the first display information obtaining sub-module 232.
In this embodiment, the display information obtaining module 230 may also include: the first time length obtaining submodule, the second area obtaining submodule and the second display information obtaining submodule.
The first time length obtaining submodule is used for obtaining at least one geographic area related to the geographic position track information and a first residence time length of the user terminal in each geographic area based on the geographic position track information. Please refer to the detailed description of the hierarchical address book display method for the detailed description of the first time duration obtaining submodule.
The second area obtaining submodule is used for determining a target geographical area based on the first residence time of the user terminal in the geographical area. For the specific description of the second area obtaining submodule, please refer to the specific description of the hierarchical display method of the address book.
In this embodiment, the second area obtaining sub-module is further configured to use, as the target geographic area, a geographic area in which the first residence time of the user terminal in the geographic area is longer than a preset time.
And the second display information obtaining sub-module is used for searching a branch mechanism corresponding to the position information matched with the target geographic area and a communication number of the branch mechanism from the communication information set, and at least one of a subordinate department of the branch mechanism and a communication number corresponding to the subordinate department as target communication information to be displayed. Please refer to the detailed description of the hierarchical address book display method for the detailed description of the second display information obtaining sub-module.
In this embodiment, the display information obtaining module 230 may further include: a second duration obtaining submodule, a third area obtaining submodule and a third display information obtaining submodule.
The second duration obtaining submodule is configured to divide the geographical location track into multiple sub-tracks according to a preset length, and obtain a second residence duration of the user terminal on each sub-track. Please refer to the detailed description of the hierarchical address book display method for the detailed description of the second duration obtaining sub-module.
And the third region obtaining submodule is used for determining a target sub-track based on the second residence time on each sub-track and obtaining a corresponding target peripheral sub-region according to the target sub-track. For a detailed description of the third area obtaining sub-module, please refer to a detailed description of the address book hierarchical display method.
And the third display information obtaining sub-module is used for searching a branch mechanism corresponding to the position information matched with the target peripheral sub-region and a communication number of the branch mechanism from the communication information set, and at least one of a subordinate department of the branch mechanism and a communication number corresponding to the subordinate department as target communication information to be displayed. Please refer to the detailed description of the hierarchical address book display method for the detailed description of the third sub-module for obtaining the third display information.
It can be understood that, when the geographical location track information includes a plurality of track points, the display information obtaining module 230 may further include a fourth area obtaining sub-module and a fourth display information obtaining sub-module.
And the fourth area obtaining submodule is used for determining a peripheral area corresponding to each track point in the geographical position track information.
And the fourth display information obtaining submodule is used for searching at least one of a branch organization and a communication number corresponding to the position information matched with each peripheral area, a subordinate department of the branch organization and a communication number corresponding to the subordinate department from the communication information set to be used as target communication information to be displayed.
In this embodiment, the display information obtaining module 230 may further include: a third duration obtaining submodule, a fifth area obtaining submodule and a fifth display information obtaining submodule. The third duration obtaining sub-module is configured to obtain, based on the geographic location trajectory information, at least one postal area to which the geographic location trajectory information relates and a third residence duration of the user terminal in each postal area. And the fifth area obtaining sub-module is used for determining a target postal area based on a third residence time of the user terminal in the postal area. And the fifth display information obtaining sub-module is used for searching a branch corresponding to the position information matched with the target postal area and a communication number of the branch from the communication information set, and at least one of a subordinate department of the branch and a communication number corresponding to the subordinate department as target communication information to be displayed.

The computer program product for performing the hierarchical address book display method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a computer-readable storage medium storing a nonvolatile program code executable by a processor, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiment, and specific implementation may refer to the method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed coupling or direct coupling or communication connection between each other may be through some communication interfaces, indirect coupling or communication connection between devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.

Industrial applicability
The method and the device can solve the problem that inconvenience exists when the communication number of the branch office of the unit or the communication number of the subordinate department of the branch office of the unit is searched.

Claims (14)

