Claims (1)

1. The detection device for waterproof detection of the waterproof breathable film is characterized by comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein side posts (2) and an operation display screen (3) are respectively arranged at two ends of the top surface of the bottom plate (1), a main box (5) and a heating box (6) are respectively arranged at two sides of the top surface of the bottom plate (1), a lower clamping block (7) is arranged at the center of the top surface of the bottom plate (1), a needle bobbin (9) is arranged right above the lower clamping block (7), an upper clamping block (10) is arranged at the outer side of the surface of the needle bobbin (9) close to the lower end, and a motor (8) is arranged at the top surface of each side post (2);
a screw rod (11) is arranged at the bottom end of the motor (8), a ball bearing (12) is arranged on the surface of the screw rod (11), a supporting plate (13) is arranged on one side of the surface of the ball bearing (12), a detection groove (14) and an observation groove (15) are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the inner part of the upper clamping block (10), a film material (16) is arranged on the bottom surface of the detection groove (14), a plurality of water pumping holes (20) and drying holes (21) are respectively arranged on the two sides of the side edge of the detection groove (14), a camera (19) is arranged on one end of the side edge of the observation groove (15), a through groove (17) is arranged on the center of the inner part of the upper clamping block (10), and an edge clamping ring (18) is arranged on the bottom surface of the upper clamping block (10);
a water tank (22) is arranged in the main tank (5) close to the center, a water suction pump (23) is arranged on one side of the top surface of the water tank (22), water pipes I (24) are arranged at two ends of the water suction pump (23), a fan (25) and a heating element (26) are respectively arranged in the heating tank (6) close to two sides, and an air guide pipe (27) is arranged outside the heating tank (6) close to one end;
a water suction pump (28) is arranged on the top surface of the main box (5), two ends of the water suction pump (28) are respectively provided with a water pipe II (29), the top surface and the bottom end of the syringe pipe (9) are respectively provided with a piston handle (31) and a piston head (32), the bottom surface of the piston handle (31) is provided with a piston rod (33), and the bottom surface of the piston rod (33) is connected with a sealing piston (4);
the outer ends of the two water pipes II (29) are respectively connected with the inside of the water tank (22) and the outer side of the needle cylinder pipe (9) close to the upper end in a penetrating manner, and an electromagnetic valve (30) and a protective pipe are arranged at the joint of the water pipes II (29) and the needle cylinder pipe (9) close to the inside and the outside;
one end of the screw rod (11) is provided with a rotating thread, the rotating thread is matched with the ball bearing (12), one end of the support plate (13) is fixedly connected with the surface of one side of the ball bearing (12), and the other end of the support plate (13) penetrates through the side wall of one side of the side column (2) and is fixedly connected with one side of the upper clamping block (10);

the using method of the detection device specifically comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the film material (16) is placed on the bottom surface of a detection groove (14), a screw rod (11) is driven to rotate through the rotation of a motor (8), the screw rod (11) rotates, a rotating thread is arranged on the surface of the screw rod (11) to drive a ball bearing (12) to move, a support plate (13) is driven to move through the movement of the ball bearing (12), one end of the support plate (13) is fixedly connected with one side of the surface of an upper clamping block (10), the upper clamping block (10) is movably connected with a syringe tube (9) and further drives the upper clamping block (10) to move, the clamping ring (18) enters the detection groove (14) through the movement of the upper clamping block (10), the horizontal cross section of the clamping ring (18) is arranged in a circular hole shape, the horizontal cross section of the detection groove (14) and the horizontal cross section of the observation groove (15) are both arranged in a circular shape, the thickness of the horizontal cross section of the clamping ring (18) is equal to the difference between the horizontal cross section of the detection groove (14) and the horizontal cross section of the observation groove (15), and the bottom surface of the detection ring (18) is matched with the side edge of the detection groove (16);

step three: the bottom surface of the membrane material (16) is observed through a camera (19) inside an observation groove (15) in the detection process, the bottom surface of the membrane material is further displayed on an operation display screen (3), a water suction pump (23) is started when the moisture inside a detection groove (14) is completely about to overflow, the outer ends of water pipes (24) at the two ends of the water suction pump (23) are respectively in through connection with the inside of a water tank (22) and a plurality of water suction holes (20), then, redundant water sources are returned to the inside of the water tank (22), after the detection is finished, the water suction pump (23) continuously works until the moisture inside the detection groove (14) cannot be pumped away, the water suction pump (23) is stopped, a heating element (26) and a fan (25) are restarted, the two ends of an air guide pipe (27) are respectively in through connection with a drying hole (21) and a heating box (6), hot air enters the detection groove (14), then, the heating element (26) and the fan (25) are stopped, finally, a clamping block (10) is electrically mounted through a motor (8), and the membrane material (16) is reset is taken out.
