The clamping fixture for transporting hot steel billets as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: the roller shaft assembly comprises a roller shaft (15), a roller (16) and a heat-resistant outer cylinder (17), a pair of trapezoid seats (14) are arranged at two ends of the top surface of the supporting plate (11), the roller shaft (15) is longitudinally arranged between the two trapezoid seats (14), a positioning bearing is arranged in each trapezoid seat (14), and two ends of the roller shaft (15) are respectively inserted into the corresponding positioning bearings; a roller (16) which is concentrically and fixedly connected is sleeved on the roller shaft (15) between the two trapezoid seats (14), and a heat-resistant outer cylinder (17) which is concentrically and fixedly connected is sleeved on the roller (16).

The clamping fixture for transporting hot steel billets as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: screw mechanism includes motor (21), lead screw (22), a silk section of thick bamboo (23), fixing bearing is installed to the inner end in rectangle case (2), motor (21) are installed to the outer end in rectangle case (2), the motor shaft tip of motor (21) is equipped with lead screw (22) of coaxial hookup, the outer end of lead screw (22) is inserted and is established in fixing bearing, just the silk tooth on two sections of lead screw (22) is reverse symmetry spiral setting, the cover is equipped with a pair of screwed connection's a silk section of thick bamboo (23) on two sections of lead screw (22).

secondly, transversely placing the high-temperature steel blanks to be transported on a plurality of heat-resistant outer cylinders (17), and pushing the high-temperature steel blanks to drive the heat-resistant outer cylinders (17) and rollers (16) to synchronously roll in cooperation with the roller shafts (15), so that the high-temperature steel blanks are placed in the middle of the top surface of the bottom plate (1) in a centered manner;

step four, starting the electric pushing cylinder (12), controlling an electric pushing rod of the electric pushing cylinder (12) to shorten, driving the supporting plate (11) to descend through the electric pushing connecting block, driving the positioning pin (13) to slide downwards along the positioning groove, driving the positioning spring to compress, further driving the roller shaft (15) and the heat-resisting outer cylinder (17) to descend, enabling two sides of the high-temperature steel blank to be clamped between the corresponding L-shaped clamping plates (27), driving the high-temperature steel blank to drive the L-shaped clamping plates (27) to be parallel and level under the hinging action of the double lug seats matched with the single lug seats, driving the buffer spring (28) to be matched and inserted in the spring groove, and enabling the side edges of the L-shaped clamping plates (27) to be respectively clamped and fixed on two sides of the high-temperature steel blank;
and step five, after the high-temperature steel billet piece is fixed, starting the transport vehicle and carrying out transport operation on the transport vehicle.
