The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, as shown in fig. 1-4, the apparatus includes a base 2, a frame 3 and an oil tank 1 disposed on the base 2, wherein the oil tank 1 is a double-layer structure, an inner layer of the oil tank 1 is a dry oil tank 21 filled with dry oil, and an interlayer space between the dry oil tank 21 and the oil tank 1 is filled with common liquid oil, such that the bottom and the periphery of the dry oil tank 21 are wrapped by the common liquid oil, the present invention uses the heated common liquid oil to melt the dry oil in the dry oil tank 21, indirectly heats the dry oil, such that the dry oil is not carbonized, in order to accelerate the liquefaction of the dry oil, a spiral circulation heat pipeline 20 is disposed in the dry oil tank 21, a stirring mechanism 4 is disposed on the top of the oil tank 1, the heated common liquid oil flows in the circulation heat pipeline 20 to accelerate the liquefaction of the dry oil, the stirring mechanism 4 penetrates through the oil tank 1 and directly extends into the dry oil tank 21, and the stirring mechanism 4 is driven by a speed reducing motor and is used for stirring dry oil so that the dry oil flows and is liquefied at an accelerated speed.

In order to solve the problem, a plurality of oil supply pumps 9 are arranged on the outer side of the oil tank 1, the oil supply pumps 9 are mounted on a support 19 on the outer side of the oil tank 1, the oil supply pumps 9 are connected with a heat insulation pipeline 16, a single-cylinder filter 17 and a double-cylinder filter 10 are mounted on the heat insulation pipeline 16, the single-cylinder filter 17 plays a role in coarse filtering of oil, the double-cylinder filter 10 plays a role in fine filtering of oil, and the purity and the absence of impurities of the oil are guaranteed; the dry oil in the dry oil tank 21 is pumped out by the oil supply pump 9 and then is subjected to double filtration by the single-tube filter 17 and the double-tube filter 10, so that the liquid dry oil circulates in the dry oil tank 21 through the heat preservation pipeline, the melting of the dry oil in the dry oil tank 21 is accelerated, and the dry oil is not solidified in the heat preservation pipeline 16.
The top of the oil tank 1 is also provided with an oil filling filter valve 6, a liquid level sensor 7 and at least one exhaust valve 5, the oil filling filter valve 6 and the liquid level sensor 7 are communicated with a dry oil tank 21 in the oil tank 1, the exhaust valve 5 is communicated with the oil tank 1, dry oil is added into the dry oil tank 21 through the oil filling filter valve 6, the liquid level sensor 7 can detect the liquid level state of the dry oil in the dry oil tank 21, the pressure in the oil tank 1 can be increased in the heating process of the common liquid oil by the heater 13, and the exhaust valve 5 plays a role in exhausting and reducing pressure.
The dry oil in the dry oil tank 21 is melted and discharged through a pipeline, a plurality of oil outlet valves 14 are arranged on the base 2, each oil outlet valve 14 is communicated with the dry oil tank 21 through a pipeline, a pneumatic actuator 15 is arranged on a connecting pipeline of the oil outlet valve 14 and the dry oil tank 21, the pneumatic actuator 15 is also arranged on the upper portion of the oil outlet valve 14, two ends of a heat preservation pipeline 16 are respectively connected with the dry oil tank 21 and the oil outlet valve 14, the heat preservation pipeline 16 is also provided with the plurality of pneumatic actuators 15, the pneumatic actuator 15 is an actuating device for driving the opening and closing or adjusting of the valve through air pressure, the opening of the oil outlet valve 14 is controlled, the pneumatic actuator 15 on the heat preservation pipeline 16 controls the closing of the pipeline, and the dry oil can be discharged through the oil outlet valve 14.
