The invention belongs to the technical field of communication, and discloses a communication network access method and device based on a terminal. The method comprises the following steps: receiving registration information reported by a user terminal, wherein the registration information comprises user terminal parameters; acquiring the subscription information of the user terminal according to the registration information; and providing an access cell for the user terminal according to the subscription information, and preferentially selecting a low-frequency-band cell for the user terminal when the user terminal meets the priority level. The communication network access method based on the terminal provides the low-frequency-band cells for the user terminal according to the priority level of the user terminal, so that the VIP user obtains better mobile communication network service, and the user experience of the VIP user is improved.

registering the user terminal to a unified data management entity through an access and mobility management functional entity;
and obtaining the subscription information of the user terminal from the unified data management entity.

The communication network access method provided by the embodiment allocates the access cells of the mobile communication terminal based on the priority level of the terminal, namely, the user terminal is accessed by changing the load condition of the access network in the past, and corresponding high-quality service is provided for the user subscribing high-end service.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a terminal-based communication network access method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The communication network access method based on the terminal comprises the following steps:
in step S101, registration information reported by the user terminal is received.
The registration information includes a user terminal parameter, that is, the registration information carries the user terminal parameter. The user terminal parameters may include a universal mobile subscriber identity (USIM).
It should be noted that the registration information of the ue is usually sent to the 5G base station (gNB) when the ue is powered on to register.
In step S102, subscription information of the user terminal is acquired according to the registration information.
It should be noted that the subscription information is in subscription information of the user terminal, and the subscription information of the user terminal is stored in a Unified Data Management entity (UDM). In 5G networks, UDMs are used to store subscription information and subscription management, but also for registration and mobility management, user identification processing, access authorization and authentication processing.
After receiving the startup registration information of the user terminal, the gNB selects an appropriate Access and Mobility Management Function entity (AMF) according to the user terminal parameters carried in the registration information, then the AMF registers the user terminal to the UDM, and obtains Access and mobile subscription data of the user terminal, Session Management Function entity (SMF) selection subscription data, and context information of the user unit in the SMF from the UDM.
After receiving the registration information of the user terminal, the UDM needs to authenticate the user terminal, that is, it is determined whether the user terminal has the right to access the 5G network, and if the authentication is passed, the acquisition of the subscription information of the user terminal is allowed, that is, the subscription information of the user terminal is sent to the AMF.
And after receiving the subscription information of the user terminal, the AMF sends a registration success message to the gNB, and the gNB acquires the subscription information which contains the priority of the user terminal.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the gNB, the AMF, the SMF, and the UDM are all network elements of a 5G network structure, and the functions and specific functions thereof are not described in detail herein.
In step S103, an access cell is provided for the ue according to the subscription information, and when the ue meets the priority level, a low-frequency cell is preferentially provided for the ue.
And the gNB provides an access cell for the user terminal according to the priority of the subscription information, namely selects a corresponding frequency point and indicates the user terminal to access the 5G network.
It should be noted that the gNB at the same position may have a plurality of adjacent cells, and each cell is composed of frequency points of different frequency bands, such as a frequency point of a 700MHz frequency band, a frequency point of an 800MHz frequency band, a frequency point of a 900MHz frequency band, a frequency point of a 1800MHz frequency band, a frequency point of a 2.6GHz frequency band, and a frequency point of a 3.5G frequency band. Since the low frequency band has better interference immunity and can provide better transmission performance at the same position of the distance gNB, the embodiment provides different access frequency bands for the user terminal according to the priority level of the user terminal. And for the user with higher priority, preferentially selecting the low-frequency-band cell for access.
In one embodiment, the gNB provides the user terminal with a clear cell list as a Radio Access Network (RAN-based notification Area, RNA for short), each RNA includes a plurality of Radio Access Network Area identifiers, a Radio Access Network (RAN) Area provided is a subset of or equal to a core Network Tracking Area (coral Network Tracking Area), one RAN Area corresponds to one RAN Area Identifier (ID), and one RAN Area is composed of a Tracking Area identifier (Tracking Area identity, TAI for short) and an optional Radio Access Network Area code. Each cell broadcasts its RAN area identity in its system message.
After receiving the subscription information corresponding to the user terminal, the gNB determines whether the user terminal meets the priority level from the subscription information, in other words, determines whether the priority level of the user terminal reaches the level of providing the VIP service, and if so, preferentially selects the low-frequency band frequency point for access and sends access information of the low-frequency band frequency point to the user terminal.
In one embodiment, for a user terminal with a non-priority level or a user terminal with a priority level lower than the VIP service level, an access cell is provided for the user terminal according to a load condition.
In step S104, the ue replies a registration completion message to the gNB.
It should be noted that, only when the gNB allocates a globally Unique Temporary Identifier (5G-Unique Temporary Identifier, abbreviated as 5G-GUTI) for the 5G user to the registration message, the user terminal replies a registration completion message to the gNB.
