All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present application.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present application and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that embodiments of the present application described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The financial products in the current market are complex in category and huge in quantity, and are not difficult for professional investors to select investment targets, and if each platform online APP establishes own system, the operation is complex and the cost is high.
Similarly, in the fields of games, social contact and the like, products are complicated in types and large in quantity, and for users, especially new users, it is difficult to find products such as game props and social props required by the users when the users start to use the products, and if each game or online APP of the social contact platform establishes own system, the operation is complex and the cost is high.
In order to overcome this problem, according to an aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided an embodiment of a method, which can be applied to fields of finance, games, social interaction, etc., and is exemplified as being applied to the finance field, and a system formed by the method is equivalent to a finance service system. The system analyzes the process of matching customer needs to financial assets by means of artificial intelligence. According to the characteristics of personal investors such as risk preference, financial condition, financial goal and the like, an intelligent algorithm and a portfolio theory model (generally, the portfolio theory proposed by Markov) are applied to provide intelligent investment management service for users, continuously track market dynamics and adjust asset allocation schemes. Compared with the traditional investment consultant service, the core characteristics of the financial service also embody standardization of service flow and discipline of investment decision by means of an objective investment combination model. The main advantages are that: intelligent, passive and low management cost. Similarly, when the method is applied to the fields of games and social contact, the method can recommend proper virtual products for the users according to the current game stage, game scene, social contact scene and the like of the users so as to meet the game or social contact requirements.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the above-described business processing method based on the intelligent financial service system may be applied to a hardware environment as shown in fig. 1. The environment (i.e., the first platform) mainly includes: the product service subsystem is used for receiving the management instruction of the manager on the target platform through the first interface and managing the target product according to the instruction of the management instruction. And the exchange service subsystem (also called as a transaction service subsystem) is provided with a second interface and is used for receiving a exchange request sent by an investor on the target platform through the second interface and exchanging a target product by using the virtual resource according to the indication of the exchange request.
The service subsystem manages the target product according to the instruction of the management instruction, and can be used for carrying out product configuration of financial products, carrying out customer analysis on customers, carrying out recommendation of the financial products and the like. The exchange service subsystem uses virtual resources to exchange target products (or financial products) according to the instruction of exchange requests (or transaction requests), if the first platform receives a first request of a first account through a first interface, the first platform exchanges the first products from a third platform by using a second account corresponding to the first account, the second platform obtains exchange results of the first products returned to the first account by the first platform through the first interface, and further, the transaction of the financial products is completed, and the transaction includes: purchase, add, store, sell, remove, etc.
The method for processing a service according to the embodiment of the present application may be performed by the first platform, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of an alternative method for processing a service according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, where the method may include the following steps:
step S101, a first request of a first account number is received through a first interface of a first platform, the first account number is an account number used in a second platform, the second platform is an exchange platform of products, the first platform is used for providing management functions of the products for the second platform, and the first request is used for requesting to exchange the first products. The first account number can be an account number used by an investor, the second platform can exist in the situations of APP (application) client, HTTP (hyper text transport protocol) webpage client, public numbers of instant messaging applications and the like, and the first platform provides services for the second platform in a service mode.
Step S102, a second account corresponding to the first account is used for exchanging the first product from a third platform, the third platform is used for providing the product for the second platform, and the second account is used in the third platform. For the second platform, the product of the own platform can be sold, and the product of other third platforms (such as agent fund systems) can be sold.
Step S103, responding to the first request, and returning a exchanging result of the first product to the first account through the first interface.
The above-mentioned products may be different according to the application fields, such as financial products (in this case, the exchange platform is equivalent to the sales platform and the exchange system is equivalent to the sales system) such as stocks, funds, bonds, etc. in the financial field, game products such as game characters and game props in the game field, and social products such as social props in the social field; the virtual resources are also different according to the application fields, such as currency in the financial field, gold coins, points and the like in the game field, virtual currency in the social field and the like; tasks are tasks that use virtual resources to trade products, such as purchasing financial products using currency, social items using virtual currency, and the like. For the sake of description unification, the following unification is described by taking application to the financial field as an example, and similar to the application of the solution of the present application in other fields, the description is omitted.
The capability of the first platform to output services (such as through the provided first interface, second interface and the like) to the outside is utilized, and for the second platform, complex logics such as attribute analysis, recommendation, exchange and the like of products do not need to be paid attention to any more, the second platform can be directly realized by calling the first platform, and the second platform can provide corresponding exchange paths for users according to the needs, such as building APP application clients, HTTP webpage clients, public numbers of instant messaging applications and the like.
