In the production of nonwoven fabrics by the spunbond process, two sets of filtering devices are generally installed to ensure smooth spinning process and reduce the phenomena of yarn breakage, material dropping and the like. The first filter (coarse filter) is arranged between the screw extruder and the metering pump and mainly used for filtering out impurities with larger sizes so as to prolong the service time of the second filter device, protect the metering pump and the spinning pump and increase the back pressure of the extruder, thereby being beneficial to the exhaust and plasticizing effects during material compression. The second filter (fine filter) is arranged in the spinning assembly and mainly used for filtering fine impurities, crystal points and the like, preventing the spinneret plate from being blocked, ensuring the smooth spinning and improving the quality of fibers.

During welding, the two filter cylinders 4 are placed on the three-jaw chuck 24 to be fixed, the positions of the two filter cylinders 4 are adjusted through the transverse screw 23, and the three-jaw chuck 24 can rotate to enable the filter cylinders 4 to reach preset positions; then, the diverter valve mounting cylinder 6 is placed on the support block 38 of the support table 33 and moved to a predetermined position by rotating the longitudinal screw 32 and is driven to a predetermined height by the driving motor 37. At this time, since the positions of the filter cartridge 4 and the shunt valve mounting cylinder 6 are fixed, and the gravity of the shunt tube 5 is light relative to the filter cartridge 4 and the shunt valve mounting cylinder 6, the shunt tube 5 can be welded quickly and accurately.
