Abstract
The invention relates to a pipe joint structure, in particular to a joint sealing structure and a sealing method of a concrete pipeline, which are used for solving the defects of poor pressure bearing capacity of the concrete pipeline and easy leakage of liquid in the pipeline in the prior art. The interface sealing structure of the concrete pipeline comprises a bearing pipe, an insertion pipe and a rubber sealing ring, wherein the insertion pipe is coaxially butted with the bearing pipe, the rubber sealing ring is arranged at the port of the insertion pipe, the rubber sealing ring is positioned in the bearing pipe, and at least four circular preformed holes distributed along the circumference are formed in the pipe wall of the bearing pipe close to the port; a plug matched with the circular preformed hole is arranged in the circular preformed hole; the outer wall of the insertion pipe is provided with an annular groove corresponding to the circular preformed hole on the pipe wall of the bearing pipe; and the annular groove is filled with filler. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a method for sealing the interface of the concrete pipeline.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a pipe joint structure type, in particular to a joint sealing structure and a sealing method of a concrete pipeline.
Background
In urban modern construction, along with the improvement of environmental awareness, the sealing requirements of urban pipe network construction on concrete pipeline interfaces are higher and higher, and particularly, the liquid pipelines need to bear pressure and prevent leakage.
The traditional concrete pipeline interface is usually butted by adopting a socket joint method, when the concrete pipeline interface is laid, a rubber sealing ring with a proper size needs to be selected to be sleeved in a socket groove, cement mortar is poured after the socket and a bell mouth are completely butted to meet the sealing requirement, however, the cement mortar at the interface can not be completely filled and is uniformly distributed, and under the factors of foundation change, hydraulic pressure in a pipe and the like, the pipeline interface is extremely easy to be disjointed, so that liquid in the pipe is leaked, and the environment is polluted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of poor pressure bearing capacity of a concrete pipeline, easy disconnection of a pipeline interface, liquid leakage in the pipeline and environmental pollution in the prior art, and provides an interface sealing structure and a sealing method of the concrete pipeline.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention improves the socket structure of the original concrete pipeline interface, at least four circular preformed holes distributed along the circumference are arranged on the pipe wall of the bearing pipe, the air is exhausted through the uppermost circular preformed hole, and the filler is poured by utilizing the other circular preformed hole of the upper half part, thereby reducing the generation of bubbles when the filler is poured, ensuring that the filler is distributed more uniformly and compactly, and the detachable plug not only ensures that the air exhaust and the filler pouring are more convenient, but also prevents the uncured filler from overflowing.
(2) According to the invention, the annular groove is formed in the outer wall of the insertion pipe, so that the insertion pipe and the bearing pipe are combined more tightly, the bearing capacity and the sealing performance of the concrete pipeline are enhanced, and the use durability of the concrete pipeline is improved.

The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and exemplary embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides an interface sealing structure of a concrete pipeline, which comprises a bearing pipe 1, an insertion pipe 2 coaxially butted with the bearing pipe 1, and a rubber sealing ring 3 arranged at a port of the insertion pipe 2, wherein the rubber sealing ring 3 is positioned in the bearing pipe 1, and four circular preformed holes 11 distributed along the circumference are arranged on the pipe wall of the bearing pipe 1 close to the port; a plug 12 matched with the circular preformed hole 11 is arranged in the circular preformed hole; the outer wall of the insertion pipe 2 is provided with an annular groove 21 corresponding to the circular preformed hole 11 on the pipe wall of the bearing pipe 1; the annular groove 21 is filled with a filler.
The first structure of the plug 12 is shown in fig. 3, a tubular embedded part 121 is arranged in the circular preformed hole 11, and the tubular embedded part 121 is in threaded connection with the plug 12
The second structure of the plug 12 is shown in fig. 4, and includes a tube 122 and a top cap 123, the tube is fixedly connected to the top cap, and the tube 122 is provided with an external thread connected to the circular preformed hole 11 through a thread.
When a pipeline is laid, after the circular preformed hole 11 is ensured to correspond to the central axis of the annular groove 21, filling a gap (gap A in figure 1) formed between the near opening of the bearing pipe 1 and the insertion pipe 2 with mortar, so that the annular groove 21 forms a relatively closed space, detaching two plugs 12 positioned at the upper half part, and one of the two plugs is positioned at the uppermost part; utilize the circular preformed hole 11 exhaust of the top to reduce the production of bubble when grouting, fill the filler in to annular groove 21 through another circular preformed hole 11 of the aforesaid, guarantee the homogeneity and the compactness of filling the filler, until filling and 11 drill way parallel and level of a circular preformed hole of the top, stop filling, plug up two circular preformed holes 11 drill ways of pulling down end cap 12, prevent that uncured filler from overflowing.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a concrete pipeline interface sealing method, which adopts the concrete pipeline interface sealing structure and comprises the following steps:
step (1): bonding the rubber sealing ring 3 at the port of the insertion tube 2;
step (2): inserting the cannula 2 into the port of the socket 1 while making the circular preformed holes 11 distributed along the circumference correspond to the annular groove 21;
and (3): filling a gap (A) formed between the port of the socket 1 and the insertion pipe 2 by using mortar;
and (4): disassembling the two plugs 12 positioned in the upper half, one of them being positioned uppermost; and exhausting air by utilizing the uppermost circular preformed hole 11, filling the filler into the annular groove 21 through the other circular preformed hole 11 until the filler is flush with the orifice of the uppermost circular preformed hole 11, stopping filling, and blocking the orifices of the two circular preformed holes 11 with the plugs 12 detached.

and (4): disassembling the two plugs (12) positioned in the upper half part, wherein one plug is positioned at the uppermost part; and exhausting air by utilizing the uppermost circular preformed hole (11), filling the filler into the annular groove (21) through the other circular preformed hole (11) until the filler is flush with the orifice of the uppermost circular preformed hole (11), stopping filling, and blocking the orifices of the two circular preformed holes (11) with the plugs (12) detached.