Through the steps, the second account corresponding to the first account is used for exchanging the first product from the third platform, the exchanging result of the first product is returned to the first account through the first interface, financial services are not provided through telephone, interview forms and the like, the technical problem that the efficiency of providing financial services is low in the related art can be solved, and further the technical effect of improving service efficiency is achieved.
In the financial investment field, in order to obtain a good yield of financial resources, it is necessary to judge the rising and falling of financial products such as stocks so as to buy and sell the financial products according to the judgment. At present, the judgment of the rise and fall of the financial product is mainly that a user judges the rise and fall in the future by means of past financial experience after viewing the information of the financial product.
The financial experience of the user is limited, so that the accuracy of judging the rising and falling of the financial products by the user is low, and the user needs to spend a great deal of time to check one by one due to the large quantity of the financial products and the large information quantity of the financial products. Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below in conjunction with the steps shown in fig. 2.
In the technical solution provided in step S101, a first financial request (i.e., a first request) of a first account is received through a first interface of a first platform.
Optionally, the first platform provides two aspects of capability, one aspect is capability of interfacing with a platform background, and the other aspect is capability of interfacing with an investor at the front end of the platform, and after a user places an order through a official network, an APP and a public number, a financial request is transmitted to the first platform through a client gateway by the first interface.
In the technical solution provided in step S102, the first financial product (i.e., the first product) is purchased from the third platform using the second account corresponding to the first account.
Alternatively, before purchasing the first financial product from the first sales system of the third platform using the second account number used at the first sales system (i.e., the first exchange system), some sales systems that require an account opening may be processed as follows: determining whether account information (which can be uniquely used to identify an investor, such as an identity card number, a cell phone number, etc. of the investor) exists in the first sales system that matches the account information of the first account; under the condition that the account number with the account number information matched with the account number information of the first account number does not exist in the first sales system, applying for a second account number used in the first sales system from a third platform by using the account number information of the first account number; and under the condition that the account number with the account number information matched with the account number information of the first account number exists in the first sales system or the second account number used in the first sales system is applied from the third platform by using the account number information of the first account number, the step of purchasing the first financial product from the first sales system of the third platform by using the second account number used in the first sales system is executed.
Optionally, before purchasing the first financial product from the third platform using the second account corresponding to the first account, the first account may be authenticated as follows: decrypting the data packet carrying the first financial request by using a platform public key of the second platform, wherein the platform public key of the second platform is a key pair matched with a platform private key of the second platform, and one of the platform public key of the second platform and the platform private key of the second platform is used for decrypting information encrypted by the other; under the condition that the data packet carrying the first financial request is successfully decrypted, the first financial request carried in the data packet is obtained; searching an account public key and signature information of the first account according to the first account obtained from the first field of the first financial request; decrypting data of a second field in the first financial request by using an account public key of the first account, and determining signature information corresponding to the decrypted second field by using a signature scheme of the first account, wherein the account public key of the first account is a secret key pair matched with an account private key of the first account, one of the account public key of the first account and the account private key of the first account is used for decrypting information encrypted by the other, and when the signature information determined by using the signature scheme is consistent with the signature information carried in the first field, the step of purchasing the first financial product from a third platform by using the second account corresponding to the first account is executed. The signature scheme may be a signature algorithm, and the corresponding signature information may be obtained after processing a piece of information (such as the second field) by using the signature algorithm.
Optionally, purchasing the first financial product from the third platform using a second account corresponding to the first account includes: under the condition that the third platform is provided with a plurality of sales systems, determining a first sales system to which a first financial product belongs in the third platform, wherein the plurality of sales systems comprise the first sales system, and financial products sold by any two sales systems in the plurality of sales systems are different; and purchasing the first financial product from the first sales system of the third platform using the second account number used at the first sales system.
The intelligent account opening can judge whether the customer opens financial service or not by inquiring a Client table, namely a user information table, wherein basic user information such as user id, name and affiliated platform is attached to the table, the judgment logic of whether the customer opens the account on the platform can be that the account is judged in a transaction account table transactionAccount info (in a fund sales system and a financial sales system, the account is an account which really generates transactions, and both systems need to be maintained) through a system number, a bank code, a bank card number and the affiliated platform, if no, the account is opened, the Client table is inserted, the Client InlnnerSysInfo table, namely the internal information table of the customer is mainly the user information of different systems stored in different platforms, and the relation between the account and the intelligent account is n 1 and n is the number of the system.
