The high-permeability woven fabric is formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, wherein the warp yarn area comprises a low-warp-density area, a high-warp-density area and a hollow-warp area which are arranged periodically; the empty warp zone is located between the high warp density zone and the adjacent circulating low warp density zone, and the width of the empty warp zone is 1-2 times of the diameter of the warp.
The fabric shows regular sparse and dense stripe effect along the warp direction by virtue of the low warp density areas, the high warp density areas and the empty warp areas which are periodically arranged in the warp area, and the arrangement cycle of the warp is more than or equal to 8.
The fabric weave is one of plain weave, twill weave, satin weave and variation, combination, complex weave or jacquard weave.
The average density of warp yarns is 60-160 yarns/inch, and the density of weft yarns is 60-120 yarns/inch; the warp yarns and the weft yarns are both 30S-70S.

(2) weaving: the reed is a flat reed, the reed number is 62 teeth/inch, the loom model is a GAMMA rapier loom, the rotating speed of the loom is 450r/min, the warp tension is 3.8KN, the heddle leveling time is 321 degrees, the heald frame height is 140mm, the height of the warp stopping frame is 1 lattice, and the height of the back beam is 3 lattices;
the reeds used were arranged at a cycle of 2:4 using dents of 4mm and 3mm width, respectively, and the side of the reed face having the concave-convex effect faced the fell direction.
Comparative example 1
The steel reed used was a conventional steel reed having a dent width of 4mm, and the structure specification and weaving parameters were completely the same as those in example 1. The yarn density and other parameters used were exactly the same as in example 1.
The weaving method of the fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) drafting and reeding: drafting by using a progressive drafting method, wherein the number of pages of a heald frame is 4, the number of inlets of each reed dent is 2, and drafting and reeding are manually carried out;
(2) weaving: the reed is a flat reed, the reed number is 51 teeth/inch, the loom model is a GAMMA rapier loom, the rotating speed of the loom is 500r/min, the warp tension is 3.2KN, the heddle leveling time is 318 degrees, the heald frame height is 130mm, the height of the warp stopping frame is 2 grids, and the height of the back beam is 1 grid.
Comparative example 2
The steel reed is a conventional steel reed with 4mm reed dent width, the reeding process adopts variable reed entry number, the tissue specification, weaving parameters and other parameters are completely the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the yarn density and other parameters are completely the same as those of the embodiment 1.
The weaving method of the fabric comprises the following steps:
(1) drafting and reeding: drafting by using a progressive drafting method, wherein the number of pages of a heald frame is 4, the number of the reed dent is 3, 2, 3, 0 and 0 respectively, and drafting and reeding are carried out manually;
(2) weaving: the reed is a flat reed, the reed number is 51 teeth/inch, the loom model is a GAMMA rapier loom, the rotating speed of the loom is 500r/min, the warp tension is 3.2KN, the heddle leveling time is 318 degrees, the heald frame height is 130mm, the height of the warp stopping frame is 2 grids, and the height of the back beam is 1 grid.
The production data of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 were counted, and the performance of the fabrics woven therefrom was tested, respectively, and the test results are shown in table 1:

Claims (10)
1. The high-breathability woven fabric is characterized in that: the warp yarn area comprises a low warp density area, a high warp density area and a blank warp area which are arranged periodically; the empty warp zone is located between the high warp density zone and the adjacent circulating low warp density zone, and the width of the empty warp zone is 1-2 times of the diameter of the warp.
2. The high air permeability woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein: the fabric shows regular sparse and dense stripe effect along the warp direction by virtue of the low warp density areas, the high warp density areas and the empty warp areas which are periodically arranged in the warp area, and the arrangement cycle of the warp is more than or equal to 8.
3. The high air permeability woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein: the fabric weave is one of plain weave, twill weave, satin weave and variation, combination, complex weave or jacquard weave.
4. The high air permeability woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein: the average density of warp yarns is 60-160 yarns/inch, and the density of weft yarns is 60-120 yarns/inch; the warp yarns and the weft yarns are both 30S-70S.
5. The high air permeability woven fabric according to claim 1, wherein: the warp and weft are filament, single yarn or plied yarn, and the fiber raw material of the warp and weft is one or more of cotton, hemp, terylene and regenerated cellulose fiber.

A method for weaving a high air permeability woven fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the method comprises the following steps: firstly, drafting and reeding yarns; and then weaving by using a rapier loom, selecting a steel reed as a flat reed, enabling the reed surface with the concave-convex effect to face the cloth fell direction in the weaving process, contacting weft yarns and pushing into the cloth fell in the beating-up process, arranging the convex parts on the reed dent to weave the warp yarns in the high warp density area, and arranging the concave parts on the reed dent to weave the warp yarns in the low warp density area and the empty warp area, thereby obtaining the high-permeability woven fabric.
7. The weaving method of the high-permeability woven fabric according to claim 6, characterized in that: the drafting process is one of a forward drafting method, a fly drafting method and a drawing drafting method, a drafting machine or manual drafting is adopted in the drafting mode, the number of the reed dents is the same, the number of the reed dents is 2-3, and the number of the heald frames is 4-20.
8. The weaving method of the high-permeability woven fabric according to claim 6, characterized in that: the reed wire number is 20-70 teeth/inch.
9. The weaving method of the high-permeability woven fabric according to claim 6, characterized in that: the reed is a profiled reed with periodically-changed reed dent width, the width of the reed dents is 2-6 mm, the reed dent is periodically arranged in one of AABB, AABBB, AABBCC, AABBBB, AAABB and AABBC combinations, A, B and C belong to reed dents with different widths, the front face of the reed shows a concave-convex effect, and the density change of warp yarns is realized by using the profiled reed.
10. The weaving method of the high-permeability woven fabric according to claim 6, characterized in that: the rotating speed of the weaving machine is 300-500 r/min, the warp tension is 2.5-4.5 KN, the heald leveling time is 315-325 degrees, the heald frame height is 130-140 mm, the warp stopping frame height is 1-3 grids, and the back beam height is 0-4 grids.
