Claims (10)

1. A steam distillation device for extracting volatile oil of a natural product is characterized by comprising a distiller (1), a condenser (2), an oil-water separator (3) and a water storage device (4) which are connected end to end in sequence, wherein the distiller (1) is provided with a distillation assembly and a steam assembly, an object to be distilled is placed in the distiller (1), the steam assembly generates steam and leads the steam to the distillation assembly, the steam enables the volatile oil of the object to be distilled to escape through heat transfer in the distillation assembly, the condenser (2) cools the escaped volatile oil, the oil-water separator (3) separates the volatile oil and distilled water, and the water storage device (4) collects the distilled water and supplements the distiller (1).

The steam distillation apparatus for extracting volatile oil from natural products according to claim 1, wherein the steam assembly comprises an electric heating rod (18) and a water level gauge (17) which are arranged at the bottom side of the interior of the distiller (1), the distillation assembly comprises a distillation body which is arranged above the steam assembly, the distillation body is communicated with the lower part of the distillation body, and the upper side of the distillation body is communicated with the condenser (2).

The steam distillation device for extracting the volatile oil from the natural product as claimed in claim 2, wherein the distillation body comprises a liquid collecting cone (15) and a hollow double cone (11) which is hollow inside and conical at the upper and lower sides, the hollow double cone (11) is positioned above the liquid collecting cone (15), a conical surface sieve (12) is arranged at the upper side of the hollow double cone (11), a conical surface ring (13) is arranged at the lower side of the hollow double cone, the periphery of the lower side of the liquid collecting cone (15) is communicated with the lower side of the liquid collecting cone, and the middle of the lower side of the liquid collecting cone is communicated with the condenser (2).

The steam distillation device for extracting the volatile oil of the natural product as claimed in claim 3, wherein the periphery of the lower side of the liquid gathering cone (15) is provided with a plurality of air inlet inverted funnels (14), and the middle of the lower side of the liquid gathering cone (15) is provided with a filter screen (16).
5. The steam distillation device for extracting the volatile oil of the natural product as claimed in claim 3, wherein a water seal (23) and a liquid loading valve (24) are arranged on a connection path of the distillation assembly to the condenser (2) through the liquid accumulation cone (15).

The steam distillation apparatus for extracting volatile oil from natural products according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the condenser (2) is provided with a distillate pipe (22), and the distillate pipe (22) is inserted into the oil-water separator (3) and is positioned below the liquid level.

The steam distillation device for extracting the volatile oil of the natural product as claimed in claim 6, wherein the condenser (2) is further provided with an oil-gas conduit communicated with the top side of the interior of the distiller (1), and the oil-gas conduit is provided with an oil-gas flow meter (21).

The steam distillation apparatus for extracting volatile oil from natural products according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the oil-water separator (3) is provided with a gas-liquid communicating pipe (31) and a volatile oil outlet pipe (33), both ends of the gas-liquid communicating pipe (31) are respectively communicated with the inner top side and the inner bottom side of the oil-water separator (3), the gas-liquid communicating pipe (31) is connected with the water reservoir (4) through a distilled water pipe (32), and the volatile oil outlet pipe (33) is communicated with the inside of the oil-water separator (3) and is higher than the distilled water pipe (32).

The steam distillation apparatus for extracting volatile oil from natural products according to claim 8, wherein said water reservoir (4) is provided with a distillate water overflow pipe (41), said distillate water overflow pipe (41) communicating with the inside of said water reservoir (4) through an overflow pipe upper nozzle (42), said overflow pipe upper nozzle (42) being located at a position lower than the position of said distillate water pipe (32).
10. Steam distillation plant for the extraction of essential oils of natural products according to claim 9, characterized in that said water reservoir (4) is also provided with a distillate level gauge (43), and in that the connection path of said reservoir (4) to said distiller (1) is provided with a water pump (44).