For example: the bank needs to be in butt joint with the fund product and the financial product of the bank in the service platform, and the fund sales system S1 and the financial sales system S2 are arranged in the internal system, so that two pieces of internal system user data IU1 of the user U1 are respectively stored and managed to correspond to the S1, and the IU2 corresponds to the S2. Querying an internal system table $InnerSysInfo, i.e. internal system information, and storing basic information of internal different systems of different platforms, for example: the above S1 and S2 system vendor codes, whether default account opening is required, whether the primary customer risk level is required, and the like, and if the separator criterion is that secondary account opening of the internal system is required, the second account opening of the different internal systems is required, which means that different transaction accounts between different internal systems are required. For example: the above systems S1 and S2 need to perform operations of respectively interfacing S1 and S2 to open a transaction account, where the transaction account T1 after successful opening corresponds to S1 and T2 corresponds to S2, and if a certain combination in the transaction process includes S1 sales system products F1 and S2 sales system products F2, then the transaction account T1 needs to purchase products F1, and the transaction account T2 needs to purchase products F2; direct record to customer internal information to clientlnnersyinfo table if no separate account is needed.
In the technical solution provided in step S103, the purchase result (i.e., the exchange result) of the first financial product is returned to the first account through the first interface.
Optionally, after the first financial product is purchased from the third platform by using the second account corresponding to the first account, the financial information (i.e. product information) of the first financial product is associated with the first account and the second account and then stored in the first data table, where the first data table is a data table for storing the financial information of the financial product purchased from the first sales system in the third platform.
Optionally, after purchasing the first financial product from the third platform using the second account corresponding to the first account, receiving a second financial request of the first account through the first interface of the first platform, where the second financial request is used to instruct to purchase the second financial product from the second sales system of the third platform, and the plurality of sales systems of the third platform include the second sales system; purchasing a second financial product from a second sales system by using a third account corresponding to the first account, wherein the third account is an account used by the second sales system of a third platform; and associating the financial information of the second financial product with the first account and the third account and then storing the information in a second data table, wherein the second data table is a data table for storing the financial information of the financial product purchased from the second sales system in the third platform.
As an alternative embodiment, the process of opening an account by intelligent investment (abbreviated as intelligent investment) should be that when a user enters the system and brings the current user (including global client identification id) through a single point, the judgment logic of whether the user passes the platform can be judged by the global client id. If not, intelligent account opening is carried out, a client table is inserted, then internal system circulation is carried out, whether an independent client and an internal system account interface of an internal system information query access platform which reads the necessary account opening are judged, and the following flow is carried out. The following further details the technical solution of the present application in connection with the steps shown in fig. 3:
in step S201, after the start of the intelligent account opening, the intelligent account opening is performed for the user in the system (the account opening process is not perceived by the user), and the global user identification of the system, that is, the information uniquely used for identifying an investor, such as the user identification number, the mobile phone number, etc., can be obtained, because the identification needs to be used during registration, according to the account that is registered once, the identification can be obtained by the first account number of the person.
The internal system table InnerSysInfo can be queried, and if the separator ESubClientIdFlag=1, the secondary account opening of the internal system is required; direct record to customer internal information to clientlnnersyinfo table if no separate account is needed.
Step S202, obtaining the internal system information of the account to be opened, and for different systems, setting whether the account to be opened is required or not by configuring the account opening identifier, if the account opening identifier is 1, the account opening is required, and if the account opening identifier is other values, the account opening is not required.
The cyclical opening of an account may be attempted by:
step S203, determine whether the client number is independent (independent mode for short), if yes, execute step S204, otherwise execute step S209.
Independent customer number mode: the maintenance in the internal system information table is used for distinguishing whether the client numbers in the middle of the systems of different internal systems S1, S2, S3 and the like are independent or not. If it is: the S1, S2 and S3 systems will have different internal system client information US1, US2 and US3, respectively, for the same client; if no: the system S1, S2 and S3 has a global client information U1.
Opening an internal system account: in the above example, the independent internal system clients US1, US2 and US3 are opened by S1, S2 and S3, which may be called secondary account opening.
Step S204, inquiring the internal system account number through the global client identification.
Step S205, judging whether the internal system account exists, if yes, executing step S209, otherwise, executing step S206.
Step S206, judging whether a face tag is needed, if yes, executing step S207, otherwise, executing step S208.
Face label: a certain product sales system needs a customer to go to a counter to conduct face sign evaluation risk level, if the customer U1 does not conduct face sign flow, the intelligent throwing system can not automatically open accounts for the system, and if forced open accounts are not in compliance, the open accounts can not be successfully opened.
Step S207, judging whether the label is already faced, if yes, executing step S208, otherwise executing step S209.
Step S208, opening an internal system account.
In step S209, the internal account information of the client system is recorded.