In step S105, the gNB sends a registration completion message to the AMF, and completes the registration process, that is, the ue completes accessing the 5G network.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
In the communication network access method based on the terminal provided by this embodiment, after receiving the registration information reported by the user terminal, the subscription information of the user terminal is obtained according to the registration information, and the access cell is provided for the user terminal according to the subscription information, and when the user terminal meets the priority level, the low-frequency-band cell is preferentially provided for the user terminal, so that the user with high priority level obtains better mobile communication network service, and the experience of the user with high priority level is improved.
The embodiment also provides a communication network access device based on the terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the terminal-based communication network access apparatus includes a receiving module 21, an obtaining module 22, a judging module 23 and a cell access module 24.
A receiving module 21, configured to receive registration information reported by a user terminal, where the registration information includes a user terminal parameter; an obtaining module 22, configured to obtain subscription information of the user terminal according to the registration information; a judging module 23, configured to judge a priority level of the user terminal according to the subscription information; and the cell access module 24 is configured to provide an access cell for the user terminal, and provide a low frequency band cell for the user terminal when the user terminal meets the priority level.
The receiving module 21 is a receiving module provided in the 5G network for receiving information from the user terminal. The obtaining manner of the obtaining module 22 is the same as the manner described in step S102 in this embodiment, and is not described herein again. The determining module 23 determines whether the user terminal meets the priority level according to the subscription information, in other words, determines whether the priority level of the user terminal reaches the level of providing the VIP service, and if so, preferentially selects the low-frequency band frequency point for access and sends access information of the low-frequency band frequency point to the user terminal. The cell access module 24 provides an access cell for the ue according to the determination result of the determining module 23, that is, selects an access cell for the ue according to the determination result of the determining module 23.
In one embodiment, the acquisition module 22 includes a first acquisition sub-module, a registration sub-module, and a second acquisition sub-module; the first obtaining submodule is used for obtaining an access and mobility management functional entity corresponding to the user terminal according to the user terminal parameter carried in the registration information; the registration submodule is used for registering the user terminal to the unified data management entity through the access and mobility management functional entity; and the second acquisition submodule is used for acquiring the subscription information of the user terminal from the unified data management entity.
In one embodiment, the second obtaining sub-module obtains the subscription information via the access and mobility management function entity.
The obtaining module of this embodiment further includes an authentication submodule, configured to authenticate the user terminal, and allow to obtain subscription information of the user terminal if the user terminal passes authentication of the unified data management entity.
In one embodiment, when the determining module determines that the user terminal does not satisfy the priority level, the cell access module provides an access cell for the user terminal according to the load condition.
It should be noted that each module referred to in this embodiment is a logical module, and in practical applications, one logical unit may be one physical unit, may be a part of one physical unit, and may be implemented by a combination of multiple physical units. In addition, in order to highlight the innovative part of the present invention, elements that are not so closely related to solving the technical problems proposed by the present invention are not introduced in the present embodiment, but this does not indicate that other elements are not present in the present embodiment.
In the terminal-based communication network access device provided by this embodiment, after the registration information reported by the user terminal is received by the receiving module, the acquisition module acquires the subscription information of the user terminal according to the registration information, the determination module determines the priority level of the user terminal according to the subscription information, and the cell access module preferentially provides a low-frequency cell for the user terminal according to the priority level, so that a VIP user obtains a better mobile communication network service, and the user experience of the VIP user is improved.

and providing an access cell for the user terminal according to the subscription information, and preferentially selecting a low-frequency-band cell for the user terminal when the user terminal meets the priority level.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the subscription information of the user terminal according to the registration information comprises:
acquiring an access and mobility management functional entity corresponding to the user terminal according to the user terminal parameters carried in the registration information;
registering the user terminal to a unified data management entity through an access and mobility management functional entity;
and obtaining the subscription information of the user terminal from the unified data management entity.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the registering the ue with the unified data management entity through the access and mobility management function entity, and before obtaining subscription information of the ue from the unified data management entity, further comprising:
authenticating the user terminal;
and if the user terminal passes the authentication of the unified data management entity, allowing to obtain the subscription information of the user terminal.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein after obtaining the subscription information of the ue from the unified data management entity, further comprising:
obtaining the subscription information via the access and mobility management functional entity.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein in the step of providing the user terminal with an access cell according to the subscription information,
and if the user terminal is judged not to meet the priority level from the subscription information, providing an access cell for the user terminal according to the load condition.
6. A terminal-based communication network access apparatus, comprising:
