In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a detachable sampling device for agricultural product detection, which is used to solve all or one of the problems of the background art.
Based on the above purpose, the invention provides a detachable sampling device for detecting agricultural products, which comprises a sampling platform, wherein a box body is detachably arranged on the sampling platform, a feed hopper is arranged at the upper end of the box body, a communicating cavity is formed in the box body, the communicating cavity is communicated with a guide pipe, a sampling material receiving box detachably connected with the sampling platform is arranged on one side of the box body, the lower end of the guide pipe is positioned on the sampling material receiving box, the upper end of the communicating cavity is communicated with the feed hopper through a round platform cavity, a protective shell is arranged in the communicating cavity, a first motor is arranged in the protective shell, the output end of the first motor is connected with a first rotating shaft, one side of the first rotating shaft is provided with a first rotating shaft in transmission connection with the first rotating shaft, the axis of the first rotating shaft is coincided with the central line of the round platform cavity, and a first rotating circular plate is coaxially connected with the upper end of the first rotating shaft, the eccentric position of the upper end face of the first rotating circular plate is provided with a first eccentric shaft, the first eccentric shaft is connected with a vibration extrusion table, the vibration extrusion table is located on the inner side of the circular truncated cone cavity, the lower end of the first rotating circular plate is connected with the protective shell through a bearing, an annular first sliding groove is formed in the side wall of the first rotating circular plate, a first screen is arranged on the outer side of the first rotating circular plate, the first screen is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the communicating cavity, and the first screen is in sliding connection with the first sliding groove through a first sliding block.
Optionally, a first extending groove is formed in the inner side wall of the circular truncated cone cavity, an extending part is arranged in the first extending groove and connected with an extending rod, a groove is formed in the side wall of the extending rod, a crushing knife is hinged in the groove, the middle of the lower end of the crushing knife is connected with the bottom of the groove through a first elastic spring, and a baffle is arranged above the crushing knife.

In order to facilitate the replacement of sampling material receiving box 15, when needs are sampled a plurality of agricultural products, can replace sampling material receiving box 15 with reserve sampling cup, intercommunication cavity below is provided with and holds the chamber, it is provided with the third and opens the door to hold the chamber front side, it can hold a plurality of reserve sampling cups to hold the intracavity, the intercommunication cavity with be provided with the slope baffle between the intercommunication cavity, slope baffle lower extreme is provided with the vibrator, slope baffle right side sets up pipe 21.
