技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种湿法喷涂耐火材料。
背景技术
目前,水泥干法生产线用耐火材料一般采用浇注料,浇注料抗冲刷性、抗侵蚀性及热震稳定性差,施工难度大、工期长,使用周期短。市场上已有的喷涂料均为干法喷涂耐火材料,施工过程中粉尘污染严重,一般用低档莫来石为主要原料,由于配料与施工机械原因,性能比浇注料差,周期约在6个月。
发明内容
发明的目的:为了提供效果更好的一种湿法喷涂耐火材料,具体目的见具体实施部分的多个实质技术效果。
为了达到如上目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种湿法喷涂耐火材料,其特征在于,按照质量份数,其组分组成为:
粒径为3~5mm的铝矾土熟料15份~20份;
粒径为1~3mm的铝矾土熟料15份~30份;
粒径为0~1mm的铝矾土熟料20份~30份;
粒径为200目的铝矾土熟料8份~15份;
蓝晶石3份~10份;
氧化铝3份~10份;
硅灰3份~10份;
纯铝酸钙水泥6份~15份;
上述各组分含量之和为100份;
铝矾土熟料重量含量Al2O3≥70%;蓝晶石重量含量Al2O3≥52%;氧化铝重量含量Al2O3≥99%;硅灰重量含量SiO2≥93%;纯铝酸钙水泥重量含量CaO≤30%。
本发明进一步技术方案在于,其组分组成还包括一种以上的外加剂:聚丙烯纤维、高效减水剂、缓凝剂、引气剂、泵送剂;具体含量比例为:上述组分含量总量:外加剂为1:(0.002~0.01)。
本发明进一步技术方案在于,以铝矾土熟料为骨料,采用连续颗粒的级配,有效保证耐火材料料的整体致密性,提高强度与耐冲刷性能;蓝晶石可提高抗热震稳定性,高温抗侵蚀性;氧化铝和硅灰提高耐火材料的加水可塑性;纯铝酸钙水泥提高耐火材料的结合性能;聚丙烯纤维在高温时熔化可提高通气性能,避免高温爆裂;其他外加剂可提高耐火材料和易性便于施工。
本发明进一步技术方案在于,高效减水剂为六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠中的一种或者两种;缓凝剂为柠檬酸、草酸葡萄糖酸钠中的一种或者两种;引气剂为松香酸钠、三萜皂苷中的一种或者两种;泵送剂为聚羧酸、丙烯酸的一种或者两种。
采用如上技术方案的本发明,相对于现有技术有如下有益效果:施工速度快、无粉尘污染、耐冲刷性、抗侵蚀性及抗热震稳定性好;经过试验,本发明使用的湿法喷涂耐火材料,其抗冲刷性、抗侵蚀性及抗热震稳定性能好,施工效率高、耐火材料反弹少,现场无明显扬尘。

本发明要解决的技术问题是:针对背景技术中所述的浇注料、干法喷涂耐火材料存在的抗冲刷性、抗侵蚀性及热震稳定性等方面的不足,提供一种施工速度快、无粉尘污染、耐冲刷性、抗侵蚀性及抗热震稳定性好的湿法喷涂耐火材料。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种湿法喷涂耐火材料,按质量百分比计,其组分组成为:
粒径为3~5mm的铝矾土熟料15%~20%
粒径为1~3mm的铝矾土熟料15%~30%
粒径为0~1mm的铝矾土熟料20%~30%
粒径为200目的铝矾土熟料8%~15%
蓝晶石3%~10%
氧化铝3%~10%
硅灰3%~10%
纯铝酸钙水泥6%~15%
上述各组分含量之和为100%。
湿法喷涂耐火材料,按质量比计,其组分组成还包括多种外加剂:聚丙烯纤维、高效减水剂、缓凝剂、引气剂、泵送剂。具体含量比例为:上述组分含量总量:外加剂为1:(0.002~0.01)。
本发明的一种湿法喷涂耐火材料以铝矾土熟料为骨料,采用连续颗粒的级配,有效保证耐火材料料的整体致密性,提高强度与耐冲刷性能;蓝晶石可提高抗热震稳定性,高温抗侵蚀性;氧化铝和硅灰提高耐火材料的加水可塑性;纯铝酸钙水泥提高耐火材料的结合性能;聚丙烯纤维在高温时熔化可提高通气性能,避免高温爆裂;其他外加剂可提高耐火材料和易性便于施工。
经过试验,本发明使用的湿法喷涂耐火材料,其抗冲刷性、抗侵蚀性及抗热震稳定性能好,施工效率高、耐火材料反弹少,现场无明显扬尘。

本发明的一种湿法喷涂耐火材料的生产方法为:将符合粒径的原料放入原料仓中,用计量配料车按设定比例自动称重配比,输送入强制混合机强制循环6~10min,并用自动包装机自动包装成袋。
施工现场使用时,采用专用湿法喷涂设备进行喷涂施工,使用方便喷涂效率高,适用性强。

粒径为200目的铝矾土熟料8份~15份;
蓝晶石3份~10份;
氧化铝3份~10份;
硅灰3份~10份;
纯铝酸钙水泥6份~15份;
上述各组分含量之和为100份;
铝矾土熟料重量含量Al2O3≥70%;蓝晶石重量含量Al2O3≥52%;氧化铝重量含量Al2O3≥99%;硅灰重量含量SiO2≥93%;纯铝酸钙水泥重量含量CaO≤30%。
