In order to solve the problem that two washing chambers of a washing device in the prior art are easy to generate series flow and influence each other during drainage, the invention provides a drainage assembly of the washing device for preventing series flow and the washing device. The washing device comprises a drainage assembly of the washing device for preventing series flow.
In the present embodiment, the washing device is any one of a washing machine and a washing and drying machine. Further, the washing device may be any one of a drum washing machine and a drum washing and drying machine. Of course, the washing device can also be other similar products for washing the objects to be cleaned. Such as a dishwasher.
As shown in fig. 1, the washing apparatus includes an outer tub washing compartment 10 and a door washing compartment 20. The drainage assembly of the washing device for preventing series flow comprises an outer cylinder drainage pipeline 30, a door body washing mechanism drainage pipeline 40 and a one-way flow structure 50. The tub drain line 30 communicates with the tub washing compartment 10. One end of the door washing mechanism drain pipeline 40 is communicated with the door washing cavity 20, and the other end of the door washing mechanism drain pipeline 40 is connected to the outer cylinder drain pipeline 30. The one-way flow structure 50 is provided on the door washing mechanism drain line 40 such that water in the door washing mechanism drain line 40 can flow only in a direction from the door washing chamber 20 to the tub drain line 30.
The washing device comprises an outer barrel washing cavity 10 and a door body washing cavity 20, a drainage component of the washing device for preventing series flow comprises an outer barrel drainage pipeline 30, a door body washing mechanism drainage pipeline 40 and a one-way flow structure 50, the outer barrel drainage pipeline 30 is communicated with the outer barrel washing cavity 10, one end of the door body washing mechanism drainage pipeline 40 is communicated with the door body washing cavity 20, the other end of the door body washing mechanism drainage pipeline 40 is connected to the outer barrel drainage pipeline 30, the one-way flow structure 50 is arranged on the door body washing mechanism drainage pipeline 40, so that water in the door body washing mechanism drainage pipeline 40 can only flow along the direction from the door body washing cavity 20 to the outer barrel drainage pipeline 30, the water in the outer barrel washing cavity 10 can not enter the door body washing cavity 20 through the door body washing mechanism drainage pipeline 40 in series flow, and influence on drainage and internal cleaning of the door body washing cavity 20 is avoided, and when the liquid level of the outer barrel washing cavity 10 is lower than the liquid level of the door body washing cavity 20, the water in the door body washing cavity 20 can be discharged through the door body washing mechanism drainage pipeline 40 and the outer barrel drainage pipeline 30, the normal drainage of the outer barrel washing cavity 10 cannot be influenced, and therefore the two washing cavities of the washing device are not influenced when the water is drained.
As shown in fig. 1, the drain assembly of the washing apparatus for preventing series flow further includes a drain driving member 60. The drain driving member 60 is provided on the outer cylinder drain line 30.
Specifically, the connection between the door washing mechanism drain line 40 and the outer tub drain line 30 is located upstream of the drain driver 60. Thus, the water in the outer tub washing chamber 10 and the door washing chamber 20 can be drained by using one drainage driving member 60, so that the pipeline of the drainage assembly is simple, and the cost is saved.
In the present embodiment, the drain driving member 60 is a drain pump.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the unidirectional flow structure 50 includes a housing 51 and a first block piece 52. The housing 51 has a first opening 511 at the top of the housing 51 and a second opening 512 at the bottom of the housing 51, respectively. The housing 51 has a hollow cavity communicating with the door washing mechanism drain line 40 through the first opening 511 and the second opening 512. The first blocking piece 52 is accommodated in the hollow cavity, and when the liquid level in the hollow cavity rises to a target blocking liquid level, the first blocking piece 52 blocks the first opening 511 under the action of buoyancy, so as to prevent water in the outer cylinder drainage pipeline 30 from flowing back to enter the door body washing cavity 20.
