The invention discloses a concentration device for a piston pusher centrifuge, which comprises a driving motor, a motor mounting seat, a rotating shaft, an outer cylinder, a revolving body and a feeding pipe, wherein the driving motor is fixed above the outer cylinder through the motor mounting seat; the rotary body is arranged in the outer cylinder body, the side wall of the rotary body is a screen with meshes, the lower part of the rotary body is in an inverted cone shape, and the lower end of the rotating shaft is connected with the lower part of the rotary body through a support rod and drives the rotary body to rotate by taking the rotating shaft as a central shaft; the feeding pipe extends into the revolving body from the upper end of the revolving body and is close to the inner wall of the revolving body; the bottom of the outer cylinder body is provided with a mother liquid outlet and a clear liquid outlet, and the mother liquid outlet corresponds to the bottom opening of the revolving body and is higher than the clear liquid outlet. The concentration of the mother liquor can be improved by about 30% through the concentration device, and the separation problem of low-concentration materials can be well solved.

The driving motor 1 of the embodiment is a variable-frequency speed regulating motor, the rotating speed is 50-500 revolutions, and the improved concentration of the mother liquor can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the motor.
