Technical Field

The lavender essential oil is a secondary metabolite generated in the growth process of lavender, mostly has aromatic smell, is traditionally used as a seasoning and flavoring agent, and modern researches find that the lavender essential oil has good effects of soothing the nerves, helping sleep and relieving mental stress, has activities of resisting oxidation, inhibiting bacteria and the like, and can be applied to the fields of daily chemicals, health care, medical treatment, agriculture and the like.
The traditional preparation method of the lavender essential oil is a steam distillation method, the flowers, stems and leaves of the lavender essential oil are released by utilizing a distillation kettle through high-temperature steam heating and entrainment, and the lavender essential oil is obtained through condensation and oil-water separation. However, because the specific heat capacity of water is large, a large amount of energy is consumed for keeping the extraction temperature in the preparation process of the lavender essential oil, and strong water dependence is provided, so that the requirement for the production-area preparation of the dispersed lavender essential oil with small production scale is difficult to meet. Therefore, the novel plant essential oil extraction equipment which can be independent of water is developed, the extraction efficiency of the lavender essential oil is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and the lavender essential oil extraction equipment has high value for improving the processing technology of the lavender essential oil and improving the economic benefit of the lavender.