In the present embodiment, the volume of the tub washing compartment 10 is greater than the volume of the door washing compartment 20. And the maximum liquid level height of the outer barrel washing cavity 10 is greater than the maximum liquid level height of the door body washing cavity 20. Therefore, during a normal washing process, the volume and the level height of water in the tub washing compartment 10 are both greater than those of the door washing compartment 20. After the water is injected into the outer tub washing chamber 10, part of the water in the outer tub drain line 30 enters the door washing mechanism drain line 40. When water enters the unidirectional flow structure 50 through the second opening 512, the liquid level in the hollow cavity of the unidirectional flow structure 50 rises, and when the liquid level in the hollow cavity rises to the target plugging liquid level, the first plugging piece 52 plugs the first opening 511 under the action of buoyancy, so that the water in the outer cylinder drainage pipeline 30 is prevented from flowing back to the door body washing cavity 20, and further the influence of the outer cylinder washing cavity 10 on the drainage and the internal cleaning of the door body washing cavity 20 is prevented. Then, water is injected into the door washing chamber 20, and the water in the door washing chamber 20 reaches the unidirectional flow structure 50 through the door washing mechanism drain line 40. Since the buoyancy of the first blocking piece 52 is greater than the pressure of the water in the door washing mechanism drain line 40, the first blocking piece 52 will continue to block the first opening 511, so as to separate the water in the outer tub drain line 30 from the water in the door washing mechanism drain line 40, and prevent the door washing chamber 20 from being polluted.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the first blocking member 52 includes a first hollow ball 521 and a second hollow ball 522 connected to the first hollow ball 521. The buoyancy of the first hollow ball 521 is greater than that of the second hollow ball 522, so that when the liquid level in the hollow cavity drops, the second hollow ball 522 contacts the second opening 512 in preference to the first hollow ball 521, and an overflow gap is formed between the first hollow ball 521 and the second opening 512. When the liquid level in the middle cavity rises to the target plugging liquid level, the first hollow ball 521 plugs the first opening 511.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the second hollow ball 522 is smaller than that of the first hollow ball 521. And the diameter of the first hollow ball 521 is larger than the caliber of the first opening 511. Through the arrangement, the buoyancy of the first hollow ball 521 can be ensured to be larger than that of the second hollow ball 522, so that when the liquid level in the hollow cavity rises to a target plugging liquid level, the first hollow ball 521 is close to the first opening 511 relative to the second hollow ball 522, and the first opening 511 is plugged by the first hollow ball 521. In addition, when the liquid level in the middle cavity drops, the second hollow ball 522 contacts the second opening 512 in preference to the first hollow ball 521, so that an overflowing gap is formed between the first hollow ball 521 and the second opening 512, and it is ensured that water in the door body washing cavity 20 can smoothly pass through the one-way flow structure 50.
In this embodiment, the number of the second hollow balls 522 is multiple, and the second hollow balls 522 are arranged at one side of the first hollow ball 521 at intervals. Specifically, the plurality of second hollow balls 522 may enclose a polygon or a circle. When the plurality of second hollow spheres 522 contact the inner wall of the shell 51 near the second opening 512, a large overflowing gap is formed between the first hollow sphere 521 and the second opening 512, so that the water in the door washing chamber 20 can smoothly pass through the one-way flow structure 50. Of course, the second hollow balls 522 may be arranged in other forms, and may be selected according to actual requirements.
Specifically, when the water discharge is performed, the water discharge driving member 60 is turned on, and the water in the tub washing chamber 10 is discharged first. When the liquid level in the outer barrel washing cavity 10 is lower than the liquid level in the door body washing cavity 20, the liquid level in the hollow cavity also begins to fall, the first hollow ball 521 removes the blockage of the first opening 511, and the water in the door body washing cavity 20 is discharged outwards together with the water in the outer barrel washing cavity 10 through the door body washing mechanism drain pipeline 40 and the outer barrel drain pipeline 30.
As shown in fig. 1, the drain assembly of the washing apparatus for preventing series flow further includes a connection valve 70. The connection valve 70 is provided at an inlet of the door washing mechanism drain line 40, and the connection valve 70 has a closed state and an open state, and the connection valve 70 is in the open state when the door washing chamber 20 drains water.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the connection valve 70 includes a valve body 71, an elastic member 72, and a second blocking member 73. The valve body 71 has a valve body water inlet and a valve body water outlet. The elastic member 72 is disposed inside the valve body 71. The second blocking piece 73 is arranged in the valve body 71, the elastic piece 72 abuts between the second blocking piece 73 and the inner wall of the valve body 71, and the elastic piece 72 provides the second blocking piece 73 with resetting force for blocking the water inlet of the valve body.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the connector valve 70 further includes a linkage 74. At least one part of the connecting rod 74 is arranged in the valve body 71, the second blocking piece 73 is sleeved on the connecting rod 74, and the connecting rod 74 can drive the second blocking piece 73 to block or be far away from the water inlet of the valve body, so that the connecting valve 70 is in a closed state or an open state.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 72 is a spring.
