s02, coating a flame-retardant layer emulsion, namely coating the flame-retardant layer emulsion on the PVC base material which is unrolled and leveled in the step S01, wherein the flame-retardant layer emulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, 8 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 25 parts of chloroprene rubber, 17 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 20 parts of antimony trioxide, 16 parts of aluminum silicate, 12 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 8 parts of asbestos, 6 parts of mica powder, 9 parts of chlorinated biphenyl, 6 parts of antioxidant, 5 parts of adhesive and 5 parts of stabilizer;
s03, drying, namely, sending the PVC base material coated with the flame retardant layer emulsion in the step S02 to drying equipment for drying treatment;
s04, coating a binder, namely coating the binder on the PVC base material dried in the step S03, wherein the binder is water-based polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive;
s05, unwinding the decorative layer, and unwinding the raw material of the decorative layer knitted fabric to an unwinding device for unwinding and leveling treatment;

and S10, winding, namely winding the trimmed wall cloth in the step S09 through a winding machine to obtain a finished product.
According to the invention, the composite structure is formed by sequentially overlapping the PVC base material, the flame-retardant layer emulsion layer, the bonding layer, the decorative layer and the waterproof layer, so that the PVC wall cloth has super flame-retardant property and waterproof property, the service life of the PVC wall cloth in a special environment is prolonged, and the flame-retardant and waterproof requirements are met.

1. A preparation process of flame-retardant moisture-proof PVC wall cloth is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
SO1, uncoiling the base material, and placing the PVC base material to corresponding uncoiling equipment for uncoiling and leveling treatment;
s02, coating a flame-retardant layer emulsion, namely coating the flame-retardant layer emulsion on the PVC base material which is unrolled and leveled in the step S01;
s03, drying, namely, sending the PVC base material coated with the flame retardant layer emulsion in the step S02 to drying equipment for drying treatment;
s04, coating an adhesive, namely coating the adhesive on the PVC base material dried in the step S03;
s05, unwinding the decorative layer, and unwinding the raw material of the decorative layer knitted fabric to an unwinding device for unwinding and leveling treatment;
s06, compounding, namely performing hot-pressing compounding on the decorative layer knitted fabric which is unrolled and leveled in the step S05 and the PVC base material;
s07, embossing, namely, carrying out surface embossing on the wall cloth compounded in the step S06 through an embossing device;
s08, coating a waterproof layer, namely coating a waterproof agent on the surface of the wall cloth embossed in the step S07;
s09, trimming, namely trimming the corners of the wall cloth coated with the waterproof agent in the step S08 through a trimmer;
and S10, winding, namely winding the trimmed wall cloth in the step S09 through a winding machine to obtain a finished product.

The preparation process of the flame-retardant moisture-proof PVC wall cloth according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the flame-retardant layer emulsion in the step S02 comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, 6-10 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 15-40 parts of chloroprene rubber, 12-20 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 13-25 parts of antimony trioxide, 14-18 parts of aluminum silicate, 6-15 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 5-8 parts of asbestos, 5-8 parts of mica powder, 5-12 parts of chlorinated biphenyl, 5-9 parts of antioxidant, 2-6 parts of adhesive and 3-7 parts of stabilizer.
3. The preparation process of the flame-retardant moisture-proof PVC wall cloth according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the binder in the step S04 is water-based polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive.
