The prepared epoxy grouting material has low shrinkage of a cured material and excellent mechanical properties. However, furfural is a product which is very volatile and has high toxicity, and needs to be used with caution. In the construction process, if the operation is improper, the phenomena of environmental pollution, personnel poisoning and the like can be caused. In the face of the increasingly strict environmental requirements, the development of environment-friendly chemical grouting materials is urgently needed. The water-based epoxy grouting material takes water as a diluent, and can be nontoxic. However, the mechanical properties of the cured body of the water-based epoxy grouting material are poor, and the application of the water-based epoxy grouting material as a reinforcing and reinforcing material in engineering is difficult. Normally, acetone is used as the non-reactive diluent.
