The vertical packing machine capable of automatically feeding and collecting waste liquid based on the Internet of things control comprises a packing machine body (1), wherein a front opening door and a rear door plate (17) are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the packing machine body (1), a liftable material pressing head (9) is arranged in the packing machine body (1), and the material pressing head (9) is driven by a main oil cylinder (7) at the top of the packing machine body (1), and is characterized in that a material pushing cylinder (3) is arranged on the rear door plate (17), and the material pushing cylinder (3) drives a material pushing plate (20) in the packing machine body (1); a feeding hole (32) is formed above the rear door plate (17), a feeding conveyer belt (2) which is obliquely arranged is arranged at the rear end of the packaging machine body (1), and the tail end of the feeding conveyer belt (2) is positioned at the feeding hole (32); a movable sewage collecting box (23) is arranged below a bottom plate (22) of the packaging machine body (1); the bottom of the front end of the packaging machine body (1) is provided with an auxiliary package discharging mechanism (14), and the auxiliary package discharging mechanism (14) is overturned and stored in the side wall of the packaging machine body (1) through an overturning and storing mechanism (15).

The vertical type packing machine capable of automatically feeding and collecting waste liquid based on the control of the Internet of things according to claim 1, wherein the front opening door comprises an upper opening door (11) and a lower opening door (13), the height of the upper opening door (11) is smaller than that of the lower opening door (13), and the upper opening door (11) and the lower opening door (13) are both installed through hinges (12) on the side wall of the packing machine body (1) and locked by a door lock on the side wall at the other end.

The vertical type packing machine capable of automatically feeding and collecting waste liquid based on the control of the Internet of things as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material pushing cylinder (3) is supported and installed through a mounting plate (4) on a rear door plate (17), and the material pushing cylinder (3) is positioned below the feeding conveyer belt (2); the feeding conveyer belt (2) is driven by a stepping motor (29) and two sides of the feeding conveyer belt are provided with baffle plates (30), two ends of a rotating shaft (31) of a belt pulley at the tail end of the feeding conveyer belt (2) are connected with a bearing seat (18), and the bearing seat (18) is limited by limiting pieces (19) on two side walls of a feeding hole (32).

The vertical type packing machine capable of automatically feeding and collecting waste liquid based on the internet of things control as claimed in claim 3, wherein the limiting member (19) is of an L-shaped plate structure, the limiting member (19) is arranged on the side walls at two ends of the feeding port (32), and the limiting member (19) is connected with the bearing seat (18) through a bolt.

The vertical type packing machine capable of automatically feeding and collecting waste liquid based on the internet of things control as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material pressing head (9) of the packing machine body (1) is of a plate-shaped structure and is provided with a binding threading slot (10) at the bottom thereof, the bottom plate (22) of the packing machine body (1) is provided with strip-shaped slots (21) which are staggered, a plurality of water outlets (42) are formed at the bottoms of the strip-shaped slots (21), a hollow part is arranged below the bottom plate (22), a sewage collecting box (23) is movably arranged in the hollow part, the sewage collecting box (23) is of a drawer structure with an opening at the top, the sewage collecting box (23) is inserted into the hollow part from an opening of the side wall of the packing machine body (1) at the hollow part, and a rubber sealing ring is arranged at the side wall combining surface of a front cover plate (26) of the sewage collecting box (23) and the packing machine body (1), a water outlet pipe (28) is arranged on the front cover plate (26), a water outlet valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe (28), and the water outlet pipe (28) is connected with a large independently arranged sewage tank.

The vertical packaging machine capable of automatically feeding and collecting waste liquid based on the internet of things control as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary package discharging mechanism (14) comprises a group of rollers (38) arranged in an array, two ends of each roller (38) are respectively mounted through a first mounting frame (37) and a second mounting frame (39), and bearings in the first mounting frame (37) and the second mounting frame (39) are connected with a rotating shaft (31) of each roller (38); the bottoms of the first mounting frame (37) and the second mounting frame (39) are supported by support column assemblies.

The vertical type packing machine capable of automatically feeding and collecting waste liquid based on the control of the Internet of things is characterized in that the supporting column assembly comprises a first supporting column (40) and a second supporting column (41), the first supporting column (40) and the second supporting column (41) are respectively positioned at the front end and the tail end of the first mounting frame (37) and the second mounting frame (39), and the height of the first supporting column (40) is lower than that of the second supporting column (41); one side of the first mounting frame (37) is provided with a connecting block (36), and the connecting block (36) is connected with the overturning and containing mechanism (15).
