Further, referring to fig. 6, according to the third embodiment, the step S60 further includes:
step S64, generating a questionnaire according to the training result, and sending the questionnaire to a client corresponding to the user information;
step S65, obtaining feedback content corresponding to the questionnaire;
and step S66, adjusting the training content corresponding to the user information according to the feedback content.
In an embodiment of the present application, the function of the enterprise training system includes generating a questionnaire based on the training results. Specifically, after the user completes the online evaluation, a training result corresponding to the online evaluation is obtained, when the training result is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value, a questionnaire is automatically generated, and the questionnaire is directly issued to the client of the user.

displaying training content according to the user information, wherein the training content comprises courses and/or articles;
receiving the selection operation of the user corresponding to the currently logged-in client on the training content;
determining target training content according to the selection operation, and providing online training of the target training content;
acquiring a training result corresponding to the target training content;
and adjusting training content corresponding to the user information according to the training result.
2. The training control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of presenting training contents based on the user information includes:
determining a skill level of the user according to the user information;
matching corresponding courses to be trained and articles to be learned according to the skill level;
and determining training content according to the to-be-trained course and the to-be-learned article, and displaying the training content.
3. The training control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of presenting training contents based on the user information further comprises:
screening out corresponding training contents from the enterprise training system according to the user information;
and displaying the training content.
4. The training control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the training result corresponding to the target training content includes:
acquiring the learning progress of the user;
performing online evaluation according to the target training content and the learning progress;
obtaining an evaluation result corresponding to the online evaluation;
and determining a training result according to the evaluation result.
5. The training control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of adjusting the training content corresponding to the user information according to the training result includes:
when the training result is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value, adjusting the skill level of the user;
matching target training content according to the adjusted skill level;
and associating the user information with the target training content.
6. The training control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of adjusting the training content corresponding to the user information according to the training result further comprises:
generating a questionnaire according to the training result, and sending the questionnaire to a client corresponding to the user information;
obtaining feedback content corresponding to the questionnaire;
and adjusting the user information training content according to the feedback content.
7. The training control method according to any one of claims 6, wherein the step of adjusting the user information training content according to the feedback content includes:
obtaining the interval of each evaluation index in the feedback content;
and adjusting the training content corresponding to the user information according to the difference of each evaluation index.
8. The training control method as set forth in claim 1, wherein the training control method further includes the steps of:
acquiring corresponding reservation information when a user triggers reservation content;
acquiring the course information to be reserved according to the reservation information, wherein the course information to be reserved comprises training starting time, training ending time and training content;
and outputting training reminding information according to the to-be-reserved course information.
9. A training control apparatus, characterized by comprising: a memory, a processor, and a training control program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the training control program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having a training control program stored thereon, the training control program when executed by a processor implementing the steps of the training control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
