An automatic blood mixing and shaking device for clinical laboratory is used for realizing shaking of blood samples, improving efficiency and promoting uniform shaking. The upper surface of the box body is provided with a round hole, the rotary drum is arranged in the round hole, and the outer diameter of the rotary drum is the same as the inner diameter of the round hole. The plurality of rotary drums in each row are arranged at equal intervals, and after the two rows of rotary drums are connected together through the belt, the rotating directions of every two adjacent rotary drums in the same row are opposite. This facilitates the placement of the belt and also ensures that all of the drums rotate simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 8, two sets of upper and lower spring grooves 21 are formed in the inner wall of the drum, and the spring grooves of each set are located on the same circumference and are uniformly arranged on the same circumference. A clamping plate 22 is arranged in each spring groove, the clamping plates are provided with arc-shaped inner walls, a spring 23 is arranged between each clamping plate and the inner wall of each spring groove, and the action ends of the clamping plates extend out of the spring grooves under the action of the springs and are arranged on the inner side of the cylinder. The bottom of the inner cavity of the cylinder is provided with a cushion block 24, the upper surface of the cushion block is internally provided with a groove, and the cushion block is made of sponge materials and used for protecting the sampling tube.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, when the sampling tube is used, the sampling tube is inserted into the inner side of the rotary drum, and the bottom of the sampling tube extrudes the clamping plate to enable the clamping plate to move towards the inner side of the spring groove until the side wall of the sampling tube contacts with the clamping plate, the clamping plate clamps the sampling tube tightly, and at this time, the bottom of the sampling tube contacts with the cushion block.
In each shaking unit, when one of the rotary drums rotates, the synchronous rotation of the other rotary drums can be driven through the belt, and then the shaking of the blood pressure in the sampling tube is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, 11 and 12, the transmission unit includes a driving gear 3 fixed at the lower part of the first rotary drum at the end of each shaking unit, a transmission gear 31 disposed between each two adjacent driving gears, and an electric telescopic rod 32 for driving the transmission gear to approach or be away from the driving gears, and under the action of the electric telescopic rod, the transmission gear can be driven to approach the driving gears, so as to connect the two adjacent driving gears together through the transmission gear, and at this time, the driving gears are linked together through the transmission gear. One of the driving gears is a driving gear and is driven to rotate under the action of a motor. Therefore, the driving gears can synchronously rotate, and the rotary cylinders on the shaking units synchronously act to realize the shaking of the sampling tubes in the rotary cylinders. When the sampling tube shaking device is used, the sampling tube is inserted into the rotary drum, and then the switch button on the box body is pressed, so that the rotary drum synchronously rotates, the rotary drum rotates to drive the sampling tube to rotate, and further, the blood sample is shaken.