1. A hierarchical display method for an address book is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a hierarchical address book display request sent by a user terminal, wherein the hierarchical address book display request comprises a communication code and geographical position track information of the user terminal;
obtaining a communication information set of at least one level of communication information of a unit to which the communication code belongs based on a preset information list and the communication code, wherein the communication information set comprises at least one of a branch organization, communication numbers and position information corresponding to the branch organization, a subordinate department of the branch organization and the communication numbers and position information corresponding to the subordinate department;
determining target communication information to be displayed from the communication information set based on the geographical position track information and sending the target communication information to the user terminal so that the user terminal can display the target communication information, wherein the target communication information comprises at least one of a branch organization and a communication number thereof matched with the geographical position track information, and a subordinate department of the branch organization and a communication number thereof;
when the communication code comprises a unit digital code and a postal code, the step of obtaining a communication information set of at least one level of communication information of a unit to which the communication code belongs based on a preset information list and the communication code comprises the following steps:
and obtaining the unit digital code and the subordinate department of the branch organization of the unit to which the postal code belongs and the communication number and the position information corresponding to the subordinate department based on a preset information list, the unit digital code and the postal code.
2. The hierarchical address book presentation method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining target communication information to be presented from the communication information set based on the geographical location track information and sending the target communication information to the user terminal comprises:
obtaining a geographical area related to the geographical position track information based on the geographical position track information;
and searching at least one of a branch office corresponding to the position information matched with the geographic area, a communication number of the branch office and a communication number corresponding to a subordinate department of the branch office as target communication information to be displayed from the communication information set.
3. The hierarchical address book presentation method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of determining target communication information to be presented from the communication information set based on the geographical location track information and sending the target communication information to the user terminal comprises:
obtaining at least one geographical area related to the geographical position track information and a first residence time of the user terminal in each geographical area based on the geographical position track information;
determining a target geographic area based on a first residence time of the user terminal in the geographic area;
and searching at least one of a branch organization corresponding to the position information matched with the target geographic area, a communication number of the branch organization and a communication number corresponding to a subordinate department of the branch organization from the communication information set to serve as target communication information to be displayed.
4. The hierarchical address book presentation method of claim 3, wherein the step of determining a target geographic area based on the first residence time of the user terminal in the geographic area comprises:
and taking the geographical area of which the first residence time of the user terminal in the geographical area is longer than the preset time as a target geographical area.
5. The hierarchical address book presentation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining target communication information to be presented from the communication information set based on the geographical location track information and sending the target communication information to the user terminal comprises:
dividing the geographical position track into a plurality of sub-tracks according to a preset length, and obtaining a second residence time of the user terminal on each sub-track;
determining a target sub-track based on the second residence time on each sub-track, and obtaining a corresponding target peripheral sub-area according to the target sub-track;
and searching at least one of a branch mechanism corresponding to the position information matched with the target peripheral sub-area, a communication number of the branch mechanism and a communication number corresponding to a subordinate department of the branch mechanism from the communication information set to serve as target communication information to be displayed.
6. The hierarchical address book displaying method of claim 1, wherein when the communication code comprises a unit number code, the step of obtaining a communication information set of at least one level of communication information of the unit to which the communication code belongs based on a preset information list and the communication code comprises:
and obtaining the branch mechanism of the unit corresponding to the unit digital code and the communication number and the position information corresponding to the branch mechanism based on a preset information list and the unit digital code.
7. An address book grading display device is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a request receiving module, a display module and a display module, wherein the request receiving module is configured to receive a hierarchical address book display request sent by a user terminal, and the hierarchical address book display request comprises a communication code and geographical position track information of the user terminal;
the communication information acquisition module is configured to obtain a communication information set of at least one level of communication information of a unit to which the communication code belongs based on a preset information list and the communication code, wherein the communication information set comprises at least one of a branch organization, communication numbers and position information corresponding to the branch organization, a subordinate department of the branch organization and the communication numbers and position information corresponding to the subordinate department;
a display information obtaining module configured to determine target communication information to be displayed from the communication information set based on the geographical position track information and send the target communication information to the user terminal so that the user terminal displays the target communication information, wherein the target communication information includes at least one of a branch organization and a communication number thereof, and a subordinate department of the branch organization and a communication number thereof, which are matched with the geographical position track information;
when the communication code comprises a unit digital code and a postal code, the communication information obtaining module is further configured to obtain the unit digital code and the subordinate department of the branch organization of the unit to which the postal code belongs, and the communication number and the position information corresponding to the subordinate department based on a preset information list, the unit digital code and the postal code.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the presentation information obtaining module comprises:
a first area obtaining module configured to obtain a geographical area related to the geographical position track information based on the geographical position track information;
and the first display information obtaining sub-module is configured to search at least one of a branch organization corresponding to the position information matched with the geographic area, a communication number of the branch organization, and a subordinate department of the branch organization and a communication number corresponding to the subordinate department from the communication information set as target communication information to be displayed.
9. The hierarchical display device of the address book according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the display information obtaining module comprises:
the first time length obtaining submodule is configured to obtain at least one geographic area related to the geographic position track information and a first residence time length of the user terminal in each geographic area based on the geographic position track information;
a second region obtaining submodule configured to determine a target geographical region based on a first residence time of the user terminal in the geographical region;
and the second display information obtaining sub-module is configured to search at least one of a branch mechanism corresponding to the position information matched with the target geographic area and a communication number of the branch mechanism, and a subordinate department of the branch mechanism and a communication number corresponding to the subordinate department from the communication information set as target communication information to be displayed.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the second region obtaining sub-module is further configured to use a geographic region in which the first residence time of the user terminal in the geographic region is longer than a preset time as a target geographic region.
11. The hierarchical display device of the address book of claim 7, wherein the display information obtaining module comprises:
a second duration obtaining submodule configured to divide the geographical position trajectory into a plurality of sub-trajectories according to a preset length, and obtain a second residence duration of the user terminal on each sub-trajectory;
the third area obtaining sub-module is configured to determine a target sub-track based on the second residence time on each sub-track, and obtain a corresponding target peripheral sub-area according to the target sub-track;
and the third display information obtaining sub-module is configured to search at least one of a branch mechanism corresponding to the position information matched with the target peripheral sub-region, a communication number of the branch mechanism, a subordinate department of the branch mechanism and a communication number corresponding to the subordinate department from the communication information set to serve as target communication information to be displayed.
12. The apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein when the communication code includes a unit number code, the communication information obtaining module is further configured to obtain a branch office of a unit corresponding to the unit number code and communication number and location information corresponding to the branch office based on a preset information list and the unit number code.
13. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 6 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
14. A computer-readable storage medium having non-volatile program code executable by a processor, wherein the program code causes the processor to perform the steps of the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 6.
