Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It will be understood that the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, as used herein, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The communication method provided by the invention can be applied to a private network broadband cluster communication system based on LTE, and can also be applied to a private network system based on other standards, such as: universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) Terrestrial Radio Access Network (UTRAN) architecture, or Global System for Mobile communications (GSM)/Enhanced Data Rate for GSM Evolution (EDGE) architecture. The communication method provided by the present invention may also be applied to other communication systems, such as a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) system, a 5G communication system, or a communication system after 5G, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited at all.
For convenience of description, the communication method provided by the present invention is described in detail below by taking a private network broadband trunking communication system as an example.
Fig. 1 is a system architecture diagram of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, a private network broadband trunking communication system includes: the system comprises an LTE broadband trunking terminal 11, an LTE data terminal 12, an LTE broadband trunking base station 13, an LTE broadband trunking core network 14 and a dispatching desk 15. The LTE broadband cluster terminal 11 and the LTE data terminal 12 are respectively in communication connection with an LTE broadband cluster core network 14 through an LTE broadband cluster base station 13, and the dispatching desk 15 is in communication connection with the LTE broadband cluster core network 14. The dispatching desk 15 is connected to the LTE broadband trunking core network 14 in a wired or wireless manner, and may be used to initiate trunking dispatching services, where the service right of the dispatching desk is higher than that of common terminals such as the LTE broadband trunking terminal 11 and the LTE data terminal 12.
The technical requirements (second stage) of the interface of a broadband trunking communication (B-Trunc) system based on the LTE technology require a terminal-to-core network interface standard to stipulate that a trunking terminal acquires terminal subscription group information through a group information updating process. The group terminal actively adopts the updating flow to request the network side to send the group information, and the network side informs the terminal group information updating through the updating flow. As shown in fig. 2, the group information update flow includes:
step 201, the terminal device sends a GROUP INFORMATION UPDATE REQUEST (GROUP INFORMATION UPDATE REQUEST) to the core network.
Step 202, the core network sends a GROUP INFORMATION UPDATE COMMAND (GROUP INFORMATION UPDATE COMMAND) to the terminal device.
Step 203, the terminal device sends a GROUP INFORMATION UPDATE RESPONSE (GROUP INFORMATION UPDATE RESPONSE) to the core network.
The group information updating instruction carries group information, the group information comprises a group information list, and the group information list comprises information such as a group name and a group ID signed by the terminal equipment. Generally, a group information update instruction can carry group information of 16 groups at most, if there are many groups subscribed by a terminal device, a core network needs to issue multiple group information update instructions, and issue group information of all groups of the terminal device to the terminal device. However, in practical applications, the group information list of the terminal device does not change frequently, the terminal device needs to update the group information list every time it is turned on to register or switch a cell, multiple group information update instructions sent by the core network will increase the burden or retransmission of air interface resources, and the time for acquiring the group information list after the terminal is turned on or switches the cell is too long.
In order to solve the above problems, the technical solution provided by the present invention optimizes the group information update process of the trunking communication system, as shown in fig. 3, when a terminal device boots up and resides in a cell or moves to a new cell, it is determined whether the current resident cell supports the group list identification function, if the current resident cell supports the group list identification function, the group list identification locally stored in the terminal device is read, the optimized group information update process is executed, and registration and group list update are performed; if the group list identification function is not supported, the terminal device still performs registration and group update according to the group information update flow shown in fig. 2. Whether a cell supports the group list identification function depends on the configuration of the core network, and if the configuration of the function is increased when a certain cell is established, the cell supports the group list identification function.
In the optimized group information updating process provided by the invention, a group list identifier is added in a group information updating request sent by the terminal equipment, the group list identifier is used for indicating the group condition recorded by the terminal equipment, the core network determines whether a group information updating instruction needs to be sent according to the group condition recorded by the terminal equipment and the group condition of the terminal equipment recorded by the core network, and if the group information updating instruction needs to be sent, the group information updating instruction is further determined to be sent in an incremental or full mode. The execution process can save the transmission of the air interface signaling to the maximum extent and reduce the times of transmitting the group information updating instruction.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the communication method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 301, the access network device sends a broadcast message to the terminal device, where the broadcast message is used to indicate whether the cell where the terminal device resides supports the group list identification function.
Step 302, if the cell where the terminal device resides supports the group list identification function, the terminal device sends a group information update request to the access network device.
The group information updating request comprises a group list identifier, and the group list identifier is used for indicating the group condition recorded by the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, the terminal device may be an LTE broadband trunking terminal in a private network broadband trunking communication system, or an LTE data terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment. The access network device may be an LTE broadband cluster base station in a private network broadband cluster communication system. The core network may be an LTE broadband trunking core network in a private network broadband trunking communication system.
When the terminal device is powered on to register or moves to a new cell, the terminal device needs to send a group information update request to the core network to obtain the latest group information of the terminal device.
Specifically, before the terminal device sends the group information update request to the core network, the terminal device may determine whether the cell in which the terminal device currently resides supports the group list identification function according to the broadcast message sent and received by the access network device. The cell currently camped on may be a cell where the terminal device originally camped on, or may be a new cell camped on after moving. Correspondingly, the broadcast message received by the terminal device may be sent by the access network device of the cell where the terminal device originally resided, or may be sent by the access network device switched to the new cell.
If the broadcast message received by the terminal equipment is used for indicating that the cell supports the group list identification function, the terminal equipment sends a group information updating request to the access network equipment, wherein the request comprises a group list identification which is used for indicating the group condition recorded by the terminal equipment.
If the broadcast message received by the terminal equipment does not indicate that the cell supports the group list identification function, the terminal equipment updates the group according to the existing standard group information updating flow, and the group information updating request does not include the group list identification.
