Aiming at the defects of the technology, the waterproof connecting structure of the assembly type building and the installation method are provided, and the position of the water and electricity pipeline can be freely adjusted according to the design requirement.

A method for installing a waterproof connecting structure using a fabricated building, comprising the steps of:
a, arranging mounting holes of a fixing plate on the outer side of a foundation wall in advance according to the regulations of a protective wallboard, and then arranging threaded sleeves in the mounting holes;
b, aligning, communicating and utilizing a first counter bore on the fixing plate and the threaded sleeve, fixing the fixing plate on the outer side of the foundation wall by using a first socket head cap screw, and enabling a groove opening on the fixing plate to face towards the outer side;
c, embedding the prefabricated waterproof connecting piece into the groove, enabling the drainage groove to face outwards, aligning and communicating the threaded holes I and the counter bores II on the two sides of the waterproof connecting piece, penetrating the threaded holes I and the counter bores II by using the hexagon socket head cap screws II, and then screwing and fixing the threaded holes I and the counter bores II;
d, mounting a protective wallboard on the fixed plate from bottom to top, firstly buckling the buckling grooves at two ends of the protective wallboard at the lowest row on the fixed plates at two ends respectively, confirming that the countersunk hole III is communicated with the threaded hole II after aligning with the upper end surface, penetrating the hexagon socket head cap screw III for fixing, and placing a waterproof sealing rubber plug in the countersunk hole III;

and g, repeating the installation of the protective wall board until the whole basic wall body is covered.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the waterproof connecting structure, the fixing plate is connected with the wall body by using the hexagon socket head cap screws, the waterproof connecting piece is embedded in the fixing plate, the protective wallboard is arranged on the waterproof connecting piece, the drainage groove is formed between the protective wallboard and the waterproof connecting piece, water flowing into the joint of the protective wallboard is collected into the drainage groove and is discharged from the drainage port at the lower end through the drainage elbow, the waterproof connecting structure is simple and stable to install, the risk of aging and failure of the rubber sealing strip is avoided, and the waterproof effect is good.
2. According to the invention, the counter sink and the threaded hole which are spliced by the protective wallboard and the waterproof connecting piece are obliquely and downwards arranged, so that external water is further prevented from entering from the inner hexagon screw, the waterproof effect is good, and the practicability of the waterproof connecting structure is improved.
3. The waterproof connecting structure is fixed on a wall body through the bolts, and the threaded sleeves are embedded in the holes drilled in the traditional building outer wall, so that the waterproof connecting structure can be installed on the traditional building outer wall, the practicability of the waterproof connecting structure is improved, and the application range of the waterproof connecting structure is expanded.

as shown in figures 1 and 2, the waterproof connecting structure of the fabricated building comprises a plurality of fixing plates 2 which are arranged on the outer side of a foundation wall 1 at intervals, the fixing plates 2 are of channel steel structures, waterproof connecting pieces 3 are embedded in the fixing plates 2, the fixing plates 2 and the waterproof connecting pieces 3 are fixed through inner hexagon screws two 6 arranged on the side faces, protective wallboards 4 are connected between two adjacent fixing plates 2 through the waterproof connecting pieces 3, the fixing plates 2 and the outer side of the foundation wall 1 are fixed through inner hexagon screws one 5, the waterproof connecting pieces 3 and the protective wallboards 4 are fixedly connected through inner hexagon screws three 7 arranged in an inclined mode, one ends of two protective wallboards 4 are spliced and fixed on one waterproof connecting piece 3, a joint seam is aligned with the waterproof connecting piece 3 in the middle, water outlets 404 are arranged on the two sides of the protective wallboards 4 respectively, the water outlets 404 are combined into a whole after the two protective wallboards 4 are spliced, and the waterproof connecting pieces 3 are aligned in the middle, the upper and lower protective wall plates 4 are buckled with each other, and the outer sides of the protective wall plates 4 are spliced into a whole.

As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, a method for installing a waterproof connecting structure of a prefabricated building includes the steps of:
a, arranging a mounting hole of a fixing plate 2 on the outer side of a foundation wall body 1 in advance according to the specification of a protective wallboard 4, and then arranging a threaded sleeve 101 in the mounting hole;
b, aligning, communicating and utilizing a first counter bore 201 on the fixing plate 2 and the threaded sleeve 101, fixing the fixing plate 2 on the outer side of the foundation wall 1 by using a first socket head cap screw 5, and enabling an opening of a groove 203 on the fixing plate 2 to face to the outer side;
c, embedding the prefabricated waterproof connecting piece 3 into the groove 203, enabling the drainage groove 304 to face outwards, aligning and communicating the threaded hole I301 and the countersunk hole II 202 on two sides of the waterproof connecting piece 3, penetrating through the threaded hole I and the countersunk hole II by using a hexagon socket head cap screw II 6, and then screwing and fixing;
d, mounting the protective wall boards 4 on the fixing plates 2 from bottom to top, firstly buckling grooves 405 at two ends of the protective wall board 4 at the lowest row are buckled on the fixing plates 2 at two ends respectively, after aligning with the upper end face, confirming that a third counter bore 401 is communicated with a second threaded hole 302, penetrating a third socket head cap screw 7 for fixing, and placing a waterproof sealing rubber plug in the third counter bore 401;
