Bullet screen recommendation is the common form in the multimedia products, through recommending the hotword to the user, for the user provides the thinking that can send the bullet screen, promote the enthusiasm that the user participated in sending the bullet screen, in present bullet screen recommendation, the hotword of recommending usually is some popular general vocabulary, and appear as fixed entry, irrelevant with sending the scene, and the hotword of recommending easily induces the user to send too much homogenization content, cause bullet screen pond pollution, the general bullet screen of meaningless increases, influence user's use experience.
Based on this, in the present application, a bullet screen processing method is provided, and the present application relates to a bullet screen processing apparatus and system, a computing device, and a computer readable storage medium, which are described in detail in the following embodiments one by one.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a bullet screen processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a server, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 102: and receiving the playing information of the target multimedia sent by the target client.
The target client side is the client side where the user is playing the target multimedia, the target client side can monitor playing information of the target multimedia in real time and send the playing information to the server in time, the server receives the playing information of the target multimedia sent by the target client side and knows the playing condition of the target multimedia at the target client side in time, and in practical application, the playing information comprises at least one of a target multimedia playing time point, a target multimedia identifier, a user identifier, a target client side identifier and a target multimedia playing frequency.
The target multimedia is a multimedia resource being played in the target client, and the multimedia resource may be video, audio, and the like. In the present application, the specific content of the multimedia resource is not limited, and the actual application is taken as the standard.
In an embodiment provided by the present application, taking the target client as the tablet pc P as an example, and the tablet pc P is playing the video V, the server receives the playing information about the video V sent by the tablet pc P.
Step 104: and under the condition that the playing information meets a preset recommended bullet screen generation rule, acquiring a recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia according to the playing information.
After receiving the playing information of the target multimedia sent by the target client, judging whether the playing information meets a recommended bullet screen generation rule preset in the server, if so, obtaining a recommended bullet screen corresponding to the multimedia according to the playing information, and if not, continuing to wait for receiving the playing information of the target multimedia sent by the target client.
The recommended barrage is the barrage recommended to the user and generated for the target multimedia in the barrage processing method provided by the application. The recommended bullet screen is related to the playing information of the target multimedia, so that the universalization and popular hot words are avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In practical application, the playing information of the target multimedia comprises various types of information, and not every information participates in judging whether a preset bullet screen generation rule is met, and in the application, the playing information comprises a target multimedia playing time point;
determining that the play information meets a preset recommended bullet screen generation rule, including:
and under the condition that the target multimedia playing time point is located in a preset target multimedia playing time interval, determining that the playing information meets a preset recommended bullet screen generation rule.
The playing information includes a target multimedia playing time point, where the target multimedia playing time point is a specific time point of target multimedia playing in the target client, for example, if the target multimedia is played for the 4 th minute, the target multimedia playing time point is 4 minutes; and if the target multimedia is played for the 10 th minute, the target multimedia playing time point is 10 minutes.
At this time, whether the target multimedia playing time point is located in a preset target multimedia time interval needs to be judged, if yes, it is determined that the playing information meets a preset recommended bullet screen generation rule, and if not, it is determined that the playing information does not meet the preset recommended bullet screen generation rule.
The preset target multimedia time interval is a preset time period for generating the recommended bullet screen, for example, the preset target multimedia time interval is from 4 th minute to 8 th minute, and only when the target multimedia playing time point is played between 4 th minute and 8 th minute, the preset recommended bullet screen generation rule is satisfied, and then the recommended bullet screen is obtained.
In practical application, the server usually acquires each multimedia in advance, and through analysis, it can be known in which time period the highlight of each multimedia appears, and it can also be determined according to the pop-up screen sent by the viewer which time period the content of the highlight is the highlight of the multimedia, and the time period corresponding to the highlight is set as the time period for generating the recommended pop-up screen, so as to improve the enthusiasm of the user for sending the pop-up screen.