In this embodiment, the second blocking piece 73 is of a disc structure.
In this embodiment, the connection valve 70 further includes a sealing ring. The sealing ring is arranged at the water inlet of the valve body 71. When the second plugging member 73 is driven by the connecting rod 74 to face the water inlet of the valve body, the second plugging member 73 is firstly abutted against the sealing ring, and then the water inlet of the valve body is plugged. Through setting up the sealing washer, can make the shutoff effect of valve body water inlet department better, prevent to leak.
The application also provides a washing device. As shown in fig. 6, the washing apparatus includes a whole machine 80, a door washing mechanism 90, and the drainage assembly of the washing apparatus for preventing series flow. The whole machine 80 has an opening and the outer tub washing chamber 10 communicating with the opening. The door washing mechanism 90 has a door washing chamber 20, and the door washing mechanism 90 is connected to the whole machine 80 in an openable manner so that the door washing mechanism 90 can avoid or block the opening.
In this embodiment, when the door body washing mechanism 90 is closed, the door body washing mechanism 90 presses the connecting rod 74, the connecting rod 74 moves toward the elastic member 72, and the connecting rod 74 drives the second blocking member 73 to be away from the water inlet of the valve body, so that the connecting valve 70 is in an open state, and the whole door body washing mechanism drain line 40 is conducted. When the door body washing mechanism 90 is opened, the door body washing mechanism 90 releases the extrusion of the connecting rod 74, the connecting rod 74 moves in the direction away from the elastic piece 72 under the action of the restoring force of the elastic piece 72, and the connecting rod 74 drives the second blocking piece 73 to block the water inlet of the valve body, so that the connecting valve 70 is in a closed state.
Specifically, the whole machine 80 of the drum washing machine has an opening and the outer tub washing chamber 10 communicating with the opening. The door washing mechanism 90 includes a glass bowl, and an inner space in the glass bowl serves as the door washing chamber 20. The upper half part of the decorative ring of the door body washing mechanism 90 is separately provided with a throwing opening for throwing small clothes. And a driving motor is arranged below the glass bowl and used for driving water flow to rotate so as to wash small clothes. The water in the outer barrel washing cavity 10 and the water in the door body washing cavity 20 are not communicated with each other, so that small clothes in the door body washing cavity 20 are prevented from being polluted. When the outer barrel washing cavity 10 needs to be used for washing, the door body washing mechanism 90 is opened, small clothes are put into the outer barrel washing cavity 10 from the opening, and the door body washing mechanism 90 is closed for washing.
As shown in fig. 7, the present application also provides a washing method, which is implemented using the above-mentioned washing apparatus. The washing method comprises the following steps: when the door body washing cavity 20 of the door body washing mechanism 90 of the washing device carries out washing operation, water is injected into the outer cylinder washing cavity 10; when the liquid level in the outer barrel washing cavity 10 of the whole machine 80 of the washing device is detected to reach the preset liquid level, injecting water into the door body washing cavity 20; executing the washing program of the door washing chamber 20; after the washing procedure is completed, the water in the outer tub washing chamber 10 is drained first, and then the water in the door washing chamber 20 is drained.
In this embodiment, the washing method further includes: when the outer barrel washing cavity 10 and the door body washing cavity 20 carry out washing operation simultaneously, when the liquid level in the outer barrel washing cavity 10 of the whole machine 80 of the washing device is detected to reach the preset liquid level, water is continuously injected into the outer barrel washing cavity 10; when the outer barrel washing cavity 10 does not carry out washing operation, when the liquid level in the outer barrel washing cavity 10 of the whole machine 80 of the washing device is detected to reach the preset liquid level, the water injection into the outer barrel washing cavity 10 is stopped. That is to say, the washing method of the present application can enable the door body washing chamber 20 to be washed separately, and can also enable the outer barrel washing chamber 10 and the door body washing chamber 20 to be washed simultaneously, and the user can select the door body washing chamber according to different actual requirements, which is convenient and fast.
In this embodiment, the preset liquid level is equal to or greater than the lowest allowable liquid level of the washing apparatus in any mode.