For the cell handover scenario, there are two possible implementations as follows:
in a possible implementation manner, the terminal device switches from a cell supporting the group list identification function to a cell not supporting the group list identification function, the terminal device locally stores a group list updated most recently, and the terminal device actively initiates a group information update process of the existing standard to perform group list synchronization.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal device switches from a cell that does not support the group list identification function to a cell that supports the group list identification function, and the terminal device carries a group list identification for indicating a group status recorded by the terminal device in the group information update request, so that the core network performs a corresponding response according to the group list identification.
Optionally, the group list identifier may include the international mobile subscriber identity IMSI of the terminal device, a random value, and the number of changes of the group list.
The IMSI is an identification code that is used for distinguishing different users in a cellular network and is not repeated in all cellular networks, and the IMSI of the terminal device uniquely identifies the terminal device. The random value is generated by the core network, which generates a 32-bit random value according to the time of group configuration, the core network ID, and the network user profile. The number of times of change of the group list indicates the number of times of adding or deleting the group list of the terminal device, for example: adding a group ID in the group list, and adding 1 to the change times; if the group ID is decreased by one, the number of changes is increased by 1.
Step 303, the access network device sends a group information update request to the core network.
Step 304, the core network determines a group information update response according to the group information update request.
Wherein the group information update response includes any one of:
an acceptance message of the group information updating request, and one or more group information updating instructions.
In this step, the core network determines a group information update response according to the group list identifier in the group information update request and the group list identifier of the terminal device stored locally in the core network. And determining a group information updating response by comparing the group list identifications.
And if the group list identification is not changed, determining that the group information updating response comprises an acceptance message of the group information updating request. That is, when the group list identifier locally stored in the terminal device is completely the same as the group list identifier of the terminal device locally stored in the core network, the core network may send an acceptance message of the group information update request to the terminal device, where the acceptance message is used to notify the terminal device to continue using the locally stored group list. Optionally, the core network determines that the group list identifier is not changed, or does not send an acceptance message of the group information update request, so as to save air interface resources.
If the random value of the group list identifier changes, it is determined that the group information update response includes one or more group information update instructions. That is, when the random value in the group list identifier locally stored in the terminal device is different from the random value in the group list identifier of the terminal device locally stored in the core network, the core network selects a full-volume mode to send a group information update instruction no matter whether the change times of the group list are changed. If the number of groups subscribed by the terminal equipment exceeds a preset number (for example, 16), the core network needs to send a plurality of group information updating instructions; and if the number of the groups signed by the terminal equipment is less than or equal to the preset number, the core network sends a group information updating instruction.
If the random value of the group list identifier is not changed but the number of changes of the group list is changed, it is determined that the group information update response includes a group information update instruction. That is, the random value in the group list identifier locally stored by the terminal device is the same as the random value in the group list identifier of the terminal device locally stored by the core network, but when the change times of the group list are updated, the core network selects an incremental mode to send a group information updating instruction. The group information updating instruction is sent in an incremental manner, and only the group IDs of one or more added or deleted groups are sent.
Step 305, the core network sends a group information update response to the access network device.
Step 306, the access network device sends a group information update response to the terminal device.
In the communication method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device determines the group information update process through the broadcast message sent by the access network device, and if the broadcast message is used to indicate that the cell where the terminal device currently resides supports the group list identification function, the terminal device sends a group information update request including the group list identification to the core network, where the group list identification is used to indicate the group status recorded by the terminal device, and the terminal device performs group update according to one or more group information update responses returned by the core network. The execution process can save a part of air interface resources and reduce the times of the core network transmitting the group information updating instruction.
The communication method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below with reference to specific application scenarios.

And step 406, the core network issues a group information updating instruction in a full or incremental mode by comparing the group list identifiers.
In one possible implementation manner, the core network issues a group information updating instruction in a full-scale manner, and if the number of groups subscribed by the terminal equipment exceeds a preset number, a plurality of group information updating instructions are sent to the terminal equipment; and if the number of the groups signed by the terminal equipment is less than or equal to the preset number, sending a group information updating instruction to the terminal equipment. Wherein, the one or more group information updating instructions include group IDs of all groups subscribed by the terminal device.
In one possible implementation, the core network issues the group information update instruction in an incremental manner, and usually only one group information update instruction is sent. The group information updating instruction comprises the group ID of the added or deleted group.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the core network may carry the group information update instruction in step 406 in the cluster registration acceptance message, and issue the cluster registration acceptance message to the terminal (not shown in fig. 5).
Optionally, in some embodiments, after step 402, the core network may also separately send a cluster registration acceptance message to the terminal device, so that the terminal device completes a cluster registration procedure (not shown in fig. 5). The execution process can save a part of air interface resources and reduce the times of the core network transmitting the group information updating instruction.

Optionally, in some embodiments, after step 502, the core network may also separately send an accept message of the cluster registration update request to the terminal device, so that the terminal device completes the cluster registration update procedure (not shown in fig. 6). Step 506 may be executed separately for the group information update request carried in the cluster registration update request, so that the terminal device completes the group information update procedure.
The communication method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to a scene that terminal equipment performs cell switching, when the terminal equipment is switched from a cell which does not support the group list identification function to a cell which supports the group list identification function, the terminal equipment carries a group information updating request in a cluster registration updating request, and a core network judges whether the group list identification of the terminal equipment locally stored by the terminal equipment and the group list identification of the terminal equipment locally stored by the core network are consistent or not based on the cluster registration updating request: if the request is consistent with the group list identifier of the terminal equipment, returning a response message of the cluster registration updating request, wherein the response message carries the group list identifier of the terminal equipment stored in the core network; and if the group information is inconsistent, sending one or more group information updating instructions. The execution process can save a part of air interface resources and reduce the times of the core network transmitting the group information updating instruction.