It should be noted that in the process of obtaining the recommended bullet screen, the final recommended bullet screen may be obtained in a manual configuration mode and/or a machine learning mode, where the manual configuration mode is to receive a configuration instruction of an administrator, and generate the recommended bullet screen in response to the configuration instruction; and counting and calculating the recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia in a machine learning mode, namely in an algorithm recall mode.
The entrance for generating the recommended bullet screen can be dynamically set by setting the preset target multimedia playing time interval, different multimedia playing time intervals are set for different multimedia information, and the recommended bullet screen can be triggered only when the playing time point of the target multimedia is located in the preset target multimedia playing time interval, so that the recommended bullet screen can be related to the scene of the target multimedia, the flexibility and the maneuverability of the recommended bullet screen are improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Correspondingly, obtaining the recommended barrage corresponding to the target multimedia according to the playing information includes:
and acquiring a recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia according to the target multimedia playing time point.
In practical application, a plurality of wonderful segments of a certain multimedia may exist, the content and the bullet screen corresponding to each wonderful segment are different, and the server can determine the recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia at the playing time point according to the target multimedia playing time point, so that the obtained recommended bullet screen is more consistent with the content in the multimedia scene at the current target multimedia playing time point.
In practical application, the obtaining of the recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia according to the target multimedia playing time point specifically includes:
determining a target playing time interval according to the target multimedia playing time point;
counting bullet screen information of the target playing time interval;
and determining a recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia according to the bullet screen information.
The target playing time interval is used for counting the bullet screen information in the playing time interval, and in a general case, it is not very accurate to count only the bullet screen information at one time point, and it is more convincing to count the bullet screen information in one time interval, so that the target playing time interval is determined according to the target multimedia playing time point, which may be the preset target multimedia time interval, or the target playing time interval may be determined by taking the target multimedia playing time point as a starting point and determining the target playing time interval in a previous period and a next period, for example, determining the target multimedia playing time point as the starting point, counting 5 seconds in the previous period and counting 6 seconds in the next period as the target playing time interval, that is, the target multimedia playing time point is 97 seconds, the previous counting 5 seconds is 92 seconds, and the next counting 6 seconds is 103 seconds, and then taking 92 seconds to 103 seconds as the target playing time interval.
The method includes the steps that bullet screen information in the target playing time interval is counted, the bullet screen information can include bullet screen content, bullet screen sending times, bullet screen praise times and the like, the recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia is determined according to the bullet screen information, the bullet screen with the bullet screen sending times exceeding a threshold value can be used as the recommended bullet screen, the bullet screen with the bullet screen praise times exceeding the threshold value can also be used as the recommended bullet screen, in the application, specific methods for determining the recommended bullet screen are not limited, and actual application is used as the standard.
In practical applications, the recommended barrage determined only according to the target playing time interval may be monotonous, so that the method for obtaining the recommended barrage corresponding to the target multimedia according to the target multimedia playing time point further includes:
acquiring bullet screen generation reference information of the target multimedia;
and generating a recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia based on the bullet screen generation reference information.
The bullet screen generation reference information specifically refers to reference information for generating a recommended bullet screen, and in practical application, the bullet screen generation reference information may be information such as a platform bullet screen hotword, a bullet screen hotword corresponding to a target multimedia, and a speech in a video when the target multimedia is a video.
After acquiring the bullet screen generation reference information of the target multimedia, generating a recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia based on the bullet screen generation reference information, and when the generated recommended bullet screen exceeds a threshold value, receiving a configuration instruction of an administrator, and determining the final recommended bullet screen by the administrator through configuration.
No matter the recommended barrage is acquired in a manual configuration or machine learning manner, corresponding time and resources are needed to generate the recommended barrage, and when the data volume is huge, the resource waste of a server can be caused, so that the generated recommended barrage can be stored, other subsequent users can directly acquire the recommended barrage conveniently, the server pressure is reduced, and specifically, the playing information comprises a target multimedia identifier corresponding to the target multimedia;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and correspondingly storing the recommended bullet screen, the target multimedia playing time point and the target multimedia identifier to a bullet screen database.
