Abstract

The plastic dropping type transfer-preventing variable information holographic anti-counterfeiting gasket comprises a plastic dropping layer, a front variable information layer, a holographic film layer, a foaming material layer, a back variable information layer and a PET film layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the front variable information layer is partially covered above the holographic film layer; the front variable information layer and the back variable information layer have a position corresponding relationship and a data information corresponding relationship. The invention combines the plastic dropping process of the bottle cap, realizes the effect of tearing off and damaging the gasket, can prevent transfer, increases the anti-counterfeiting performance of the gasket and has good anti-counterfeiting effect; the preparation method is scientific, reasonable, simple and feasible.

1) coating a molding information layer on the PET film;
2) carrying out holographic information mould pressing and printing by using a mould pressing and gravure printing integrated machine;
3) aluminizing by using a vacuum evaporation aluminizing machine;
4) washing aluminum by using an aluminum washing machine, cleaning the aluminum at the dealuminized part, and fully drying to form a holographic film layer;
5) compounding and curing a foaming material on a mould pressing information surface (aluminum surface) of the PET film to form a foaming material layer, and compounding by using double-component glue;
6) variable information is sprayed and printed on the surface of the PET film to form a front variable information layer, and the variable information and holographic information are accurately registered;
7) spraying and printing the back variable information on the surface of the foaming material to form a back variable information layer, wherein the back variable information corresponds to the variable information on the front variable information layer one by one in the spraying and printing process and is mutually associated;
8) compounding a PET film on the back variable information layer, curing, and compounding by using double-component glue;
9) after the curing is finished, die cutting is carried out to obtain a gasket finished product;
10) and placing the cut gasket finished product into a groove of the bottle cap, and dripping plastic on the upper part of the gasket by using a dripping plastic machine to bond the bottle cap and the gasket together, wherein when the dripping plastic layer is damaged by external force, the front variable information layer is immediately damaged and cannot be transferred for secondary use.
In the step 4), the aluminum washing adopts a water washing process, and the mode is green and environment-friendly. When washing aluminium, spout seal position with gasket periphery and two-dimensional code and wash aluminium, the position that makes things convenient for variable data set position to spout the seal is observed and is adjusted.
The thickness of the PET film is 12-30 μm.
The thickness of the foaming material is 0.5-08 mm.
In the steps 5) and 8), the two-component glue adopts high-temperature boiling-resistant glue YH3160 and YH3160B, and the two-component glue needs to be cured at 40-60 ℃ for 24-48h, so that the structure of the compounded gasket is firmer and cannot be completely layered under the damage of external force. The compounding temperature is 126 ℃ and 135 ℃, the speed is 30-32 m/min, and the pressure is 0.3-0.4 kPa. Under the thermal compounding condition, the compounding of the PET film and the foaming material is not easy to generate the problems of incompact compounding and foaming.
In the step 6) and the step 7), the jet printing is in a non-contact UV ink jet mode. The printing is sprayed at the accurate registration of the spray printing surface, the front variable information layer and the back variable information layer have a corresponding relation, and the spray printing is carried out according to the corresponding relation when the spray printing is carried out, so that the work of carrying out positive and negative data acquisition association again in the later stage is avoided. The front two-dimensional code is sprayed and printed on the surface of the PET, and layering of the front variable information layer can be guaranteed after plastic dripping.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

3. The preparation method provided by the invention is scientific, reasonable, simple and feasible.
4. The invention provides a new production method for producing the intelligent bottle cap, and the production efficiency and the anti-counterfeiting performance of the product are higher.

6) variable information is sprayed and printed on the surface of the PET film to form a front variable information layer 5, and the variable information and holographic information are accurately registered;
7) the variable information of the back side is sprayed and printed on the surface of the foaming material to form a variable information layer 2 of the back side, and the variable information of the back side corresponds to the variable information of the variable information layer 5 of the front side one by one in the spraying and printing process and is mutually associated;
8) compounding a PET film on the back variable information layer 2 and curing;
9) after the curing is finished, die cutting is carried out to obtain a gasket finished product;
10) and placing the cut gasket finished product into a groove of the bottle cap, and dripping plastic on the upper part of the gasket by using a dripping plastic machine to bond the bottle cap and the gasket together.
In the steps 5) and 8), the two-component glue (high-temperature steaming-resistant glue YH3160 and YH3160B) is adopted for compounding, and the two-component glue needs to be cured at 50 ℃ for 48 hours; the compounding temperature was 130 ℃, the speed was 31 m/min, and the pressure was 0.35 kPa.
In step 7), the two-dimensional codes used by the front variable information layer 5 and the back variable information layer 2 are both 9.5 × 9.5mm in size.
The thickness of the PET film is 20 mu m, the thickness of the foaming material is 0.6mm, and the width of the foaming material is 600 mm.
Example 2