Specifically, a target multimedia identifier is carried in the playing information, the target multimedia identifier is used for determining a target multimedia, the recommended barrage, the target multimedia playing time point and the target multimedia identifier are correspondingly stored in a barrage database, and when other users trigger to acquire the recommended barrage at the target multimedia playing time point, the recommended barrage corresponding to the target multimedia playing time point can be directly acquired from the barrage database, so that the calculation pressure of a server is reduced, and the efficiency of acquiring the recommended barrage is improved.
In practical application, some users may be relatively insensitive to the recommended bullet screen, in order to improve the experience of the users, the bullet screen processing method provided by the application can also determine whether the recommended bullet screen is determined for the users according to the target multimedia identification, and for the multimedia which has been pushed the recommended bullet screen, the recommended bullet screen is not pushed any more. Specifically, the playing information further includes a target multimedia playing frequency;
determining that the playing information meets a preset recommended bullet screen generation rule further comprises:
and under the condition that the target multimedia playing times are smaller than a preset playing time threshold value, determining that the playing information meets a preset recommended bullet screen generation rule.
The target multimedia playing times are specifically playing times of the target multimedia in the target client, and are used for recording the times of playing the same target multimedia by the same target client. For example, if a user repeatedly watches a certain video 6 times through a certain mobile phone, the playing information carries the target multimedia playing times of 6 times.
Besides that the playing time point of the target multimedia is located in the preset target multimedia time interval, the preset recommended barrage generation rule further comprises the step of judging whether the playing times of the target multimedia is smaller than a preset playing time threshold value, if so, the playing information is determined to meet the preset recommended barrage generation rule, and if not, the playing information is determined not to meet the preset recommended barrage generation rule.
For example, the preset playing time threshold is 1, when the target multimedia playing time is 0, it is determined that the playing information satisfies the preset recommended bullet screen generation rule, and when the target multimedia playing time is 1, it is determined that the playing information does not satisfy the preset recommended bullet screen generation rule.
In practical application, some users are interested in sending the barrage, some users only like watching, do not like sending the barrage, to the user who is interested in sending the barrage, need not for its corresponding recommendation barrage of propelling movement, and to the user who does not like sending the barrage, then need for its corresponding recommendation barrage of propelling movement, mobilize the enthusiasm that this user sent the barrage. Therefore, the playing information further includes a user identifier;
determining that the play information satisfies a preset recommended bullet screen generation rule further comprises:
determining the number of bullet screen sending times of the user in a preset time interval according to the user identification;
and under the condition that the bullet screen sending times are less than or equal to a preset bullet screen sending quantity threshold value, determining that the playing information meets a preset recommended bullet screen generating rule.
Specifically, the playing information also carries a user identifier, the number of times of sending the bullet screen of the user in a past period of time is determined according to the user identifier, whether the user likes to send the bullet screen is judged according to the number of times of sending the bullet screen of the user in the past period of time, and when the number of times of sending the bullet screen is smaller than a preset bullet screen sending number threshold value, it is indicated that the user does not like to send the bullet screen, and a corresponding recommended bullet screen needs to be pushed for the user.
For example, the user identifier a is carried in the playing information, the number of times of sending the barrage by the user a in the past 90 days is counted to be 4 times, and under the condition that the preset barrage sending number threshold is 5 times, it is determined that the user a is a user who does not like sending the barrage, a corresponding recommended barrage needs to be pushed for the user a, and the positivity of sending the barrage by the user a is improved.
In practical application, the attribute information of the user can be determined according to the user identification, and when the attribute information of the user meets a preset condition, for example, the age of the user is determined according to the user identification, and when the age of the user meets a preset age interval, it is determined that the playing information meets a preset recommendation bullet screen generation rule; for example, the favorite information of the user is determined according to the user identifier, and when the favorite information of the user is matched with the pre-configured information, it is determined that the playing information meets the preset recommended bullet screen generation rule, and a corresponding recommended bullet screen is pushed for the user according to the favorite information of the user, and so on. Furthermore, different recommended barrages can be pushed to different users according to the multimedia playing time point and the attribute information of the users, for example, a dance section is in 3 rd to 10 th minutes of the video, a dance-related recommended barrage is pushed to a dance user in the section for the preference information of the users, a football section is in 15 th to 20 th minutes of the video, a football-related recommended barrage is pushed to a football user in the section for the preference information of the users, and the like.
It should be noted that, in the above specific embodiments where the playing information is judged to satisfy the preset recommended bullet screen generation rule, any judgment conditions may be combined with each other, for example, it may be judged whether the target multimedia playing time point is in the preset target multimedia playing time interval; or judging whether the target multimedia playing time point is in a preset target multimedia playing time interval or not and whether the target multimedia playing times are smaller than a preset playing time threshold or not; or judging whether the target multimedia playing time point is in a preset target multimedia playing time interval or not and whether the bullet screen sending times are less than or equal to a preset bullet screen sending number threshold or not; or judging whether the target multimedia playing time point is in a preset target multimedia playing time interval, whether the target multimedia playing times are smaller than a preset playing time threshold value, whether the bullet screen sending times are smaller than or equal to a preset bullet screen sending number threshold value, and the like.
Whether the playing information meets the preset recommended bullet screen generation rule or not is judged, the corresponding recommended bullet screen can be pushed for the target client in a targeted mode, the enthusiasm of the user for sending the bullet screen is improved, and meanwhile the use experience of the user cannot be influenced.
Step 106: and sending the recommended bullet screen to the target client.
After the recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia is obtained, the recommended bullet screen is sent to the target client side so that the target client side can display the recommended bullet screen to a user.
In an embodiment provided herein, the method further comprises:
and sending a preset bullet screen thinning threshold to the target client.
The bullet screen thinning threshold specifically refers to the number of times for controlling a target client to display recommended keywords in a preset time period, in a certain time period, a user sends a large number of the same recommended bullet screens through the recommended bullet screens, viewing experience of the user may be affected, according to the bullet screen thinning threshold issued by a server, the recommended bullet screens sent by the user in the time period can be hidden, for example, 90 times occur in one second for a certain recommended bullet screen, and the preset bullet screen thinning threshold is 5, only 5 bullet screens are displayed in the 90 recommended bullet screens, the remaining 85 bullet screens are hidden, through the method, a bullet screen pool can be effectively purified, the quality of the bullet screens on the screen is prevented from being polluted, and the use experience of the user in watching multimedia is improved.
The bullet screen processing method is applied to a server and comprises the steps of receiving playing information of target multimedia sent by a target client; under the condition that the playing information meets a preset recommended bullet screen generating rule, acquiring a recommended bullet screen corresponding to the target multimedia according to the playing information; and sending the recommended bullet screen to the target client. By the bullet screen processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, scenes are distinguished to generate the recommended bullet screen, different recommended bullet screens are generated according to different playing information, the content of the bullet screen is enriched, and the use experience of a user is improved.
And secondly, acquiring the recommended bullet screen in a manual configuration or machine learning mode, so that the recommended bullet screen is related to the scene of the target multimedia, and the recommended bullet screen is more flexible and personalized and closer to the use habit of the user.
Finally, the preset bullet screen thinning threshold value is issued to the target client, so that the bullet screen pool can be effectively purified, the quality of the bullet screen on the screen is prevented from being polluted, and the use experience of watching multimedia by a user is improved.
In the following, with reference to fig. 2, the application of the bullet screen processing method provided in the present application to recommend a bullet screen for a video V is taken as an example to further explain the bullet screen processing method. Fig. 2 shows a processing flow chart of a bullet screen processing method for recommending a bullet screen for a video V according to an embodiment of the present application, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 202: and receiving a playing time point T of the video V, a target client identification P and a user identification U which are sent by the target client.
Step 204: and judging whether the playing time point T is located in a preset target multimedia playing time interval, if so, executing the step 206, and if not, returning to the step 202.
Step 206: and acquiring the playing times of the video V on the target client according to the target client identification P and the user identification U.
Step 208: and judging whether the playing times are smaller than a preset playing time threshold value, if so, executing the step 210, and if not, returning to the step 202.
